Went to hotel and your site wouldn't allow me to print voucher for stay. Attempted to call and number wouldn't accept calls. Hotel had no records of my confirmation. Hotel attempted to open but it wouldn't allow either. Spent 2 hours trying to figure it out. Ended up leaving hotel and going to another one and paying for it! Very upset!
I was due to fly London to San Francisco with BA in early April. Have had no specific response to my request for a refund as flight cancelled (covid19). Furious that they have changed their Ts and Cs from when I booked to STEAL a part of the refund from BA. I will never use them again and would advise you to resist any temptation to save a few pounds by booking through them. It could end up costing you dearly.
When I booked with Travel Up, when I tried to pay for my ticket, I got an error message that they couldn't process my card (not sure why). So then I booked my ticket directly through the airline, and got a confirmation right away. Fast forward two days later, I get a confirmation from TravelUp that they processed my transaction. I immediately replied (within 3hrs of the email) requesting a refund, and have heard nothing from them. I'm afraid that I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
This is a terrible company. They called me 12 hours before I'm supposed to check in to the hotel that the hotel is not taking reservations because of COVID and they are rebooking me. I had communicated with them about the reservation 2 weeks previously and there was no mention of any issue with the reservation. Beware and stay clear.
The worst company ever I have dealed with. They are just looting. I have requested them to change my wife's flight from london to mumbai which was cost me 1024 £. After follow up one of the person from admin came back to me with some option, they were charging 454£ extra I told them ok as we have to travel on those dates and then right away he shared payment link with me, I paid within the time and requested to issue my updated ticket but now he is saying that price has been changed and asking to pay 300£ more. When I checked the same flight on their website the fare difference is just 200£ and now they are charging additional 754£. They mentioned in their advertise that book with confidence but its just on paper. My friends I suggest to book the ticket directly from airline at least they just charge only price difference based on current price. Avoid such frauder

Is there an option for 0 stars. Chose two nights on the reservation and the booking was made for one night and on the incorrect date. Wrote to Customer Sevice and the responded that they could cancel the reservation but no refund could be made. I requested a correction on the date but no help was given.

I chose it because the price was affordable, but they canceled my reservation on the grounds that a different price policy was offered to non-ENGLISH in the facility. At the beginning, I got an email from TravelUp with a confirmation code. Later, I realized that the code is for TravelUp rather than airlines. I got a code for airline one day later after sending a request email to TravelUp (tried to reach by call but failed). I suggest that TravelUp send a confirmation code for airlines rather than TravelUp to its customers. Also, provide online chatting service.

Travelup are nothing short of scammers! Do not use them! Read any of the reviews being posted and you will see that they both keep refunded money and also if you get flights cheaply will then start to up the costs until you are worse of. If anything should go wrong like it is now with Covid-19 and you have a cancelled holiday, you will either not get a refund at all, or just a tiny proportion of it to shut you up all of this will take months and months. You will see if you go on any review sites particularly at the moment as holidays are being cancelled no one is picking up the phone, they cut you off, they steal your refund from you! The best thing to come out of the coronavirus crisis is that these scammers go bankrupt!

I bought a $2000 ticket through TravelUp and when an agent at the Israeli airport wouldn't let me board the plane because he was confused about which documents i needed to board TravelUp wouldn't help me. The airline made it clear that I had to go through TravelUp since they are who I bought the ticket from, but when I called them (while I was stuck in the Israeli airport) the kept saying they would have it resolved in "3-4 hours." Two days later they said, nevermind, we cant help you. I had to pay another $2000 to get out of there.
We booked a flight from Switzerland to London last May for our family of 6. The flight was booked through Travelup but was with British Airways and was to happen in August. In July, British Airways canceled the flight. We didn't rebook but instead went with a flight through a different airline. However, we have yet to receive our refund, which is over $500. I contacted Travelup several times and they always say it's British Airways fault. However, when I call BA, they say that Travelup hasn't yet requested a refund from them. Last I heard, Travelup said that they requested a refund on Jan. 17 and that it could take up to 12 weeks to process. We still have heard and received nothing. Feels pretty fraudulent to me and I would recommend avoiding!

I was unable to travel to visit my daughter in Rio due to Covid 19. I booked my flight with travel up via BA for March 24th. Before the lockdown Travel up tried to sell me extras that I didn't need, now when I need a refund of my flight they have not responded to any emails, calls. What company thinks it is good practice to ignore customers during this difficult time?
I was asked to pay a deposit of $30 and 20 minutes later the full amount came out of my account. Then when I tried to contact customer service, there wasn't any. Then I realized the dates did not match up of my purchase. Please refund the full amount to my account.

It wouldn't take my credit card, so I had to use my debit card. Also, I was trying to book at the Distinct Hotel and was lured into booking at a different resort. It was bait and switch. Now I am out 147 dollars.
