Love their huge selection of Vans & Converse. Dig their sweats and the store is always having a sale. What's not to like? I see a lot of unhappy peeps on this. I don't get why they're so angry? If you've got a problem, then just contact them. If it's still leading to no where, contact your credit card bank. If everyone were forced to work in retail, they'll all be a tad more understanding and empathetic. No one's perfect & mistakes do happen. Be more human. Getting back, Urban's totally the place to go if you want trendy styles. Perfect place for me & my gf to go. We just split into our individual sections and meet up in the Home section. Shopping online is super easy too. Love Urban.

The company whose business model is to screw up your order and/or account and be so lazy, indifferent, and/or incompetent so as to do absolutely nothing to rectify anything and literally block customers from ever purchasing again, because they can't be bothered to fix their mistakes. Good, if you're looking to reserve a date in bankruptcy court, I guess. Lol. Shop Free people, Urban Outfitters, & Anthropologie at your own risk. And once their regular abysmal customer service ignores you, you'll be blocked by their corporate level staff if you attempt to contact them. An online shopping nightmare. Ugh.

I ordered a few things off this site the beginning of October. One shirt wasn't in stock and they told me that day I placed my order it would ship November 21st. I emailed them November 21st and no reply. I emailed again the next day and no reply. I emailed the following day and still no reply. I tried a few other different emails too and still no reply. However, today I get an email that the shirt shipment is cancelled. I payed for this shirt and was very upset. I waited over a month for when it was suppose to be shipped and now they are saying it's cancelled. I emailed back and got an email I was unable to email them on that certain email address they emailed me at. Horrible service and I would not recommend ordering from here at all. Clothes are not even as nice when shipped and very pricey.

I ordered a dress on September 30th and havent received an up date on where my package is! Its now October 11th and I was planning on wearing this dress for a wedding next weekend. I have emailed OU and NO REPLY! Where could my order even be? Terrible shipping! Terrible customer service! Ive been charged and would like to know where my stuff is?

Urban Outfitters is an awesome franchise with very trendy clothing and other various items. The main problem that I have with them is their shipping process. Over the course of 3 months, my ordered has been pushed back 3 times. I had to cancel because I didn't have any patiences to keep waiting. I emailed the company and I'm hoping I receive a refund for my item. I believe it's best not to shop on their online website. GO TO THE ACTUAL STORE.

I ordered a fjallraven kånken backpack and instead was sent an extremely ugly black cardigan that was so cheap looking and feeling and some eye patches. What the heck UO? How are those things remotely similar. I got the run around until I commented on one of their facebook posts and boom! They got in touch to resolve my problem and asked me to delete the comment.

I ordered a day bed about two weeks ago. I was called 8 times in one day to confirm the delivery address and to let me know the status of the shipping. They said they could only deliver during the week and between working hours. I just got a brand new job and cannot take off work to accept a delivery. I was told someone has to sign it and I could not waive that. I was also told I could not pick it up. After I finally figured something out to have someone there to sign, I got a call saying they couldn't deliver that day and need to reschedule. Absolutely rediculous. The people and their system for delivering furniture are absurd.

Never again will I order from this establishment, the customer service is beyond appalling. I still haven't received my package that was meant to arrive over two weeks ago. Previously I complained in relation to the late arrival of my order and was actually provided with a 15% refund, at this stage the package wasn't too late so I didn't mind waiting. Now that the package is beyond late I once again complain but yet to my surprise receive an email stating the issue has been solved! 'Solved' what about my $300 I spent, which I cannot even receive a refund for? Forgot to mention the tracking is not useful either it has been stuck for a week.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!

The customer service is rude but that's ok for me as it does not belong to them. But the way it took my order to never arrived and says delivered twice after a month it just straight up trying to rip off from us. When I asked if they can refund me instead but they keep on saying wait for another 3-4 days and it happend thrice. If you can't make it on time I understand but trying to steal from us? They SUCKKKKKK try other online shopping, the material is way too better for the same price and service. They straight up do not want to give your money back even if you never recieved your item.

I am beyond shocked that Urban Outfitters took money out of my bank account and refused to deliver the order. Taking money out of my bank account without providing me goods is THEFT.

I have been emailing them for weeks to resolve the issue and I get a response weeks later after I go and purchase the goods needed from another store as I needed them urgently, saying they cannot process me a refund and I must now replace and use those funds in their store.

Absolutely disgusted, not only at the customer service but the outright theft of refusing to return my money and give me a refund.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Worst Customer service I've ever experienced.
They got the address wrong on a shipment. Though I told them it was wrong, they completely ignored me, and shipped anyway with the wrong address.
Two days after this they responded to my first complaint email with a "cut and paste reply" This reply had absolutely nothing to do with the email I'd sent them, even though they quoted my email in the reply.
They also ignored social media messages and twitter DMs.
Finally found a phone number for them through the saynoto0870.com website.
"Gary" offered no apology, refused to take ownership of the problem they had created and was arrogant, rude and unhelpful.
Order was for a christmas present. Gary wants to wait until the courier finds out they can't deliver to the address that UO got wrong, wait until the courier returns the wrongly addressed items to them. Then after christmas they may think about refunding me.

Useless, rude, arrogant. Worst customer service ever.

Seriously couldn't have asked for a more aggravating order. The normal delivery is about 6-10 days I think, which is a lot more than a lot of other similar stores I shop & order from. Every time I check the delivery date on the tracking number it says a different date. The one time they even sent me a delivery message about the order being misplaced. TOTTALLY unprofessional and way too long of a wait. Should have been here over a week ago(after the maximum 10 day shipping statement) I understand things happen here and there but when they constantly get bad reviews you think they would fix themselves up. I would NOT recommend ordering online. For all the money you spend you would think this wouldn't be a problem.

I'm giving UO 2 stars instead of 1 only because I've had orders go through in the past without incident, however, that wasn't the case this time. I placed an online order, was emailed that it went thru just fine, only to discover 2 days later it had been canceled because I had "failed to confirm the order." Excuse me? I had never been contacted in any way to be asked to "confirm" anything. When I phoned customer service, they were WORTHLESS. I was told I had been "blocked" from ordering, yet TWO employees told me, by phone and by email, that NO reasons for this block could be seen or given. I have given this company thousands in orders over the years, and I am baffled and angered by this unprofessional event. The fact that no one can explain this "block" to me says it all. They're so lame they can't even explain what their own company is doing or why. Taking my business elsewhere.

Like many others who complained about never receiving their item(s), I bought a vinyl record shelf and was super excited about it coming. I live in Ohio, which is pretty close to where they were shipping from which was Pennsylvania. I ordered on July 8th, it is now July 19th, and I have still never received it. I finally called Customer Service only for the young woman to tell me that my delivery was expired possibly due to a delay. Which means that they pretty much just cancelled my order and made no attempt at a redelivery or an attempt to refund me. She told me to wait 24-48 hrs for a response from their team, but I insisted on speaking with a supervisor who was pretty smug and told me that "this kind of thing happens all of the time." I asked for a refund which apparently takes 1-3 days to process. This was such a disappointing and upsetting experience.

Do not know where to start. Placed an order November 20th. Received notification that it shipped however the package never left the warehouse? I've called, emailed, chatted. The C service is sooooo bad. They said the package is lost and I would now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Its been 13 days NO REFUND. Its crazy. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
So disgusted with the company right now.

I've been shopping from UO for years, however the last two year I had a baby and didn't have time to shop like normal. I just got off the phone with a customer service manager that had the need to remind me that I haven't shopped in the last two years and I have only made one purchase last April. I wanted us my 20% off on my purchase, but they were telling that it's unacceptable. However I have always used my 20% off on all my purchase.

They lost a customer... not a valued customer obviously

Tried to order on UO website for 2hours and they finally cancelled my order without giving any reason When I called customer service they said that UO needed 2-3business days to investigate afterwards they will reach out to me to let me know if I can buy from them as if it was a favor! Tried to talk to a supervisor to understand what was this issue (obviously not my bank account and never had any issue with any company before) but it took me 2 calls and another hour. The answer I received is: 'I can assure you that it's not because of your nationality'? Which originally didn't even cross my mind. Supervisor was really helpless and has supervisor attribute only the name. I am very surprised that a Company like UO treats honest and fair clients like that with such an inefficient way to treat technical issues (2-3 business days?) and such a poor customer client service. Even weird that UO communication service doesn't try to stop the effects of such a disaster communication on client!

Please don't buy from this site their hoodie is made very poorly and the site over charged me and Had the audacity to say no refund after I paid $200 for a poorly made hoodie the nerve of them and urban outfitters yall use to be better now you affiliated yourself with sites that make poorly made clothing and I can't even get my refund back

Urban outfitters used to be a high end store now they’re just second class and cheap I should’ve knew something when all of their stores were closing

I waited a month and a half for my daughter's bday present, a jean jacket. No emails regarding delays, etc. I had to reach out to them constantly. When it finally did arrive, they sent an XXL rather than a M. When I called them about that, they told me that I would have to pay shipping to have it returned, and that the M is out of stock. SO frustrating! They should be out of business.

I have now had multiple experiences with items I ordered online going missing on the shipping commute and items being canceled weeks after ordering with no compensation. I will not being ordering online from their store again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered a pair of shoes from urban with my visa gift card, and gift card to urban outfitters that i had gotten for christmas. I then received an email telling me that the order could not be confirmed because my credit card holder had not confirmed the purchase. So i called urban outfitters customer service, and I was on hold for atleast 45 minutes. And then finally when i got helped, the woman was trying to be helpful but just didn't know how to work the system. She proceeded to tell me that my purchase had been fully refunded, but in reality she had only taken off 30$ and had canceled my purchase. So i ended up paying 30$ for nothing. Thanks urban outfitters ((((((((((:

I really like the clothes at urban outfitters. I have ordered stuff online. Sometimes, items aren't in stock, which is sad. However, I have been very happy with the clothes that I have received that were in stock. I really like this store. The clothes are very cute, fashionable, and reasonably priced.

I placed an order on Boxing Day (December 26th), and had to get in touch with customer service on January 5th because I hadn't received any tracking information. I got an email on January 14th saying that they cancelled my order and my card was refunded. Got back in touch with customer service saying that I didn't want to cancel the order. They offered no additional options and didn't reply back to the rest of my questions. This experience was awful.

Tip for consumers:
A lot of their retailers-especially for the home section- are available on Etsy, do yourself a favour and go there first, and then anywhere else.

Recommend buying items online from a different retailer. If you see something you like on this site do a search on google and order elsewhere. They shipped me the wrong snow boots. I even paid for 2-day shipping. When I called they told me that they can't send me the correct pair until they do a 72-hour investigation on why they sent me the wrong pair. Is that not the dumbest thing you've ever heard? They are in the wrong and yet they are delaying my shipment further as if to punish me? I asked if the order I had placed was in stock and the lady on the phone said yes. I asked them why can you not send me the item I ordered and paid for? I paid for rush shipping for a reason... all I get is an apology and that they can not do anything about it.

Customer Service is terrible and practices need to be revisited and reevaluated here. This is not the kind of place you can order online from. Either go in store and buy your items or don't buy from this place at all.

I've been shopping here for a while now and Ive really liked their wbesite and found it very easy to use and useful! I love that they added an option to select a store the product you are looking for might be in so you can literally go in and purchase it yourself if it is close enough and it also tells you how much is left in stock! They always have good deals on their website too. Highly recommend checking out their online store and a store near you :) its a bit pricey but the qualitity is worth it and they have cute little nic naks laying around all the time for great prices even some cute little pieces to wear :) there is something for everyone and they sell high end brands for good prices :)

Extremely upset with Urban Outfitters. My mom ordered a VERY beautiful and VERY expensive head board from Urban, and it was going to be my big Christmas present this year because I was redoing my room. My mom texted me one day and said that the order was completely cancelled and they were discontinuing the product after paying and getting the arrival date of the headboard. Hopefully this is just a one-time thing for Urban because they have the CUTEST stuff... but I am really heart broken :(

I pre-ordered an exclusive LP the day it was announced and of course 3 days before shipment they charged my card but didn't ship anything. I check the website and it says "back stock". The item page doesn't exist anymore and I'm so shocked that they took the money but didn't ship anything and have no plan to. I called they're "customer service" to get someone telling me that I will never get that item. I still can cancel it but come on you can't do a simple pre order. Extremely bummed out I couldn't get the product and now I have to pay a scalper on eBay much more if I want the same product.
