I ordered a table from them as a Christmas gift on November 27th. When I received the table, the top was damaged, and the finish was chipped in places. When I contacted the company, they told me I needed to send them pictures of the damaged table, Fedex shipping label, outside of the box, and shipping material so they could contact the vendor. I now have a damaged table, its box and packing material stored away waiting for them to tell me what to do. Most companies would simply have Fedex pick up the damaged table. So now not only do I not have the Christmas present to give but I also have to store away the large box.
