There were many grammatical errors in the resume sent to me and it wasn't written by someone appearing fluent in English. Additionally, the resume was not an executive level resume and I received a decline in just responses down to 0. I reached out to you multiple times. I reached out to request a refund based on their "Double the interviews guaranteed" yet they did not respond. You have on your website false statements and guarantees and you hind behind an FAQ that wasn't even visible that states no refunds. It is a highly deceptive business practice.

I was very unsatisfied when the resume prepared for me was just a restatement of the resume I provided. When I voiced my dis-satisfaction, I was met with apathy after days of waiting. TopResume was a complete waste of time and money for me.

They don't read your requirements properly and they will provide you a resume that's completely opposite of the role that you intended for. If you ask for refunds they will take weeks to review and still say no, even if you have valid reasons.
Go use chatgpt instead, you can collaborate with an AI that actually reads and create a better resume than with these dumb individuals.

I'm going to upload my resume (pink) vs "TopResumes" work YOU DECIDE if you want to work with them on your own. I blacked out or removed completely my identifying info/employer/role but you'll still get the idea. This is not the only place i'm going to post these either so be on the look out for my linkdin/instagram/facebook/google review/yelp and anything else I can spread this word. Also keep in mind they charged $219 for this "work" You'll see the poor spacing errors, capitalization errors, font size changes, etc. Absolutely atrocious.

Amos was an excellent writer and helped me revamp my entire resume. My only qualm has more to do with the fact that I paid for the resume posting service and was told that I would receive an email on how to sign up for it. I never got the email; I emailed TopResume and still have not heard back from them yet. Otherwise, I would rate TopResume with 5 stars.
