I asked for a change of address, and was informed that it would be completed within 48 hours. However, it has now been 96 hours and I have yet to receive my order.

O. box KNOWING THEY CANNOT DELIVER THEN, then return them. SERIOUSLY, how much brain power does than need from the driver or the packing crew?
I would actively advise my friends, families, and even my enemies against using UPS. This is the first time I've done so, and I've been met with nothing but issues. My package was supposed to arrive a week ago, and it has been problem after problem with UPS.
I've had three different conversations with representatives today the first two were very polite but made promises about my package that didn't come true. The first told me someone would contact me within an hour to update me, two hours later, nothing. I went back on with another rep to see if anything was going to happen, she told me that they were sending my package to be delivered tonight, and to watch for the delivery. I waited. For three hours I waited by the window so I'd be sure not to miss them. And no one ever showed up. So I tried talking to another representative, who told me I would have to pick up my package at a facility. That would have been great information FIVE HOURS AGO, at which point I could've driven to get my package before they closed. I don't know why it took five hours and three conversations with service reps to reach an actual conclusion, but it shows how very effete UPS is at accomplishing their one, simple task: deliver item from point A to point B.
I was shipped a package, waiting for it to show and it didn't. Then I noticed UPS posted "The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender". Poppy $#*!! I never refused it. Trying to reach out to UPS on-line and by phone was fruitless. So, I waited until the next Monday and went to the UPS Customer Care location. They told me they have no option for the employees to click for "package damaged - return to shipper". Nice way to hide how many ways you DAMAGE THINGS and blame it on the receiver that they "refused the package". THIS IS NOT GOOD AND HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE. Knowing this I would never ship UPS again. Let's face it, this is just a cover up.
I paid cash for a shipment that never arrived, I had to have a family member pick it up, and they refused to reimburse me!They may be cheaper but not worth the hastle!

This year new laws were put in place so places like Aliexpress, and Alibaba etc, must collect and remit taxes on sales, even if they are international. With all these platforms charging tax now, this of course cuts into UPS commission revenues, and import brokerage revenues. WAIT! Not of ups charges you import taxs,despite the fact you already paid, and after making you jump around like a chicken for hours to fix the issue, tell you to go get a refund from the very Platform that had to charge you taxes under the new rules. This is what is happening to me right now. It is a ups fight to keep import revenue, by charging tax on its customers that already paid tax due, through the platforms like Alibaba. But before they lastly tell you to do that. They are going to tell you, Alibaba does not collect tax, and even if you give them all the proof and bills etc, they are still going to play ignorant, and do absolutely nothing!. What a terrible thing I imagine they are doing to all people who order product international and import it now. If you do not want to go though this crap, which will totally sour your buying experience. Stay away from UPS, and it's deceitful, company reps, trained to cause you great disss service
I paid for a package to be sent with thousands of dollars worth of assorted trucking electronics, fuel cards, bank cards and a pre pass.
I paid for an ADULT signature (full name) and was assuted I would receive a hard copy by mail. We have been with the company it was shipped to for 30 years. The signature the driver says is on there doesn't belong to any employee.
There are escrow deposits on each item ranging from over a thousand dollars per item. I have gotten nothing but the run around on where that package is and who really signed for it.
Although I've repeatedly told UPS I'm the shipper, they're confused and think I'm both the shipper AND receiver!
They tell me they can't contact the office where the package was delivered. Then they tell me they did contact the office. So they lied.
They're tracking system sucks. I signed up for updates and was getting them while in transit but I never received notice of delivery which started this whole mess.
At this juncture, I've spoken with more than a dozen reps. None of which read my prior messages and have no idea what's going on.

Ordered a desk - shipped in 2 boxes. The first box finally arrived after being in the city for 8 days. I got it because I waved down the UPS driver. Turns out, he had the box, but nobody scanned it, so it wasn't in his system. Apparently this is the first delivery UPS has ever made to a townhouse condominium. The shipping documents had my company name and apparently it was very problematic to have a business at a residential address - because nobody in the history of work has ever worked from home, according to UPS and nobody at that company has ever heard of "Google Maps". Today I found out that the second box, which has been in Calgary since July 22, has now been declared "missing" and they launched and investigation which will take another 8 business days. Eventually, I will have to have Visa credit my purchase and the company I bought the desk from can fight with UPS. DO NOT USE UPS FOR ANY REASON.
I called UPS "customer service", and asked if it was possible for me to pick up my products. When informed that I could only do it for one hour a day, I told them not to hold my package, and just continue with delivery as scheduled. Their customer service (based outside the US) changed my shipment to hold one of my two packages. When I called to change it 30 minutes later, they said they cancelled the hold... but didn't. Now, I have to change my entire schedule again. This is at LEAST the 3rd time that they have done this delaying my business! They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes, and simply read from a script. I won't be doing business with ups, or anyone that does business with UPS anymore! No one contacts you to resolve any issues, takes any accountability, or cares. They have your money already, and have no desire to act like a business should. This is costing me DAYS of my time to do, and delaying multiple jobs! I'll drive across the country and pick my products up from now on! It'd be cheaper, and faster! I asked for responses from corporate, and left phone numbers and emails multiple times with ZERO contact back. Beyond done!
Take UPS seven days holding onto my package to still deliver it to the wrong place and the supervisor was so unprofessional and rude and promised me it will be delivered to my home the next day but sent it to one of the UPS outlet. Please don't use UPS for deliveries I think FedEx does a better job
Years ago I was called by UPS to pay $100.00 for a small package of optical lamination film samples shipped from the US - I had no choice but to pay the fee as they told me the only other option for me would be to drive down to Buffalo and fill out the forms myself to clear customs. $#*!s - So yes I paid but swore to never use them again. Now I had no choice as a automotive part supplier out of Germany decided to ship UPS... I have been waiting for weeks - to find a letter in my mail box Dec 24th with a duty invoice - of course they are closed over Christmas - but even today Monday Dec 27th - the busiest time of shipping they are still closed? The letter does not show a tracking number, but two numbers; account number and shipment number - give me one number please - the tracking number! Entering the shipment number it tells me that the shipment has been returned to the sender.? Locking at the date it shows December 07 2021... and payable until Dec 21... letter delivered December 24? - ok it looks like the letter was lost in the mail? But why do you not call and request the payment over the phone - or deliver the damn package and ask for payment at the door? Failed again UPS - thanks - I hope I can give you zero stars and tell anyone to never use UPS...
Half of my packages goes stolen with UPS. I love fedex. Do your self a favor and do not use UPS. I have reported this a few times but it seems like the company is not doing anything about it
Worst ever business I would never ship there these people and there customer service reps are just as bad with the worst attitudes in the world like if you don't like your job quit. And if they don't deliver to your location they will still charge you for shipping and have you pick up the package and not tell the business… I HOPE AMAZON AND FEDEX PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!
This is the most frustrating and least helpful customer service I have ever encountered! I received an email saying that they were unable to deliver my package because "no one was home". Both my husband and I were here all day and I was even outside working in the garden where I was visible!. The email said my package was being held for e at a UPS location but did not say where that location was. I tried calling the phone number for UPScustomer service but just got a recording that lead me round and round in circles without helping. Then I tried going on line. I paid $1 to join something called Howly which promised an expert to help me. I waited for a long time without any expert appearing and then noticed another number you could supposedly call for help. That lead to a person who told me they only dealt with billing issues. I didn't have a billing issue. I tried online again and was then asked to pay $1 to join Howly. - despite having already done so only minutes before! What a scam! I spent almost two hours simply trying to find where my package was being held and was unable to do so. I wish there was a way I could leave zero stars in this review because this customer service is really terrible!
Worst experience ever with UPS! They do not deserve the one star I had to put!
I sent a TV from Italy to Greece. The TV was packaged in the original packaging exactly as it was delivered to me by the company. I read carefully the guidelines of UPS to be sure that everything was done correctly. The TV arrived in Greece completely broken! At the phone UPS told me that I cannot claim damage because the package was too big which it was a lie! So I wrote an email and they had to give me directions. I did a claim for damage and the TV was sent to Athens for evaluation. Then they called me a told me that the TV was evaluated and was indeed damaged and I should expect the details for getting reimbursed. They also sent the TV back to Italy although I told them I am not living there anymore. After 14 working days (they were supposed to notify me within 5 days) of waiting for their information to be reimbursed I asked them again by email what is happening. They sent a very general report with no specific details saying that the packaging was not properly done by myself so they will not return any money! Lies! It was the original packaging done extremely carefully. Shame on them... mostly for the continuous effort to not do the right thing since they destroyed my shipment. I will never send anything ever again with UPS.
6 December 2921 UPS picks up an envelope from my home address in Ireland. Recipients is a 19-year old friend of mine in Russia. 8 December the envelope arrives in Moscow airport. The envelope contains a Christmas present. To make a long story shorter, the envelope never left the warehouse till 11 January 2022, so more than a month later. UPS Moscow wants recipients company information. I emailed that there is no company - no business, just a private gift for a friend. She lives 700km east of Moscow, but the envelope stays in Moscow and UPS does not call her. UPS asks for a copy of her passport. I email the ID pages. The very next day UPS decides to return the envelope to Ireland. The envelope arrived in their Irish warehouse on 12 January 2022. They do not deliver it back to me, because "the address is incomplete", even though they knew how to pick it up from the same address. It is now more than a week later, and still nothing, even after lots of emails and phone calls. Forget about UPS!

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America.
