Right from the beginning this service sounded very professional, I had some previous experiences with rookie resume markers on LinkedIn and other platforms but their work was horrible. First I was sent a questionnaire and I had provide all relevant information, then I was assigned with Thomas Z who started working on my Project. He was very patient and thoughtful with all my concerns and he made all necessary changes without breaking a sweat. I am satisfied with my resume and I 100% recommend this service.

I was somewhat hesitant to pay for a resume re write only because of the cost. After receiving the re write, I can honestly say it was worth every penny! It looks much better and I'm receiving more interest from recruiters already.

The "final" resume that was delivered to me was scattered with multiple misspelled words, inconsistently formatted bullets and sentences that were incomplete and made no sense. (I understand keywords, but, please!) When I received the resume I ran spell check on the document but the misspellings were embedded in the body of the document and were not highlighted. My mistake for not proofreading it more carefully. Shame on TopResume for ever delivering such incredibly shoddy work.

Answer: It depends, if you want to pay for a mediocre format riddled with errors that has the language equivalent of a high-schooler. You will end up paying $100 for something you could have sat down and done in an hour and a half.

Answer: Be careful with this company. They post 1000s of fake reviews to hide the real ones. Note that they do not post their phone number or address on the website. I had to file with the BBB to get a refund after never being contacted. This is a SCAM company - you are better off writing your own resume, trust me on this

I've been assigned 3 different writers and have received a subpar product back each time, written by someone who's first language is clearly not English. The best part, I paid $100+ for a "LinkedIn Rewrite" and this was where the writer copied and pasted their version of my resume into the boxes for LinkedIn. You've got to be kidding me... Don't waste your money!
