I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site totalling about 50$ after my discount. And they sent with UPS when I choose USPS so now I'm getting hit with more then 50% brokerage fee's from UPS. I brought this issue to the attention of urbanog.com and i got a very snooty lady who said other people have had the same issue and have been unsuccessful in getting what they want so good luck and gave me her bosses email address. I emailed him and same sort of thing all I got was ignorance. I asked if I send back the shoes could you wave your restock fee I will eat the shipping or for them to call ups and have them sent to a post office I use across the border or to even pay for half of the brokerage fee's as I was not aware of this issue and shouldn't have to pay for this and he refused on all parts. So please beware of this companies horrible service all they want is your money.

I ordered three pair of boots. One pair was defective in quality, they said the whole shipment; all sizes have defects yet they are selling them for full price. The problem with the second pair of boots was, the right boot was a size 10 the left was an 8 1/2. I am returning all. Buyer beware.

I ordered boots 11 days ago and haven't heard from them since. I think I got scammed. They list two phone numbers, one on the website and one on the email, and neither one seems to work. I'm not sure what to do next, hopefully my bank can help me get my money back.

So I ordered a few pairs of shoes as well as a couple of other things. I ordered from my work computer in which i normally place any type of online orders from my phone. Big mistake! I assumed as with any other orders I have placed at other places that I would have received a confirmation email immediately. It has been 3 days and I have yet to receive anything. I reached out to the company by email as well as phone and have not been able to get a hold of these people yet. But as you can believe, the money has been deducted from my bank account. Horrible customer service. How can you have a business but are not available to communicate with your customers? I'm seriously thinking about disputing the order with my bank and shopping ELSEWHERE!

The shoes I bought here were absolutely great! They lasted for a long time and were at a reasonable price. Purchased many more shoes from them today, and ordered variations of the thong sandals I ordered before in different colors and styles.

Terrible customer service! While placing my order I accidentally put down the wrong address (missing it by one digit). I called the next day and the customer service representative who I spoke with was very rude and nasty! After waiting for about a month, YES A MONTH, I finally received my package. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered a black dress and when I tried it on it had one arm longer than the other and the size of the top part is so disproportionate to the bottom size. I could barely squeeze in it. It looked so wrong as if it was sewed by a beginner. I tried to call them to return it and I keep getting a message that the voice mailbox is full. They are crooks and should be put out of business.

After reading the reviews i was skeptical about placing an order (some good/some bad) so i went ahead and placed an order march 10,2016 & received a conformation same day march 11 comes & they let me know that one of my sandals has a glue spot (soo very minor) wasn't noticeable AT ALL so they gave me an additional 30% witch was placed back on my card. Another pair of my shoes wasn't what i expected i feel they should have gave a 30% of that one (my shoe had a few tares on the side like coming from the sole even tho it looks like its pretty intact but i still couldnt over look that) instead of the glue stain witch you could barley see but my overall experience was good no problems at all will consider ordering again.

I always order frm them and have never been disappointed with any product! My latest order UOG******* came so fast and I was amazed on how great the shoe looked in person! If your looking for quality items in a timely manner this is the site for you!

Their shoes are absolutely adorable! I bought a pair of slouch boots from here last year, and they're the comfiest boots I've ever had.

I've ordered a couple things from them in the past... they usually ship right on time and, like I said, great shoes! However, I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the quality of their actual clothing is meh. The shirts I've ordered are made from a pretty flimsy fabric. The jeans I ordered were decent and lasted me about a year and a half, which isn't bad for $30 jeans, but they're very stretchy and more like jeggings than jeans. If you like this style, it's awesome, but just be aware that the clothing materials are a little lower-quality.

I order from them all the time and I have always had my shoes within one week unless I paid extra for expedited shipping. I have not had any problems with any of the shoes I've ordered and they are tru to size.

I got two pairs of shoes. Both size 7 and both didn't fit the same my OTK boots were not a size 7! Those were like two sizes too big so I sent them back. Ten days later... still no refund. And my booties half a size small but I kept them. Probably won't order anything else from them.

I read so many reviews, I was fine with the good ones, but of course the bad ones scared me to death. I thought back and forth for two days. I became really skeptical on if I should order or not. So I went ahead and took the chance hell the shoes were $33 including shipping after the promo code. I am one satisfied customer. I ordered my shoes on June 20th 2016 and received them on June 25th 2016. No scratches, no damages, exactly what I ordered. I'll definitely be back for more.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes of this site they all had defects scratches dents chips I followed the site instruction on the the return it took almost 2 weeks to get the return label took almost a week to get my shoes in the first place i continue to call and email them i have sent the shoes back i still have not received a refund true the shoes are cheap price but be careful customer service is poor i hope they refund my money never again will i order from them.

Received my order in less than a week. Only reason for my 4 star review and not a 5 star is because when I placed my order I did not receive a confirmation email which the system told me that I would. Received my tracking information the following day after my order and was able to track my order until delivered. Package received was what I ordered and I am happy with my cute shoes.

Urban Original is my favorite place to go to for shoes. They have all the best styles and they are always running good sales. Occasionally they have super cute clothes too. Their jewelry is so cute too!

I ordered two maxi skirts and a pair of wedge booties. The maxi skirts were beautiful comfy and fit great, everytime I wear them out I get asked where I got them. However the shoes were much to narrow. I wear a size 10 and I could barely get my feet in. Even my roommate who wears a size 8 said they were too narrow for her. They were only wide enough for my sister but she wears a size 7! However I returned them and got refunded with no hassle.

After reading some of the reviews I was weary of ordering a pair of shoes off of urbanog.com However I decided to order a pair of 8 dollar flats. My experience could not have been better with standard shipping my shoes arrived 6 days later and were flawless. The size was accurate and everything seemed to be intact. I will definetly be ordering again!

I ordered off urbanog and it was a great experience. This was my first time ordering. Their selection off shoes are great and the sale that they were having made it even better. I ordered the holographic sneakers in black and white. They were shipped in great timing. Even with the snow that happened in my area. I love my sneakers and will be ordering from them again.

I am a huge online shopper since I live in a town with no department other than a local Walmart. Urbanog.com is one of the first online stores I've shopped from and I have shopped from many. Since I live in Nevada, shipment time is phenomenal and the quality of shoes is what you pay for. On the other hand, I have bought from them and the quality be less than ideal, especially for what you pay for it but other than that, they are great! I've ordered from them many times so it is indeed legit.
