I've ordered numerous bike parts from Tradeinn, all have been flawless. Top quality products with unbeatable prices, and excellent customer service if you need it. A couple times delivery has been a little longer, but that's their fault, more the delivery company, they filled the orders fast.

Dreadful company I received an order for a fleece jacket, it did not comply to the correct measurements for the size. Tradeinn didn't manufacture it, but they wouldn't do anything about it, they should have contacted the manufacturer - but instead I had to pay for the return postage. So I am out of pocket with nothing to show and Tradeinn did nothing to help. Only after your money - any problems - tough!

Contacted Tradeinn support to clarify that the Jonny watts 27.5 x 2.8 tyre they state as tubeless was an actual tubeless version- they said it was
Tyre fitting leaflet shows an innertube
Contacted Scwalbe who confirmed NOT TUBELESS

Rather frustrating waste of my time
Tradeinn support haven't replied to my emails questioning what has happened

Not a positive customer service!

I have been a TradeInn customer for many years. Always good products and prices. But in recent years their stock management has become diabolical. My last three orders, all items showed they were in stock when I ordered and paid, and then after your money is taken you get notified that half the items are out of stock long-lead items, and some they just don't even sell anymore, which was frustrating (although refunded). Now, my latest order, a significant amount of cycling gear that was ordered as Christmas presents went missing, confirmed by the shipping tracker, on 17 Dec 2023. I requested a refund or replacement, and was told that it,was 'on the way, be patient'. I have been chasing them continuously now for SIX MONTHS, and just continue to get the same inane reply. You can only contact them by e-mail, and the response is either automated or operated by morons. Today, seven months after purchase, they merely updated the status to "delivered". No delivery, no refund, no communication. Do not use this company, yes, you may make savings if you get your order, but if you don't receive it, you have lost your money.

Tip for consumers:
There is no way to contact the vendor except via website form which only provides BOT replies that are irrelevant (unless they are replies from real people who are imbeciles that do not actually read your message).

Bought some swimrun shoes at close to £80 from runnerinn having used other tradeinn platforms previously without issue. Postage was £5.99. I ordered the size I always order, but on this occasion, this particular brand - which is not a mainstream brand - was not true to size, meaning I would need the size below (through no fault of my own). When I looked into returning them and getting them exchanged, it turns out I'd have to pay over £11 for the return postage, and then another £5.99 for postage on the new pair. So over £23 in postage just for one pair of shoes. This isn't acceptable. It's not like I ordered the wrong size - the sizing of the shoe is just incorrect. I contacted tradeinn and they didn't seem to care or take my point on board - they just said they sent the right size, completely ignoring the point I made, hence this review. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. They'll need to resolve this issuemore professionally to win back my trust.

Ik heb een nieuwe hengel gekocht van colmic de Carp speed4.0 11,50m. Normaal een tophengel Na mijn 1e vis is de hengel gebroken op mijn 2e deel vooraan op het stuk. Als het breekt door een vis breekt het deel van de hengel in het midden en niet 20cm van het begin. Ook was de hengel niet deftig ingepakt. Enkel in een kartonnen doos en zonder bescherming. Koop NOOIT via tradeinn. Heb je toch problemen met hen is er een juridische dienst in belgie die zo zaken proberen op te lossen voor u. Schandalig dat zo iets nog kan gebeuren!

I purchased a Karcher K7 pressure washer from what I had assumed was their UK website as everything was in English. They sent me an EU version of the product, fitted with an EU plug. Karcher UK advised me not to use it in the UK, not even with an adapter so I arranged for it to be returned on the grounds I had been sent the wrong product as there was NO information on the website or product page that indicated it would be supplied with an EU plug, it wasn't something I even considered, until I opened the packaging.
While I did receive a refund for the returned K7 from bricoINN, they withheld the original £16.99 shipping charge and have since refused to refund this, against their Returns Policy, which clearly states incorrectly supplied products would be refunded in full.
My experience of dealing with their customer support by email has been long and tedious and they have constantly tried to blame me for ordering the wrong product. They have even modified the product web page to include information about the plug type being EU and suggested I should have been aware of this! Despite me providing a screen dump of the original product web page showing this change had only recently been made, they still tried to tell me all their products were supplied with EU plugs, as if that should make a difference. Had their website or product page made it perfectly clear their products were supplied with an EU plug, I would not have ordered it from them!
I asked support to provide me with details of their complaints process as the same support person (Julia) was simply re-iterating the same old excuse. They failed to do this and have now stopped responding to my emails.
I have now raised a formal complaint through Confianza Online.
Due to the long delivery timescales and even longer return timescale, this issue has been ongoing for over 2 months now.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid bricoINN if you live in the UK. All their electrical products are supplied with an EU plug. Unfortunately, they didn't make this clear on their English website and now refuse to accept responsibility for sending me an EU version of a Karcher K7 pressure washer, when I expected a UK version (why wouldn't I?).

Don't order from this company, they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Totally unhelpful, slow to come back to me and refusing to accept their mistake. I have been sent the wrong item and they are refusing to pay the postage return and are asking me to cover the £11.00 to return an item I did not even order. Avoid at all costs

Make sure you don't order from them at least you want to donate your money to Tradeinn. You won't be able to resolve any issues with customer service.
They are scammers.

Very upset with this company. They have taken our money, not delivered our goods, and refused to refund us, or even reply to our messages.

It is so stressful and unfair dealing with this company. I wish I had read other reviews before spending hundreds of euros on sports items. It seems they take many customers' money and simply never deliver the goods. Even if you take their insurance, the insurance company won't reimburse you and just tell you to get the money back from TradeInn. What was the point in paying extra for insurance then?

I can't believe that this company can get away with robbing from so many people and be allowed to keep operating.

I have had to ask friends in Spain to file a police report to try to recover my money, but it is not easy. Does anyone know how we can recover our money using legal recourse if necessary? Any help would be greatly appreciated. STAY AWAY from them for the sake of your own wallet!

What did go wrong, everything... first dpd have received a damaged parcel.
Tradeinn doesn`t do anything to trace the parcel, it is there responsibility.
Tradeinn does answer with the same standard answers.

First of all, please note that this company scores approx. 32% (1.6/5.0) on Trustpilot UK, meaning that the vast majority of its customers are scammed, robbed, overcharged, do not receive products, etc.
In my case, an order of hundreds of euros from diving equipment was never delivered. The company refuses to reply, rectify its 'mistakes', or simply refund the amount stolen.
Worse yet, they sell insurance on their website………….but the insurance company does not reimburse you for so-called 'lost products', and claim that this is the responsibility of the trader, i.e., the insurance you pay for has no value whatsoever if the company 'lose' your products.
It seems like the TradeInn and the insurance company have an agreement to take customers' money for both products and insurance, NOT deliver the goods, tell you to seek damages from the fake insurance they sell, then keep your money.
I have reported the matter to the relevant Spanish authorities and am personally in the process of pursuing legal action against such fraudulent and illegal behaviour.
DO NOT purchase online from the company. A little over 3 out of 10 chance you get what you paid for, as independent reviews attest online.
I will update this post accordingly in time.

Google blocks negative reviews of this company for some suspicious reason.

I ordered a motorcycle windshield. The GIVI AF260. After days of back and forth I was given the option of a partial refund or return what was shipped. I'm assuming their error put my ethics in question. This is one of the most frustrating interactions regarding a purchase I can recall. I would never order from this company again. I'm sure they are good people trying to do a good job, but they, or customer service, failed to recover my experience. Never ever again will they have that opportunity. Pics show what was received and what was ordered

I looked at the “About Us” section on their website, the picture of employees outside their warehouse. The thought of all those hard working people, who I’m sure need their jobs, being put in jeopardy due to bad management is disconcerting. Their overall reviews reflect a business crisis in my view. Nothing in the service recovery phase gives me hope that they are improving.

I’m unclear what the refund will entail. I don’t feel like I have much recourse. It’s too frustrating to continue the back and forth. I’ve ordered from Cycle Gear and expect a delivery within a week.

3 months I have been waiting for my purchase on the 11th December. Shocking customer service. Non existent. No refund. No money back. Just texting back and forward with 'Bots' so that eventually you will give up hope. Bad company policy. Could be a scam. Cannot be trusted.

Some people would say that this is just blatant theft and this is how they run their business.
Something has to be done to stop this sort of thing from ever happening again. Shop elsewhere! Dealing with these people is not a good experience.

I ordered shoes and paid $80+ for them. They sent me a picture of the package, the tracking info says they were shipped yesterday but no one can confirm it. I would avoid this site. The tracking number works through their site, but USPS claims to have no such package. $80 is a lot for me and I spent it carefully and just got shoes I needed.i figured I ended up getting robbed essentially. Stay away.

That it was unreliable, full or bots, zero humans to help and even their bots .they only spoke to me in Spanish and German and when they spoke English, I couldn't get through 3 questions before it started all over. This was a nightmare. Continues to be one

The product cost me $83 and they want $52 to ship it back because I got the wrong size. Also I tried filing a support ticket to ask them about what was wrong with that and their response made no sense at all. Avoid buying from them.

Placed an order and was told it should arrive in 10 days. It's now been over two and a half months. Tracking information shows the package has not been delivered. Repeated emails to them have resulted in lies and complete passing the buck useless responses. These guys do not take pride in their work and they do not care about their customers. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their prices are just a cover for a big scam to lure you in and have you pay for something that will likely never arrive, if it was sent at all. I repeatedly sent them emails with my order # and tracking # they gave me. Now, they're simply not responding back.

I ordered new bike carbon wheels. The product is OK, the delivery time was in accordance with the stated deadline.
But...
Be careful when ordering anything on invoice as an EU company. Shop doesn't calculate a net price - so you have to pay a gross amount. You then receive a VAT refund, but the amount is calculated by their finance department to your detriment.
They have given me too little money, they have not been able to answer my questions clearly for over a week. The customer service is tragic. Respond, but avoid clearly answering straightforward questions - such as how they calculated the amount to be reimbursed. I advise against!
I feel cheated!

Tip for consumers:
Be careful when buying as an EU company - no option for net price on the platform, you pay gross amount and then receive a refund equal to VAT value. In my case they calculated strange net value so I was cheated out of money at the end.
