Overall UrbanOG always provides great service to me. This is my third pair of slides. My only issue with this order was the quality of this shoe, from a distance you can't see the flaws of how the shoe was made. However, upclose you can see that a sticky residue was placed across the top of the slide and the show was then decorated with the shiny black square. It also had a few gaps between the placement of the black squares. My only worry about how they made the shoe was if this slide will last me for a while or fall apart easily. Other than that, everything else was great. I ordered my shoes on March 25,2020 and I received them on March 31,2020, so shipping was six days long. I highly recommend ordering shoes from this company.

I ordered a pair of boots that granted were 45$, were very nice But when I wrote then for an hour inside my work, and literally at my desk for an hour. Well they ripped and the outside was peeling under the lace after an hour of wear. Now to me they look so cheap-of course I will not wear them. But they are cute. Cheap shoes-I would not buy again!

I have ordered a few stuff from the website and I have received my orders within the time they said it would be delivered. I order these flats once and they were too big so when I went to exchange them they were very nice & understanding about it. Definitely haven't had problems so far :)

Tried to make a purchase with Urban OG. I was excited to see their low-cost products, and interested in their shoes. Ordered them, and after a week or two checked my tracking. According to the DHL site, my address was incomplete (despite having house number + unit, full street, direction, city, state, and zip code) and had been returned to post office. No response from DHL at all, but UOG refused to give me any kind of discount or compensation. Refused to take any kind of fault or responsibility for the situation. At this point my item is being returned to OG, as the post office doesn't hold mail, and they estimate a full month before it would even start back to me. Super disappointed in the company and the lack of customer service that I received. Cancelling my order.

I bought 5 pieces of clothing. For the price I paid, I would have been better off at a site like Delia's. My mom also had bad experience ordering for my lil' sis. They never sent items. They admitted to it and wouldn't return money. Only offered credit.

One of my best friends had the displeasure of working for (and with) these bozos for a couple months. Customer service reps were not only rude to customers, but rude in general within the company. There have been numerous occassions where the reps would "seemingly" talk about customers behind their backs but still managed to get heard by customers themselves over the phone. Real smart. She quit right away needless to say. Oh, and apparently a lot of merchandise tend to be defective. Be wary of this company and shop at your own risk.

If I get to choose, I would give NO STAR! Horrible customer service and awful products. I bought two pairs of shoes and one dress for my spring break, first they contacted me one of the shoe is no longer available, so they refunded my money and shipped the other two out. It took me almost 3 weeks to get my items. Once I got it, the quality of the clothing was so horrible, and the other shoe came with scratches all over and looked like they have been worn! Emailed and called still no answer from them. Don't shop at this website STAY AWAY!

I bought 6 pairs of shoes as well as a pair of earrings from their website. Upon receiving the shoes 3 of the 6 were broken and the earrings also arrived broken. After calling customer service and being hung up on once they offered me in store credit, which was absolutely unacceptable. After agreeing to give me my money back, I told them I wanted to return everything for my money because I do not think their product is made of high quality, and they are charging me a $7 restocking fee for every item that I am returning that is not broken. Their customer service and products are terrible. They buy them from bulk from other countries, and are extremely poor quality. How do they not realize shoes and earrings are broken before they're shipped out, and I do not understand why they find it so hard to give me my money back after a terrible first impression.

I would have rated UrbanOg 5 stars, but unfortunately I don't favor their jewelry. Either it was too small or cheap looking, not including their sunglasses! The dresses I ordered were perfect & I am overral very satisfied!

After purchasing two times from this company, I decided to write my review. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews but my experiences were great (I also referred this site to all of my co-workers and they are all in love and some of them purchased w/o any problems) My shoes came in a timely manner and are in great condition. Both of my orders were over $50 so I got free SH, what a great deal!

Order #UOG*******... I have been shopping at urbanog.com for a very long time and i am never disappointed. They carry all the latest trends and very fashionable clothing, and accessories. They always have good coupon codes and their reward point program is by far the best, you really earn cash back! And the price of shipping is very reasonable this is my favorite online store hands down!

Number one, the quality of the products are very cheap.
Number two, their customer service is horrible.
Number three, don't ever return items to them because they will deduct your whole credit.
Matter fact juat save yourself the time & dont order from them at ALL. Waste of $$.

I recently ordered a pair of boots from this company. I chose the size based on their size chart. However, when I got them they were too small. I contacted them about returning or even exchanging. They informed me that I would not get my $9 shipping cost back, a charge of 15% would be taken out of the refund for restocking, and I would have to pay $7 to ship them back. My problem with this is that I wouldn't have ordered the wrong size had they provided the correct sizing information on their website.

Been a customer for about 4-5years. There's always a sale. I received everything I've ordered in a timely fashion. Whenever there was an issue it was resolved in a matter of hours. The shoes are affordable. I get everything from my sandals to sneakers to heels to boots from them. Back when they use to sell clothes it was cheap as heck. I'd always order their jeans and jackets.

The website itself is hard to log onto. I kept getting closed out. Tried it from another computer-NO! It's thier site. Trying to get ahold of customer service was null and void. Glad I decided not to finally place an order. AND definitely glad I read the reviews.

I ordered a pair of heels from here and they were the worst heels I've ever came encounter with. These shoes walked terribly to the point I had to take them off before the night was over. I even fell while walking in them. The shoes are of a very cheap quality. The shoes began to bend inward which caused me to fall. And I know it wasn't me because I've been walking in heels my whole life and have never had a situation like this! Do not buy from them!

They have the cheapest shoes compared to other sites that carry the same shoes. They always have discount codes too! I can't comment on customer service, but I've always got my package within a week. I don't order their clothes, just shoes.

There is semen and hair all over the garment that I purchased from this company-- it was packaged as a new garment and sold as such. Order *******-- a black and white contoured maxi dress was shipped to me and packaged as a new garment, I tried it on only to discover that it was covered in semen and pubic hair!

I have requested for an owner to contact me to make sure that the individual who is ejaculating on clothing and then shipping them out like they are new be handled appropriately. The garment brushed over my entire face as I was trying it on. I now am off today-- to go to the doctor for a rash on the right side of my face and eye irritation

The shoes I ordered are so stylish and they're just perfect. They came as pictured and I received them quickly. I ordered a a pair of heels and a pair of sneakers and I am 100% satisfied and I can say that no one around has any like them. My order number was *******.

I've ordered both a pair of boots and a dress on separate occasions. The boots were nice, a bit cheap looking and stiff, but not bad for the price so I kept them. I'm normally an 8.5-9 and the 9 fit right with thick socks. I ordered a flared cocktail dress in a medium (i'm 5'7 and a size 8/hourglass) and the dress was so tight I would've needed surgery to remove my ribs for it to have fit. It was waaaay shorter than shown in the picture as well so even if it had fit I could have never worn it in public. I think they're clothes are meant for the very thin & petite and run small for the average woman. The items are cute but a bit cheap looking and I would probably not order from them again. Plus their return policy is only 30 days and then you still have to pay shipping, so if you buy you better hope it fits!

My foot is almost exactly 10inches from big toe to heel. I usually wear a sz 10 in Nike running shoes but sz 9 in Nike flip flops. The UrbanOG website tells me I should wear a 8 but that seems way to small! I don't want to order the wrong sz I'm wanting to place my order so bad! Can anyone message me in here and help! If u have same size foot please help.
