Es pésimo la comida es insípida y para colmo son rasistas, resulta qie yo llegue con mi esposa y mi suegra ni siquiera nos pidieron el nombre para dejarnos en espera, solo nos dijeron qie esperábamos unos 7 mts, otras personas americanas llegaron después de nosotros necesitaban una mesa para 4 al igual que nosotros, les dijeron qie no tenían en ese momento pero después en ese mismo instante les dijeron qie si tenían un espacio para tres y los pasaron inmediatamente, luego empezaron a buscar a un tal Patric con una reserva para 3 colo no lo encontraron nos dijeron que podíamos ir nosotros, luego estando dentro del restaurante en medio de todo el lugar nos dijo la señorita que nos atendió qie no tenia mesa para 3 y qie teníamos que esperar más tiempo obviamente dejamos el lugar de inmediato, no sin antes llamar a mi abogado para comenzar una demanda por discriminación racial a lo cual el me dijo que solo ne alejara del lugar, qie el se iba a encargar de conseguir los videos con una orden judicial, y lo vamos a hacer para que respeten porque ni mi esposa ni yo somos inmigrantes ilegales en este país y aunque así fuera no tienen que tratar así a nadie menos en un país como este que ha fundado su nombre y su reconocimiento a nivel mundial por ser el país de la libertad

Sitting here at Texas Roadhouse and have been here for over 30 minutes waiting along with many others. Tables are open all over the restaurant but many people are standing and waiting. They just called us back and I asked to be accommodated at a back booth due to my handicapped sibling having problems eating and we were in the middle of the restaurant. I was told no that they didn't have enough servers - yet there were customers on the booths right next to the booth I asked about. What a joke!

Yes I had a bad experience first I was accused of switching tables which I didn't second I was served a cup with ranch on it third my baked potato had a onion in I will never return to the Spartanburg sc location

Joined the wait list at marion Texas road house. Check in time came and went never got the text to come in. Wasted an hour at this pos restaurant will never go back.

We are fairly new to the Huntsville AL area and visited the Jeff Road location. It was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse, and they did not disappoint. We were a party of six and most of us had the steak, but also a burger and ribs. The steaks were spot on and cooked perfectly as ordered. I've always said the waitress is the key to a pleasant visit. It starts with them and ends with them. Kayla, our server was OUTSTANDING, very patient, explained things well, kept our drinks full and our table cleared. Not pushy and very professional. We will definitely be back and most definitely will request Kayla as our server.

My wife and granddaughter were at the Wentzville Texas Roadhouse. It was nearly over and an hour and still didn't get our food. One manager came by and asked how our service and food was. I told him it's been over and hour and a half and we just got our food. He laughed and said I hope it's better next time. The restaurant wasn't busy the waitress said the cook lost the food Ticket.

Husband is upset they no longer offer the Shiner Bock draft beer. He said he mainly went there for that

Very good food & great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is always made fresh and prepared to order.

The Prime Rib is spectacular and tasty. The buns melt in your mouth! Never an issue or problem here.

Bad service with no apology

As a party 12 we were seated within a 1/2 hour of our arrival. Drinks taken and delivered - orders taken and it goes down hill from here…15 minutes or so 1 bowl chili delivered 10 minutes later 2 salads delivered. About 20 minutes later 7 meals delivered 10 minutes later 1 meal delivered. The rest of us (5) waited for 15 plus minutes. 4 meals delivered 1 was wrong. All Potatoes ordered were cold as well as the vegetables. My steak I told them to cancel as everyone was finished eating and I just just ate the potato. Very disappointed. Never asked if it was a special occasion as we carried presents and Bundt cakes. So my granddaughters special was very disappointing.

We waited about an hour for the table but the worst thing was on the food food,wait over an hour,horrible service

Called ahead told wait would be 45min turned into 1 1/2 hrs seated 8 in a booth for 6 ordered food took over 1 hr to get food,it was cold bake potato was not hot enough to melt butter every steak was over cooked and cold and management was nasty waitress was great (Carrie)she was upset that this was happening to us texas roadhouse thinks that $60 is a good compensation for all we went through very sad long horn steak house would do better than this thats where I go to now

We love their steaks couldn't ask for a better one not sure why they have five or six of their white stuff standing up around the check and dust doing nothing but standing there but that's not my business I guess we go three or four times a month the last two times the onion was raw and it really breaks my heart because we love their onions but I will not pay $10 for another one
