Love their huge selection of Vans & Converse. Dig their sweats and the store is always having a sale. What's not to like? I see a lot of unhappy peeps on this. I don't get why they're so angry? If you've got a problem, then just contact them. If it's still leading to no where, contact your credit card bank. If everyone were forced to work in retail, they'll all be a tad more understanding and empathetic. No one's perfect & mistakes do happen. Be more human. Getting back, Urban's totally the place to go if you want trendy styles. Perfect place for me & my gf to go. We just split into our individual sections and meet up in the Home section. Shopping online is super easy too. Love Urban.
The company whose business model is to screw up your order and/or account and be so lazy, indifferent, and/or incompetent so as to do absolutely nothing to rectify anything and literally block customers from ever purchasing again, because they can't be bothered to fix their mistakes. Good, if you're looking to reserve a date in bankruptcy court, I guess. Lol. Shop Free people, Urban Outfitters, & Anthropologie at your own risk. And once their regular abysmal customer service ignores you, you'll be blocked by their corporate level staff if you attempt to contact them. An online shopping nightmare. Ugh.

Firstly, it said i was paying $123.00 au, but when the transaction went through i found out it was $123 us dollars which is $160 au. Then three days after i bought these items, they charged me again $186.00. Its all a scam!
Every order I have purchased from here has been delayed multiple times due to no stock. Took months for me to finally receive the item. Their customer service is incredibly useless. All of their responses are "We apologise for the inconvenience, we are unable to give more information at the time". How do none of the customer service representatives have any knowledge on any of the products and no information on when or if things will be restocked. Don't sell items if you don't have the stock. Will not be using this site ever again.
Also clearly this is a recurring issue why is the company not doing anything to resolve this to satisfy their customers. Again USELESS.

I have fallen in love with this store and have ordered from them an endless amount of times, every time the order has no problem with payment, shipping, or nothing of the kind. Each object is delivered perfectly and I will continue to order from them. Sometimes the clothing gets a little ripped or gets holes very easily but I honestly don't care because I just sew them back up and they look perfect and I have not yet found a website with clothing as pretty as Urban's. I completely recommend the website and store to anyone!
I ordered an ivory queen sized duvet as a gift for my daughter. They sent me a pair of navy blue lace underwear instead. Seriously? No response to email, finally called and duvet is sold out. The "customer service" rep hung up on me after telling me I had to send back the underwear!,,,, company is a joke and they have completely deceptive advertising.
I love urban outfitters. It is one of my favorite places to shop at online. Sign up for the newsletter and they will send you coupons, like 40% off sale and free shipping over $50. Sometimes some of the things are poorly made, but returns are easy. If you accidentally order something, call them, and they will manually cancel it for you. They are so nice. I was. 20 cents away from free shipping and the lady over the phone said she will just override the system. Urban is awesome.
I placed an order online and my items didn't process correctly due to some internal billing error and they blamed this on my bank, I asked to cancel all my items yet they still sent out something from my order without telling me. Customer service is a joke, they don't even bother to answer my emails and every time it's a new person. My package ended up being delivered somewhere else and never made it to my apartment of course customer service was unhelpful and rude. They promised to give a refund and they never did and dealing with this company is a nightmare with a many imbeciles ripping you off.
Very bad quality, unfortunately. The designs are also not impressive, I think with the money this shop has they can put more effort into what they are producing. I would recommend rather buying from the local shops than supporting the corporations that use cheap labor from third-world countries.
Absolute worst customer service and quality control tried to order one item as my daughters Christmas gift and first time site was not secure so called in order, 5 days later I get email my order was cancelled with no explanation; I order something else with supposedly free shipping, they charged me shipping, item arrives only to include someone else's order and packing slip, called to complain and ask for expedited shipping, item will be shipped pronto, called today only to find out item did not ship and now out of stock. This is the worst company ever. I will never shop here again! Now I have to go out and shop.
It really does baffle me that this huge company, treats customers so poorly, yet stays in business year after year. I won't do anymore business with them after being treated so terribly. I've spent over $2500 this holiday season with them and have been treated like a second thought. I caution you against purchasing from them online. What a mess...
I received the confirmation email saying that no item will be charged until it has been shipped. But my bank account says otherwise. Right after ordering, a transaction by Urban Outfitters appeared in my account. Then, not even a minute after receiving the confirmation email and being charged for the entire order, I received another email saying that my order has been cancelled (no reason was stated). Here I am after sending them at least 10 emails without any response and feeling like I just lost 110$ CAD!
Plus, last year I remember ordering from them and receiving the wrong shirt and one item I paid for was missing for the package!
We ordered the Factory Rolling Bookcase for $298.00. As we unpacked it, two pieces fell out that should have been soldered on, but since the shelves are attached with screws, it didn't seem to be an issue. I rolled the shelves away from the wall the other day and one of the wheels fell off, at the soldered joint. No way to fix it.
I can deal with people and even friends that are not trump fans.
When you choose to only have negative trump merchandise and positive merchandise for other candidates then you should lose every buyer from every candidate.
Companies should sell things. Not pedal influence.
No more urban outfitter for me
I placed an order two week ago and money was taken out of my account twice with a different transaction number. I try to explain to them but they are making it seem like it's the banks problem. It clearly says on my banking that urban outfitters took out money from my bank account. I am still trying to get my money back. Do not order from them!
Shipping is always right on and their online sales are INSANE. I've once ordered three jackets for 15 bucks each! Urban has never let me down on their quality of their clothes or accessories. Ordering from urban is sometimes even better that shopping in the store. LOVES IT!
Urban Outfitters promised delivery of my order before Christmas, and as it was a gift it would have been in order then to receive it before Christmas, but nothing was working about the delivery after ordering; not able to track the order, not any help and support at the customer service, they didn't want to help finding out where the parcel was and then pushing it to arrive in time. I should have ordered from another shop, this is a really bad service, for Christmas customers.
This is not the first time I have had an issue with UO before. Recently I placed an order online that was $280. I had bought a birthday present for my boyfriend and come to find out I had two transactions pending on my account and total of $560 was taken out. And if your wondering I only received one order confirmation so it was not double ordered. I texted them and they told me I haven't even been charged once and they will charge once the item ships out. I still don't understand why I have two pending transactions and I can't access my money if I have even been "charged". The next day (today) I called them and they told me they would get their financial department to contact my bank to remove the second pending transaction. I just don't get why it is even there in the first place.

Love the store :) bought a blouse reduced from £60 to £10 in the sale and although you have to pay for delivery there was a promo code which made delivery £1. The item of clothing came within 3 days which is good, however the store is so expensive that I will probably only shop on the sale page.
I purchased a coffee table from Urban Outfitters. It was beautiful -- modern wood and metal. I received the coffee table and thought "this doesn't seem worth what I paid". It was not. Don't buy essentially they are disorganised or scammers I'm not sure which. I ordered three items and waited nearly two weeks for one stating pending and a false delivery date to then have to chase them. I was told the order is pending cancellation and once that happens they will return my money! What an earth is that about if I didn't get in touch were they just going to keep my cash. Moreover you know what stock you have so shouldn't have let me buy them and my money should have been put back in my account weeks ago when the order couldn't be fulfilled I should have been offered the chance to cancel my whole order as soon as they realised they were selling products they didn't have. This is fraud whether deliberately or accidentally. If a person walked into a store and accidentally' put a product in their bag and walked out I'm sure they would take action yet they have been sitting on my money for all this time without a word to me. Never again

So i ordered something right and received no email so had to spend like 30 mins trying to find my order and when i found it and tracked it all was well. I was wrong to feel that way because after a whole two weeks of waiting i check again and my order was randomly canceled. I am very upset like what.

When we arrived home we were missing one of our items we paid for. I contacted the store and was told I had to drive back out to the store location to have them refund my money. They would not take any info off the receipt over the phone. I wrote an email to the customer service department pointing out how stupid this policy is especially when I shopped at The Mall of America store which is visited by many people from out of state. They did nothing to rectify the situation. I would not recommend shopping at this store
Returned some items, still waiting for a refund over 3 weeks later. Kept being given the same message of "a system error" for which they are sorry for the inconvenience. Incredibly frustrating and would not even give me a date of when the system error would be fixed. Now finally over 3 weeks later been told will be another 3-5 days. Lost all faith in them and will not be purchasing from them again.
I love Urban Outfitters but they're always shipping me the wrong items. Then my money is tied up trying to do returns. I just recently ordered a $200 item but when it got to me it was not what i ordered. I tried to go back online and reorder the item but it was sold out. Called customer service and got a rude team member. She did not even offer an apology for the inconvenience that they always cause me.
The first and only time that I have ordered from Urban Outfitters was 2 weeks ago. I purchased a pair of Vans for my daughter from their website. I received the wrong color and size. I could look past the wrong color, or the wrong size, but not both... that's just careless. No time to exchange before school starts either. I love Anthropologie, but Urban Outfitters did not leave a good impression with me at all.
Their online orders are always messed up in some way. Any time I order anything it's always a problem. Previous orders wrong/late/says delivered but not. My last package was out for delivery for 10 days and never came. Terrible customer service that just refunds me instead of just getting the item to me. All I wanted was a hoodie. They can't even deliver one item. Save your time and money and find the original brand of clothes online from other sites that can actually deliver. Horrible company. I'm done with this company.
