Nika did a great job on my resume and cover letter. I filled out a questionnaire right after signing up, and she responded in less than 12 hours with the first draft. I only had to make a couple simple revisions. It's more clear, and organized, and highlights my accomplishments and abilities at each job. She was always professional and prompt. Absolutely disappointing. 150 follars later all i get is resume that just has sections moved around and bullet pointed. Not to mention that first draft wasnt even relevant to my expertise. Abosolutely NOT satisfied with the service Top Resume provided. Objectives mentioned in the form that i filled in the beginning of the process NOT ACHIEVIED.
First the critique your resume for free then you take a questionnaire to make sure they write you the perfect resume. 24 hours later you get your rough draft and that's when I started submitting. Its been a week and I have had at least 3-5 phone interviews. Only a matter of time before I get that great paying career.

I paid for the 2 day/48 hour turn around on the executive package. 5 days later I received a 1st draft that had blatant lies, contradictions and a 4" thick run-on sentence. I gave the writer app 2 dozen documents to peruse, 2 days later not a single word from them I emailed them again to see how things were going... 2 days after that, the final day of their agreement, I am told it has been extended, but it will be closed, I can expect another draft soon. I told them to drop my case, stop working on my resume, and 4 hours later, I get an email with some attachments... 12 days crammed into less than 4 hours of work... AFTER I asked them to stop working on my resume. 50 DKP minus.

If you listen to what others are saying, it appears some were happy, some were not, in my case, I received more contacts with the resume that I paid for than what I had written.
In the end, all I needed was to get a "foot in the door". TopResume did that in my opinion... It was up to me when I had a "foot " in the door...
