I booked a two-night stay in Phoenix through this site. The next thing I knew, I started getting fraud alerts from my credit card company. Charges were being made on not only the card I used for the reservation but for two of my other credit cards. I'm not completely sure but I think they installed a malicious downloader on my computer when I downloaded the reservation document. The hackers ended up making multiple charges and drained my travel reward points. This is a malicious hacking website no one should ever use. You are forewarned.
These clowns advertised a room at $230 and this is what my receipt showed.
My bank account was shows a withdrawal of $350.
And these C.U.N.T.S wont respond.
One week ago I booked Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia through Expedia which somehow redirected me to Traveluro. Traveluro confirmed my booking and charged my credit card. I went to check in today and the hotel has no reservationon on my name. I called Traveluro customer support. No solution other than that they will call me back. They did, but just to tell me that they are investigating and will email me the result. No result. I had to make another reservation somewhere else. SCAM BIG TIME. AVOID TRAVELURO.
They're a scam. I called to cancel a reservation 10 days prior & was told I'd receive a refund & confirmation email. A few days later I called again & was told they had no record of the cancellation & now it was too late for a refund. Hotel said reservation was thru Agoda not Traveluro. Agoda said they couldn't do anything, I'd need to contact Traveluro. Agoda is a partner of the scam company so they can't be trusted either.
Made a reservation for a hotel/casino in wendover NV for one night for my birthday. I made the reservation on Aug 22...for Sept 29. On Sept 10th I called the casino and cancelled. They said ok, have a nice day. Then called traveluro to cancel.and she laughed and said I would get a follow up email within 24 hours. Nothing. So, I called again. They said it was nonrefundable. I don't book things that are nonrefundable. I was in the hospital for quite some time. I told them that. I keep calling, now they send emails.saying they are working nonstop to get my refund. Well, the reservation was for last night. I am calling my credit card company tomorrow and reporting fraud. Beware of them. Total waste of time and money. I don't think they are a real company.
Booked a hotel in Puerto Rico, paid for everything in full including taxes and service fees... I get to the hotel just to find out that TRAVELEURO didn't include the service fee of the hotel but rather the site. So I was stuck with a $230plus dollar fee on top of already paying $900 for the hotel... I was PISSED!

SCAM. Went to hotel on the day and traveluro hadn't sent our booking to the hotel at all. Called customer service with international number with huge roaming cost and was told it would be rectified. Called again & Was told twice that an agent would call me back but no result. Stuck at hotel for last 3 hours waiting for their response. Not sure if I book another hotel in higher price now and have to follow them up for refund. Better to avoid them.
We booked a hotel in Canada while residing in Canada. The website displayed prices in USD, which were $100 more expensive than other booking websites. Assuming the pricing was in CAD, we proceeded with the booking. However, upon payment, we realized the price was in USD, resulting in overpaying by $100. Additionally, we paid extra for call services advertised as 24/7 support, but our calls never connected. Despite sending multiple emails requesting cancellation, we haven't received any response in over two weeks. The entire website seems deceptive, and their service is abysmal. I strongly advise staying away from this platform.
TERRIBLE! Avoid this company at any cost. Booked holiday with them and fully paid 3 months ago. They cancelled our reservation last minute now, saying there is no availability. Super inconvenient and disappointing as we booked all the travel and transfer around that already and left without any holiday booking with our holiday coming. Don't use this company ever if you don't want to destroy your holiday.
I canceled my reservation before their deadline, about two hours to be exact. I received a confirmation email regarding my request so it had a time stamp. Received an email from a person by a single name, no contact info saying my request couldn't be honored because I was too late.
Called multiple times and talked to several people. They kept saying they'd "investigate" it. Spent a lot of time on phone, getting no where. Had to get my credit card company involved. I'd avoid this "company."
I have made bookings with them on three occasions. Initially, the booking process was smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund for this error. Subsequently, when I tried booking with GOSPLITTY instead of TRAVELURO on the third occasion, I faced a delay in receiving a refund as both platforms are affiliated. This experience has highlighted that there might be a lack of reliability in the booking process, significantly decreasing the chances of a successful transaction. In light of these incidents, I would advise against using either of these websites in the future. Thank you.
I paid for a VIP phone number for check-in help. The number given didn't work. I tried 3 times and got kicked off, while on hold, all 3 times.
They didn't at all deliver what they charged me for but would not give a refund of the non-delivered service.
This site did not provide corrected information to the hotel, so I got double charged. The customer service promised me 24-48 hours of response time for cancellation, which is their strategy to push you off. Have three phone calls, and several email exchanges with them. Nothing happened.
Booked room for 1 night for $104 and paid taxes and fees of $54. After check-in was told $45 for parking per day. Then weeks later got another $35 on credit card in the name of resort fee. Super shady business. Just stay away.
Trust these reviews. Do not book thru this site. Wish I would have checked the reviews BEFORE I booked. Their prices are significantly more than booking directly thru the hotel. I've given them a chance to make this right. With only this response: "Apologies. This is a third-party reservation and we have a different rate from our hotel partner.". So … learned my lesson. Wanted to warn others.
I jumped at the chance to stay one night for under $50, expecting only a slight rise in final price for the tax collected. Not so, their fee took a $47 price tag up to $66. I could have stayed at a nicer, safer place than I did for that price. Also, unlike booking.com which I've been using for the rest of my road trip, their prices are non-refundable. Never again.
Booked our stay called hotel to confirm booking they did confirm we had a reservation. Drove all the way to Florida and when we got here they said we have res but says we didn't pay. Confirmed they took our money even showed the receptionist but she said they never gave them any money. Tried calling customer support and of course no answer. Now we have to pay for the room again or sleep in our car with 2 dogs. This site is a scam.
Very dishonest person, i had to cancel my hotel stay because of inclement weather and travelling with my kids, i did it 48 hours before, even though they told they will request the front desk actually they did not do anything. They just want to rip your money

Bottom line, this is how the scam works. You pay them and then they send an expired virtual card to the hotel as payment. Which of course the hotel doesn't honor

Do not, and I repeat do not take a chance with this scam organization.
I called the support number that I eventually found at the bottom of the confirmation but none of the extensions work. Your call will just ring out.It was very frustrating.
These guys know that credit card companies won't cancel the transaction until it posts so it's up to you to follow up with the credit card company that you used.

I cant make a call. I sat on hold just to be rejected 25 minutes later now I'm getting hung up on everytime. Why won't my card work on your site? My card is good. I have money. It says declined but when I reach out to my bank your site never even tried to run it. Is this a scam site?
