I am going on holiday and have ordered some more summery clothing for it, I ordered with two different companies 1 week ago and paid £10 "express" postage for each (£20 total) after receiving multiple messages stating that the items would be arriving tomorrow, every single day after ordering them, and never receiving the items I called customer services, which basically are there because they legally have to, customer services can do nothing about deliveries, they cannot even get ahold of the depots, I have been I'm contact with a customer service manager who is as much help as any person off the street could be. They do nothing but provide excuses to why I have been receiving these messages literally lying to me saying my items would be delivered "tomorrow" for 7 days in a row now, rather than trying to change anything and being shocked and disgusted by the services I have received, they clearly know the issues and expect them and do nothing to change them. I am fed up, will never be ordering "express" delivery by this scamming company.

UPS=UTERLY PATHETIC SERVICE. DROPPED OFF AN ENVELOPE ON 12/29/20. A FULL 7 DAYS LATER THE ENVELOPE STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED.

They seem to be reliant on Virtual Assistant which provides No help any at all and just poor interaction. Reaching out with their UPS Representative is as almost as gut-wrenching and depressing, they have no training that it actual feels like the Robotic Virtual Assistant has more Script and Vocabulary, needless to say, it really isn't about the expressive techniques, it's about being able to give solution, assurance or clarity and they failed to offer those three things there was no direction, follow up or any type of valuable information that they could respond to my concerns. It truly is a dissapointment, yet many companies, USE UPS.
Left a 700$ computer on someone elses porch, didnt bother knocking, even on there door, NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, and it was below zero. I mean it was fast shipping, but not worth my package probably being stolen.
Emergency family situation with funds in package! Emotional distress and not attending family funeral out of state. Employee made a mistake, UPS delivered wrong day, didn't make it right no matter what I was willing to do or give, blamed me for shipping options not being right but employee created in store and illegally did not release my prepaid overnight open ended return. And package the day it arrived overnight. CONSUMER RIGHTS, CIVIL RIGHTS, CUSTOMER MENTAL HEALTH, BREACH OF CONTRACT and MOOORE!
By far this has been one of the worst experiences with a company and their customer service since I was old enough to purchase things. UPS botched delivery at almost every step other than picking the package up. The delivery driver out right lied on both days that he said he tried to deliver. On the first day he reported that the business was closed, when I live in a residential home. The second day he stated that the receiver was not at home when I was outside cleaning my yard to put up Christmas lights. I called customer service at least 8 times during the delivery period to change delivery to just picking it up. They would not allow this and said that it would be delivered the next day, then changed to it being dropped at the local USPS office and would be delivered two days later. Once I received the package within an hour of it being dropped at the post office it was crushed on one side and ripped open on the other. I called and complained, and UPS said since it was no longer in their system, I could not make a complaint and call the shipper. Basically, passing any responsibility and washing their hands. I opened the box through the rip in the package and the inside box had also been opened and contents put back in messily. I eventually returned the item to Best Buy for a new one since I was not sure that the original even worked. I will never use UPS again and I advise everyone who has a choice to use someone else so what happened to me does not happen to you.
Cust service covered up lies from a driver and made false claims for my delivery. Service is appalling. No real drive to handle problems. Just excuses and misdirection.ie: gaslighting
I placed an order online and they ship by ups, they sent me the tracking number withing 12 hours everything was fine, item scanned and what not, but it has been the same status for 4 days now "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" they said it will take 7 days to get from america to Australia, I highly doubt that will be happening, REALLY UN HAPPY.
We shipped a package to our customer in Aus. The package was meant to be delivered on 31/10 latest, UPS advised us that there was some delays and it would land 01/11.01/11 comes and still nothing. Tracking does not update and each person tells you a new story. John in customer service seems to know what's going on but his colleagues call him a liar and don't seem to have access to the same screen john has access to. Johns managers even don't know what John is on about... Seems like john like to mislead customers! They now say the package was lost and then found but no movement or info showing on tracking with last scan being 27/10 in Germany! They now tell us to take it up with UPS Germany as they UPS Australia are not the same company. They take no ownership over there own mistakes and false information and pass you back and fourth between country's and reps. I for one have had enough of UPS BS and will be making as much noise as its needed to get the package found and delivered, After all john said he sees its about to depart and land in Aus on 01/11 - 02/11latest. Wonder what special system John has that no one else in UPS can see! Will be emailing HQ and every investor to see why no one else but john can use this system!
I have had problems for some time with ups,you would think these driver want to get their hours in,as they are union local 638. UPS drivers continue to deliver to the mail/package room in my apartment.I am disabled and have severe mobility issue.I want the package delivered to my apartment,as I have UPS my choice and need it delivered to my apartment door,these drivers do not read their diad device,"deliver to apartment"224".did not follow instructions.A
UPS representitive named megan Walsh is of no help and will not send a return lable.she was useless.the shipper is not responsible,they dont need to send a return lable,ups screwed up,not the shipper. Donot use ups,fed ex isnt much better.

This courier service don't even worth 1 star. Always they will loose the package and expect customers to face the consequences for their irresponsibility. I have ordered a laptop and they have lost my package but they didn't even informed me and it was showing order might delayed. Other than that there is no ETA of delivery. I have emailed them couple of times and there is no use. After browsing a lot i got some customer care number and when i have asked them they simply said that they might have lost my package and asked to me to raise a claim. But how irresponsible these people are? Because of this my works are getting delayed. And its not easy for everyone to say sorry i couldn't do it like these people right. Not only with me even my friends have faced a lot of incidents like these. It would be better if these UPS people be more cautious about the packages. This is not the right way at all.
I might get the refund and all these people can say is sorry but who have to face all the consequences for my work delay.

I want to say that those who deliver UPS mail are fools who work with Navigator to deliver Parcels and ALWAYS in my case they leave my packages in the wrong house. PLEASE put more qualified people to do this job.

UPS has horrible customer service! It is almost impossible to get to talk to an actual person. If you do you can't understand them! So pretty much completely worthless.
I ordered an item that was to be delivered UPS from Amazon. Shipping was free for me (prime member). UPS driver for some unknown reason (I have asked and they don't know) decided not to deliver my package but left me a slip. I then paid an extra $6.00 to have it delivered to another drop site.
Went to pick it up there and that place (UPS Store) does not do dropped packages and have repeatedly asked UPS to take them off as an option. They suggested it was at another store. Called before going there which was good because my package wasn't there. Got back home, contacted UPS who really didn't have a clue where my package is other than in transit.
Got a call back from local UPS distribution facility and am informed I can drive over there later tonight to pick it up (which is completely out of my way for anything and not close by) or I can wait and hope it gets delivered here tomorrow. This was something I needed which was why I ordered it in the first place. Horrible customer service. Horrible handling of the issue and now after paying extra I am supposed to be inconvenienced and spend more gas money to do their job of getting my order. Ridiculous!
I placed an order with a company that uses UPS for shipping. I received an email from UPS stating my parcel was on it's way and that a signature was required for delivery. The email indicated that I could sign online for the parcel. I clicked the link but was unable to log onto my account. Attempts to get my username and/or password were unsuccessful since I received no emails after requesting them. After a very long and frustrating phone call I was able to open a new account only to find that I still could not sign for the parcel. Two more frustrating calls later I was told that the parcel did not need to be signed for. So, in other words I wasted a whole lot of time and sanity for nothing. Following the final phone call I stayed on the line to do the short survey to let them know what I thought of their company. While doing the survey I got a recording saying that the survey system was experiencing technical difficulties and that I could not complete the survey. The entire experience was full of "technical difficulties" including the fact that I could not hear any of the customer service people properly. I called the company I ordered from to let them know about my experience and I could hear that customer service person just fine. So the problem was not on my end.
