Well... I ordered a pair of over the knee boots from urbanog 8/19/13 it is now 8/24/13 I still haven't received the boots it took what seemed like forever for them to process my order and finally ship out my boots. When they finally did process my order I checked to see the status of my boots it say I ordered a color I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT chose. I still have not got the shoes so I'm hoping it is just a mistake on their part, although I have tried to contact them via e-mail still no response as of now. I'm not impressed with this site. Don't think they'll be getting my money again.

This is my 3rd time purchasing items from Urbanong. This time I purchased 9 pair of shoes. All shoes fit and shoes look great. I have referred family and friends. I will purchase additional shoes in the soon.

I ordered something and paid for shipping and its been 4 days and they havent even shipped it yet! Still waiting and I was suppose to have it by the 31st! Now they're saying its not gonna be here till the 10th of JANUARY!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website. 4 days later I receive an email saying that shoe I ordered had a manufacture defect and they wouldn't be able to send so to call. I called and the lady was very nice, I told her I wanted the other color in the same size since the website said they still carried it. Next day received an email saying that size was no longer available. Spent the next two days calling and couldn't get ahold of anyone. When I finally did I asked for the size 10 but if they didn't fit if they could waive the shipping charges. She said no, I said give me my money back. I just don't like the run around, if the website says you have it, you should have it. Then if I try another approach you should try to still get my money. They didn't care.

I am sooooo happy with my order! I didn't remember to look at reviews until after I had made my purchase (horrible I know) and when I did, I got nervous because people had such bad reviews about urbanog.com but it's safe to say I had an amazing experience I'm so glad I didn't cancel my order! I love my peep toe chunky heel shoes and my shades the shoes fit true to size and look amazing!. The shoes look exactly like the pictures on the site, if not better. The shades are so my style love the gradient effect they have going on!. Sooooo happy! Ready for a girls night out! P. s I received my package 8days from my order date. March 14 was my order date and I received my package on March 21.

I saw a pair of holographic chunky heels on Facebook and fell in love!
I googled the color of the shoe and the first site that came up was urbanog.com
I found d the shoe and bought 4 of the same shoe in different colors!
I am In LOVEEEEE!

I purchase 2 dresses from this company which were White, after taking them out of the plastic bag and seeing that they were not made out of the best material and actually see-thru
I immediately did a return request. I sent off the return and 4 days later I receive and email stating that they issued a partial return, reason being that the dress had been Worn.
I never Wore the dress or tried it on and with a 30% restock fee this company must be out of their minds, I called the Custer Service department and I was told that the return department would have to review the item again, If they have any type of quality control they would of reviewed it when it arrived to the return department.
They almost had a customer, But with the response from customer service, I am not satisfied and I will not Shop with them again.

This company deserves zero stars and that is the rating I would have given them had that been an option. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas and they sent the wrong size. Contacting them via their TWO! Customer service numbers is impossible. Everytime I call, I get a recorded message that says the voice mail box for the number you have called is full and then, it hangs up on me. At this point, I have sent an email message and the company says they will get back to me in the order the email was received. I have little hope that they will get back to me at all.

After reading the reviews i was kind of scared but I really loved the 2 shoes so i figured why not give it a sort, my package took 10days to deliever but it all came out good and I was not upset. The shoes size fits right but the only thing i was kind of upset about it that they don't have sizes for curvey woman.

If you live in the US, this may be a fine place to shop. I ordered a dress & tights and they are lovely.
I live in Canada. They charged me 30 dollars at the door on top of the 10 dollars I had already payed for shipping. So I basically paid almost double shipping. On top of that, it took TWO WEEKS to get here. In that same time frame I have received things from OVER SEAS not ACROSS A BORDER. Not to mention I have NEVER been charged extra for shipping before.
I am attempting to get a hold of them but their toll free number doesn't work in Canada and they must check their email once a day...

I purchased 2 outfits both size small they fit perfectly and looked exactly like the photos I will be returning today to purchase more items thanks again :) #*******

WORST customer service ever! I was overcharged, items were deleted from my order, and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Take your money somewhere else!

EVEN WHEN IT CAME TO RETURNS I HAVE NO PRINTER SO I COULD NOT DOWNLOAD ANY RECEIPT. THEY WORKED WITH ME IN ALMOST EVERY WAY! CLOTHES ARE/WERE SURPRISINGLY CHEAPER THAN MANY OTHER SITES... BEWARE SOME ITEMS RUN SMALL! THE MODELS ARE MOSTLY BEAN-POLES AND I AM 5 FEET 4 INCHES 129-130 POUNDS. SO I HOPED I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS... ONLY THE LENGTH IN ONE ITEM WAS A PROBLEM! ITEMS ARE MUCH BETTER MADE THAN MANY OFF-PRICE BUDGET SITES ALSO! IF YOU ARE OLDER-LOOKING OR OVER-WEIGHT YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM MAKING THESE TRENDY OUTFITS WORK FOR YOU... THANK GOODNESS THEY HAVE SIZE CHARTS!

They shipped me a dirty dress, I overlooked it. Tried it on for ONE MINUTE LITERALLY, it was see thru, so I shipped it back within 5 hours upon receiving. Once they received the returned item, they deducted the 30% stating that I dirtied the dress when I've been a loyal and honest buyer of 4 years to them (and this is my second time ever returning anything within 4 years). Obviously that 30% means more than continuous business. Will NEVER shop there again, bad customer service. AMICLUBWEAR rules for sure in my book now.

I've been shopping with urbanog for years now and they always leave me happy. You cannot beat their prices and shoe styles. I always get compliments on my shoes!

I was very excited to find UrbanOG.com - they had several items I had been SPECIFICALLY looking for and all in my size (L). Which was nearly impossible to find anywhere else. I placed my order and tried to be as patient as possible. I checked the box to just refund the product they couldn't locate (if any) and sure enough one of my necklaces wasn't in stock - which was disappointing but it didn't slow down the rest of my order. The package had a functioning tracking number and it arrived just in time! All contents were accurate and PERFECT. Love UrbanOG and will be back for more.

Seriously... these people are criminals! After receiving a damaged product, I tried to contact them by phone about returning it as there are no instructions online. You could not get through to any person because when you would press the number for customer service it would just go back to the greeting. When you pressed another number to leave a message, it would state that the system was full. After one week of trying, I randomly pressed other extensions, when I FINALLY got a live person I was told to send a picture of the damaged product and a scan of the original receipt. After doing all of this... I was told that it had been more than 30 days and they would not even give me a credit, let alone give me my money back. I pushed back, and told them that it was less than 30 days since I received the product... they just said NO. Shipping times were really bad too and the products (that aren't damaged) are REALLY cheap! DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE... YOU'LL BE SORRY!

Initially I was very pleased with the large selection of shoes Urbanog.com had. However, navigating through the website quickly became a frustrating feat. There was an option to "filter" search results; however, this did not usually work. When I would narrow my search to black, size 7 boots, the results would bring up any color and size. Because of the great prices and wide selection, I decided to stick with it and continue to search. When I would run short on time and put things in my shopping cart to review again another day, they would always be gone the next day. Finally, I sat down and decided on two pairs of boots and purchased them. In a few weeks I received the boots, which unfortunately did not fit as I hoped. I was not upset about this fact, because that's the risk of online shopping. Further frustration continued, however, when I attempted to send them back. After several personal attempts, two emails, and one phone call, I found out that one must be logged out of their website in order to go through the return process (makes perfect sense, right?). After this still did not work for me, I made my second call (the previous representative hung up on me while I tried the steps) and was cut off mid sentence to be told that they do not provide return labels for APO addresses. She told me to go ahead and send them back and at least emailed me a confirmation stating I will receive a refund. We'll see...

I love Urbanog! They have great selection of fashion and accessories at a great price. I've been shopping with them for years and never experience any problems.

Fast shipping, cute shoes! I was a little disappointed in the customer service, but overall I am happy. I will definitely place another order with them!

I don't normally write reviews for sites but i'm very impressed because i placed an order on october 15 for 2 pairs of shoes, a scarf, and 2 shirts, and my package came today (october 17). It literally took 2 days from when i ordered it, with regular standard shipping. How great is that?! As for the quality of the items... urbanog clearly has cheaper items and obviously you get what you pay for. If you're looking for top notch, high-end quality, don't expect that if you are only willing to pay a low price. Personally, i think urbanog sells pretty cute stuff for a price that fits the quality. All the items i bought were on sale and fairly cheap. For the quality, i am very happy!

With every shopping site, there's always going to be problems with customers or items, etc. usually it's just bad luck. I do A LOT of online shopping and i can confidently say urbanog is legit and trustworthy. Just remember, you get what you pay for! If you only need a things that are cheap and don't need it to last very long, sites like urbanog are definitely the way to go. But if you are planning to spend $40 bucks on a shirt, save your money and buy a higher quality item somewhere else.

I literally check Urbanog.com everyday to see what deals they have, discounts and overall new trendy items for me to buy... I always get compliments on the clothing, accessories I order from the site. Shipping is always quick and accurate. I love the selections and the MOST important the fit of the items.
