I bought tires and rims from Costco.ca and learned that they ship the rims to your house using UPS.
That was where it all went wrong. I got the delivery notice saying that my four 46lbs rims had been delivered at 3:15 p.m. on March 23rd. I was home all day and of course, no one came and no one rang the doorbell or delivered anything. I called UPS and immediately they said they must have been lost or stolen and that I would have to fill out an online claim form that would be emailed to me in 20 mins. I called again because the email never arrived. I got it finally and to fill out four separate forms for each lost tire rim which is totally stupid! So I also had to call Costco.ca to get my refund and tell them what happened because UPS will conduct an investigation, but will only refund the money to the shipper and not the customer. So over the space of 3 weeks where I had to call Costco.ca twice to have them re-issue the refund request, and during that time UPS, I had to call UPS 3 times to find out what happened. On one phone call, they lied to me telling me they had found the rims and there were being delivered that day. Instead, some SOB from ups came and had me sign the claim forms I had completed and digitally signed online a week before. The other two times they told me they were investigating and that they would tell me what happened when they knew. So after about a month, I got my refund from Costco.ca and this is what really pisses me off about UPS. Yesterday a driver comes to my door and tells me that they found my rims and that they had been delivered to another address 4 doors from my house and that he had them in the delivery truck! I was like great because they were still out of stock from the supplier and I thought that meant I could get my rims after all. The driver told me that they had been delivered to the wrong address and that it happened because he was on vacation that week. I was like ok so can I have my rims now? The driver then told me that he had to return them to the supplier because the investigation had been closed and a refund had been issued. He also told me I could just order them online. I told him that I was happy to buy the rims again but that the supplier was still out of stock and that what I needed was in his truck. I also said I was more than happy to buy my rims again! He told me that he was sorry but that he had to bring them back to the supplier. So said you basically found what I paid for after you delivered it to the wrong house, but you can't give me what I paid for which is right in your truck because I was already refunded, but that I can just buy them online knowing that the company is out of stock? So I asked why he even bothered to come to my door to tell me all of this. He said I just thought you should know. I told him to leave and thanked him for nothing!
WORST EVER. I HOPE YOU TO MAKE IT TO GIVE THEM 0 STAR FOR THIS COMPANY. THERE'S NO WORD TO EXPLAIN ABOUT THIS COMPANY EXCEPT WORST EVER.
They are lucky I have to put a star to write this review. Just recently I ordered a package to be delivered and I get a notification Stating that the package was delivered I go outside and there's no package I'm calling customer service and I'm being told it takes 1 to 8 business days Investigate and resend out a new package that's ridiculous so I'm going up and down my street to all my neighbors front door to see if possibly my package was there and I see nothing I'm frustrated with UPS customer service because you're not really resolving anything the representative hangs up on me. And I'm filing a complaint through the UPS corporation email address a car pulls up and someone has my package it's a third-party vendor hired by UPS to deliver the packages in a car not in any vehicle stating it's UPS open up the door I get my package for frustrates me is that I get a text stating my package is here and it's not I'm looking up and down my street at my neighbors properties to see if my package was delivered there no real answers just run around and excuses it's unacceptable a few weeks ago my neighbor as I was pulling up in my driveway asked me if I seen her package I said no UPS is this nonsense to me a few years ago I ordered a juvenile iguana in the worst day in California it was flooded raining hard and freezing cold and they dropped my iguana on my front door who knows how long it was sitting there but I get an email notification on my yahoo account stating my package was delivered I hurry up to the door for packages Open the door for packages wet iguana was freezing cold and barely made it I was furious with them being so negligent it seems like they don't know how to knock on the door or ring the doorbell and I get packages a lot USPS and FEDEX always deliver packages and either ring the doorbell or knock on the door or both I never have issues with them always issues with UPS. I'm tired of the horrible service if I could ask the vendors that I purchased from to which carrier they use to send out my packages I would pay more to have USPS or FedEx deliver my packages and not UPS.
ALWAYS worst choice to use UPS but now even worse! RUN from using this service if you want packages.
Very high prices for international deliveries, I now use Fedex and am happy with them.
DO not trust UPS with your Identity Documents, They have lost my Passport & showing no responsibility
UPS sendet Rechnung datiert mit 29.08.2023, die bei mir am 12.09.2023 (also 14 Tage später) ein langt. Die UPS Rechnung wurde aus den Niederlanden (P.O.BOX 7002) abgeschickt. UPS droht in dieser Rechnung bei verspäteter Zahlung ab dem 7.Tag mit Verzugszinsen von 8% und eine Säumnisgebühr in der Höhe von Euro 40.=.

Realmente una pesadilla, utilizar ups para mi entrega. No tienen un verdadero equipo de servicio al cliente, no resuelven problemas.
Es lejos la peor paqueteria que existe, correos de Mexico es mas rapido que esto. Suerte a todo el mundo.

UPS has failed me completely. I ordered a package in December 2024, and as of now, I still haven't received it. Their system falsely claims that it was delivered to a pickup point I have never used or authorized. After contacting their customer service multiple times, all they do is send the same generic response without actually investigating the issue. No refund, no real assistance—just silence and a closed case. This is beyond incompetence; it feels like fraud. UPS has lost my trust entirely, and I will never use their services again. Stay away if you value your money and time!
Next day air turned into a 5 day delivery! Sad but true anyways, 😭 after two days went by I tried calling UPS and all that was offered to me was a pre-recorded question/answer A.I. Program that didn't offer any reason for package being so late. After reading hundreds of reviews on UPS it seems they're no longer qualified to be handling anything that needs to be there on time. At one time the company was really good at delivery but not so anymore.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
