I booked our tickets from travel2be and in one day they changed two time date and time without our knowledge and adding one more stop so I had no other choice than to cancel the tickets. I received the email that I will get my refund in 12 to 14 weeks. Now there is no email or phone numbers to contact them. Please avoid them no booking from them

I have been trying to get my ticket changed since January 2022 for a flight that just passed in September. I have had customer service agents hang up on me because I have asked them to call the airlines on my behalf to change my tickets and they refuse to do that and change my ticket, as well they are saying it is the airline's responsibility. I have had agents say that they will change it and then the customer service rep says no that they can not change it and they to direct me to the airlines. This company knows that if customers purchase airline tickets through them that is their obligation to change tickets that airlines will not work with any customer that books tickets through a 2nd party.

This has definitely been the worst experience I have ever had, the WORST customer service, and the worst company, and honestly needs to be put out of business because they just take people's money.

I want to tell about a horrible experience I had with a Travel2Be agency. They do not answer emails, when you call them, you have to wait two hours on the line until they answer you, hey promise to send tickets and do not send. And even when an airline cancels tickets and airlines suggest new flight for free, they charge a lot money when it should be free!

I wanted to cancel my flight and book it with a legitimate airline. I found out there is a 50 dollar cancellation fee even if I bought my ticket 15 minutes ago! SO I decided to not undo my cancellation request. I talked to two people on the phone to undo the request and they both told me that they were able to undo it and that there was no pending request! Then I get an email that my booking is cancelled and they charged me 50 dollars! Even when two representatives assured me that they wouldn't! Horrible horrible service! Disgusting company

I've booked a flight with this company.
The airline company have changed the date of the flight, and agreed to give a full refund, but Travel2be just canceled my flight, and didn't give me back the money. There is no answer from them whatsoever. Worst experience I had with customer support ever.

I am currently back and forth with Travel2Be as part of our journey to the UK has been cancelled by the airline. Travel2Be are criminals, thieves and liars. They have informed us twice that our seats have been booked on the alternative route that is available, they have taken an additional "Admin Fee" and we have had to keep calling as the etickets haven't been issued. The staff are telling us lies, each time we have spoken to someone different and all but one had turned aggressive when we have continued to ask questions and gain some clarity on the issues. Both the airlines we have booked with have stated it is our travel agents responsibility to book us onto the alternative flight but Travel2Be have failed multiple times to do it. Book with these crooks at your peril. By far the Most stressful travel experience I have ever had. ZERO STARS

This agency is a scam, a complete ripoff, I will pursue them legally. Never book through this agency. They take your money and if you try to change or cancel your flights, there seems to be a ghost behind the phone/email. These peoplw need to be taken to court!

They are fraudolent

I missed my flight and they firstly said that I wasn't able to to book another one. After they said that I was able and then they said that I wasn't able again. Is also extremely difficult to being in contact with them as they often dont' answer the calls or are disrespectful.
There should be someone that shut them down and send everyone to Jail.

This is the worst experience I've never had with any service/goods seller ever. I took me 2year to get back my refund for a flight ticket I bought from this "Pseudo-agency". First they were pushing me to get a voucher (which is against the law), then they turned quiet more than a year (in the meantime they have changed their customer service email address), then after that they kept saying for months that the Airline must give them authorization before they can refund me. Which doesn't make any sense as I bought the ticket from their website and not from the Airline. And the flight was canceled because of COVID restrictionson May 2020!. So it's all about pushing people to give up but thankfuly I didn't. Run away from this scam even if you have to pay +200£ more
