I used to love this place great food not now ribs over cooked hardly any BBQ sauce taste isn't the same mash potatoes no gravy and the other had hardly any gravy on it I called in take out order couldn't eat rolls were doughy it went into trash $45.85 gone must have high school kids cooking the food won't eat there again just do better! Always on a cold plate--high priced rest---over 75.00 a meal never get this together---dressings are awesome--steaks are good value---my only complaint are the mushrooms---need more butter and less seasonings----I like to eat at cape girardeau, mo----last 3 times We have been there food --comes out cold
Called to make reservations, was forced to use their website. The online system limits how far you can plan ahead. Fine. Logged in. Made a reservation. Clicked the link that we arrived and were at the restaurant. Glad we double-checked inside "oh sorry, we accidentally deleted your reservation" and told it would be an additional 25min. That was a full hour ago. Still waiting.
Hearing grumbling from others that they had made reservations and have been waiting for over an additional hour.
Looking inside, there are over 20 empty tables.
Apparently Texas Roadhouse counts on first time customers, because we won't repeat. If it was just our reservation that was lost, that would be one thing. But several potential customers… wow.
Recommend all avoid the only Texas Roadhouse in the state of washington.
I was Assaulted by two servers at a local Texas Roadhouse over a political argument with another customer! Employees choked me from behind twice! Spoke with corporate who said basically "sorry" but nothing we can do! Publicly humiliated and had to seek medical help afterwards. Spoke with a Bethany Cantrell who argues and said I shouldn't came back to the place like it was my fault an employee who was never even spoken to decides to assault a customer! No wonder the company rating is going downhill and the service is getting worse! No training or respect for the ppl who pay this company. If you ever go here don't sit with your back to them you're liable to get choked for no reason! Now I have to sit against the wall afraid that I'm gonna be hurt again! Where is the new CEO or someone that's willing to make it right and also do something with these employees who care less about customers safety and more about a pay check!
I have visited the "Road House" in Concord NC for quite some time. I travel and your bar staff, Becky, Anthony and another young lady do an excellent job. They converse with the all customers, work extremely well with each other are very attentive to patrons, including knowing their customers "usuals" and their names. Being In the business and as someone who appreciates good service, every time, I appreciate all the above. It definitely makes a positive difference. Food is always great too!

Ever since the covid has been around your service has gone down hill this particularly being the one on I-240 service road in okc. The food quality & quantity has suffered & seriously an hour wait time is what we were told tonight to pick up an order. As a vet I have always loved & appreciated all you do, but I gotta say the service all around at this location is really disappointing anymore. Maybe it's just poor leadership that needs looking into.
Called ahead told wait would be 45min turned into 1 1/2 hrs seated 8 in a booth for 6 ordered food took over 1 hr to get food,it was cold bake potato was not hot enough to melt butter every steak was over cooked and cold and management was nasty waitress was great (Carrie)she was upset that this was happening to us texas roadhouse thinks that $60 is a good compensation for all we went through very sad long horn steak house would do better than this thats where I go to now
I called and placed a order at this place I could not understand what the guy was telling me were to pick up my food my family spends about 600 a month with restaurant and the gentleman hung the phone up in my face I would be careful cause the manager did not even tell me he was sorry my number is *******905
On labor day we returned our daughter to Ball Sate University and went for dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Muncie. First it took forever to get our food, we complained to the manager, who basically called us a liar about our wait time, with no explanation or apology, when it was finally received it was not correct. Our previous visits to our local Hamilton, OH restaurant has always been good. We will not ever visit this location again and would like corporate to take a look at this manager. Our food was so late my husband did not even get to eat and had his meal to go. Very disappointed with overall experience.
This is my fifth or sixth time eating at Texas roadhouse Grill. Each time I do, I make it very clear to the server but I have a dairy allergy and cannot tolerate butter cheese or cream. Despite this, nearly every time my food comes in with butter or some sort of dairy. Tonight was no different. I ordered the same thing each time and as my meal came glistening with butter, the manager nearly said I'll get you a new one and then left. No "I'm sorry" or "how terrible we messed up ". But merely for another one which I threw in the garbage. This will be the last time I eat in a place that doesn't want to cater to someone who has a special dietary need.
It is amazing how busy this place always is so I can see why they really don't care about my complaints. I will clearly skip Texas roadhouse Grill or any future endeavors. Considering I eat out 2 to 3 times a week.
Arrived at TR gave our name and party number and because one person was not going to be there for 20 more minutes they would not seat us until she arrived very rude. Told her we could go ahead and order our appetizer still no Then the food mine was burnt my grandson's over cooked and my daughter's not cooked enough so needless to say we will never go back as this is the second time it has happened.
I took back my entire birthday order as the ribeyes were well done not med rare. They overcooked the the same. Blamed the cuts of meat as to why it wasnt med rare, i go once a week, i wont again. The troll theresa bailey was horrible. I paid 50.00 they gave me 30.00 back. No food after 2 days, i guess running off loyal customers is ok... i can spend 200 a month elsewhere n prob. I ate there 2x this week both messed up.
Gotta say overall just ok we ordered 2 Friday specials turns out it's only 1 dollar off but whatever 1 steak we ordered was way over done the manager offered to recook but I was out of time (work in the morning) but he didn't care really and it showed waitress was just ok but it was busy so 3 stars don't go on friday!
There is an individual at the 12 and John R location in Michigan that was one of the kindest and personable people I have met. Kevin B. Concerned himself genuinely with almost every aspect of the meal. He did it in such a way that wasent overly intrusive on our outing. A phenominal employee and should be an example of how kindness is a breath of fresh air in modern times. Thank you for your time if this is seen.
Recently went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate birthday of 3 persons in our party of 7. A real disaster they squeezed us into booth designed for 4. I had told them we had a party of 8. I looked everywhere in the restaurant for a potential to seat more than 6. It simply did not exist, The Roadhouse i'd in Chestetfield, MI. Not recommended period.
My first time at Texas Roadhouse - Lancaster PA and we had the best server. His name was Hunter. He was fantastic. When I go back again, I will definitely ask for him. Between him and the food, I don't know which was better. I would recommend to anyone going there to ask for him, you won't be disappointed.

& over a hour to be served our food
That had so much salt on everything it was terrible. I don't see going back anytime soon. Total disappointment

After a very bad meal at this location, we returned on a Wednesday at early dine. Our favorite waitress, Ashlynne, waited on us. She is the most amazing server and person. She makes sure everything is perfect. We never have a problem when she's there. She even orders our drinks before we sit down. I wish all servers were as attentive and knowledgeable as her. She is definitely one in a million. Thank you for restoring our faith in Texas Roadhouse. We'll probably be back next Wednesday. See you then, Ashlynne.
After waiting for 2 hours for a table of 4, we find a roach in our mashed potatoes! Manger comes to say due to the weather we have little creatures out, most petty excuse she can give us. There should be no excuse for any kind of "creatures" to be on anyone's food! She gave us a coupon for free Appetizer on our next visit! That was our last time we will ever go back! So sad & disappointed. Regret not taking a photo.
Every steak my friends and I have ever ordered at TRH comes out rare to medium rare. TRH does not know how to cook a steak any other way. It is gross to be served a practically raw steak when a well done steak was ordered. I am done with this chain
I have ordered steaks in 3 different states and they all were cooked wrong. How hard is it for a steak house to cook a steak as ordered. Sucks. I am so done with TRH. Also if you order online they automatically add a tip to your bill. Wow. Sucks big time!
