I ordered a cocktail dress from Tuckernuck for a work Christmas party. I paid for expedited delivery to be sure it arrived in time. It arrived in time, however, they managed to send me the wrong dress. A hideous dress arrived.I then spent 45 minutes on hold and my call was never answered. Someone finally answered me using the chat feature. Even this took almost an hour. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. It has yet to be resolved and you can be sure I will be reluctant to use this company again.
Returned 3 items from Tuckernuck, Nov 2nd to Staples where I was directed by Tuckernuck to take them for express return. Not much of an Express return process-Still haven't received refund. Called to see why there was such a delay, held 20 minutes to speak with someone. The select 1 options. To do "chat option" for shorter wait wasn't working. I was told the holiday was the refund delay-returned them Nov 2, plenty in advance of holiday. I was then told it was because I used Staples-that was the only option I was provided. I'm told refund will be this week? Can buy clothes elsewhere where they don't hold my money for a month if I need to return.
Sent me someone else's item (they included that persons personal information) and then refused to send me the correct one until I sent pic. Told them I was traveling and needed the correct item sent asap. Refused. No bueno
Placed 2 orders 2 days apart. Never received any of the items ordered and Tuckernuck decided that instead of answering my question of when I would receive my merchandise, they charge my credit card and ghosted me. So not only did I NOT receive my orders I was charged anyway. I had to go to my credit card company and show them the 8 emails sent to Tuckernuck so they would remove the charges. NEVER AGAIN!

My purchase took 12 days to receive. When it finally arrived, the quality was not great, so I sent it back and that took 3 weeks. My credit went back to a card that I do not own. Customer service has been useless!
I have been purchasing from TNuck for a few month. Their sizing within certain brands like Pomander Palace is inconsistent and unreliable. Also, beware of using Tnuck sale codes, in many instances when you use them its a final unreturnable sale.
I'm really disappointed in Tuckernuck's customer service these days. In the past they were very accommodating, but now their customer service hours are extremely limited (9-5), their Live Chat function NEVER works, and they take up to 48 hours to answer emails. Equally frustrating is the fact that they won't process even exchanges, so you must sit with two charges on your credit card for WEEKS after placing your original order. They received my return days ago and refuse to credit it even though I returned it the same day I received it. To their credit, my order did arrive relatively quickly after placing it, and their prices are good.
I was really surprised by the lack of quality of the dresses I received. I bought them thinking they'd have some quality fabric and cut given the cost. They're equivalent to something you'd get at much much cheaper stores/sites. Really disappointed.

Received my order promptly. It looked exactly as in the pictures. It fit just exactly as it did in the pictures.
I purchased a top on final sale, and was very disappointed in the fabric, and the fit. I explained to the service rep, that as an older person, I am having trouble fitting into Tuckernuck. I greatly appreciated that she and her Team went above duty to refund my purchase.
