Love their huge selection of Vans & Converse. Dig their sweats and the store is always having a sale. What's not to like? I see a lot of unhappy peeps on this. I don't get why they're so angry? If you've got a problem, then just contact them. If it's still leading to no where, contact your credit card bank. If everyone were forced to work in retail, they'll all be a tad more understanding and empathetic. No one's perfect & mistakes do happen. Be more human. Getting back, Urban's totally the place to go if you want trendy styles. Perfect place for me & my gf to go. We just split into our individual sections and meet up in the Home section. Shopping online is super easy too. Love Urban.

The company whose business model is to screw up your order and/or account and be so lazy, indifferent, and/or incompetent so as to do absolutely nothing to rectify anything and literally block customers from ever purchasing again, because they can't be bothered to fix their mistakes. Good, if you're looking to reserve a date in bankruptcy court, I guess. Lol. Shop Free people, Urban Outfitters, & Anthropologie at your own risk. And once their regular abysmal customer service ignores you, you'll be blocked by their corporate level staff if you attempt to contact them. An online shopping nightmare. Ugh.

After being told an item was in stock, I went to the Las Vegas store and it was not in stock. I then ordered this $26 colander to be shipped to me and they got the shipping address so screwed up, the package delivery could not even be corrected because UPS will only MODIFY or correct one parameter in a misaddress, and they got three parameters wrong---the street number, the unit number, and the zip code! When I complained the company, they offered no solution and took no responsibility. I then "googled" for the exact phrase, "Urban Outfitters Sucks" and 1100 hits were returned from the search.
Another satisfied customer? NOT!

My order had a total of 6 items and was supposed to be delivered in two separate packages, which I was fine with. The first package came within two days, which I was super happy with. However, it was missing an item. Customer service lady was a little unenthusiastic but did issue a refund for the missing item. Second package was said to be delivered but was nowhere in site. I called again, and they happily refunded me for the second package. I don't know if it was the fault of the delivery service or Urban itself, but it was a hassle having to call over and over again. But for the two items I did receive, one was a little unlike the picture and the other was a romper that rode up your butt too much. It looks like I'm going to end up returning the ones I received, so basically I spent days ordering and waiting just to end up not keeping any of the clothes.

I ordered 2 pairs of skates at the same time, the smaller pair said it would be delivered on a specific date and was. The larger pair said it would be delayed for 2 weeks and then delivered. After the 2 weeks it said delayed another 2 weeks, 2 weeks later delayed again 2 weeks, not impressed.

Every time I have order from UO I'm always amazed with how quick shipping and processing is, especially living in Canada (standard shipping takes a somewhere b/w a week and a week and a half). However, I do hate paying for shipping even though most/all of my orders are over $50. Also, some clothing items are very expensive but I can never find anything as good as UO. Despite, such bad reviews from others I will continue to shop and recommend urban outfitters to my friends.

15 years I shop on the web and I have never seen that!
I bought a track suit on Urban Outfitters. Put in the basket and paid for assorted top and pants.
I wait for my parcel and receive only the pants, in the same time an email saying top was not in stock! They did not charge for it but I wanted assorted top and pants.
I only have a pants...
I complain and they blocked my account impeaching me to order again!
What the f...?
Just dont buy there you will end up screwed and full of deception.

I had one order that was split in two. The first order was delivered to a fast food restaurant and the second to the wrong building, the driver sent photos of it in the wrong building and didn't tell me where he delivered it but said that he wasn't going back to sort it out. I called Urban Outfitter's customer service just to be told that it's not their problem, it's the problem of the delivery company. I tried to get a refund and they said that they won't be doing that since they've recorded it delivered and that I should take it up with my credit card company. This is wild.

Urban Outfitters shipping is soooooo slow, they said delivers in 7 to 10 business days, actually you have to wait for more than 10 business days! And they always do not send your all packages at one time

I ordered online since Jan. 5th & it is already about to be a month since I ordered & I have yet to recieve my items. Absolutely ridiculous seriously. I've ordered online before on other sites this was my first time ordering from urban & most definitely my last. Other sites do as they say on shipping description while here its on there time not yours. Never again.

I've been trying for two days now to order from UO. Everytime I enter my address, it requests I log in again, only to take me to the same address information to enter again! Then I have to sit and watch the whole process repeat! A watch I wanted to order is now out of stock and I've been trying for two days to order it! I tried using the 'guest sign in' where you just enter your email, but it then forced me to create an account!

I don't always like their clothes, but they give you a return slip and you just put it back on the box and send it back. It seems like this should be the basic level of service any online company should give you but it's not. I've always gotten my money back and I have gotten a few nice things from them.

From the first time I ever tried to place an order on this website they have automatically canceled the orders for no reason. I had the money, I was a real consumer and they have blocked me from ordering. I have no idea why, and none of their customer service representatives will discuss it with me. I love the clothes on the site and I really wish they would process my orders, but for some reason they automatically marked my account as one they will not process orders from. It is incredibly frustrating that I can't even get help or answers from the customer service department.

While I do like the stores and their clothes, I'll never buy form their online site again. I live in Mexico, where there are no UO stores, so getting international shipping is great. I decided to order a couple of things, which included an Urban Renewal blazer that was on sale. I got a cheaper, horrible Liz Claiborne version which looked stolen from my grandfather's closet. I am very dissappointed; shipping this back will be hell, and I don't want to pay more shipping for nothing.

I ordered Dr. Marten boots from these $#*!s,, I got Chinese made rubber boots
The worst piece of $#*! I ever got in the mail,, i am not even bothering to return them,, why? Because the $#*!ing Chinese company will take 200 years to refund my money,,, so I threw them into the burn barrel and toasted the $#*!ing things

This is the SECOND time Urban Outfitters has failed to issue a return to my credit card. The total is over $200 dollars and I have called. They say if failed to go thru in processing and they need to push it thru. It has been 6 weeks since I left the items at the store and they would never issue this refund if I did not call them. Buyers beware if you need to return an item you may want to consider store credit or return because once you leave it there, it's gone and your credit will not appear on your statement.

My order was on back order. Didn't ship over a month later. I called customer service and the rep said my order would be shipped that following Friday. It didn't. Then I called the Monday after and the new rep told me it's dated to ship THAT friday. I asked my shipping to be refunded and she said I'll get an email confirming whether it will be or not in 24 hours. Week goes by, no email and no shipped item. I called the next Monday and the rep is now telling me it's for sure being shipped this Friday and I'll get an email regarding my shipping refund within 24 hours. Needless to say, I'm not holding my breath.

A total nightmare to deal with customer services if you have a problem and want to return the purchase. It states clearly online that my purchase can be returned until april. Yet custoner service say I cant return. The stores are closed due to lockdown there is no facility to get item collected from your house. I dont have printer. Cant get a QR code to hand in locally by relative. I am sheilding. Every store in UK is giving people extra time to return. But their customer services dont think so, pandemic or not. Dont buy from here. Too many other places to spend your money.

I placed an order online back in November with this company. One of my items arrived fine but my second item which was a glass globe was delivered shattered. I have been trying to reach the company for 6 days now and the phone number they provide is no good. Their online chat bot always says no live agent is available and after several other electronic attempts to contact them including message sent from chat bot and email no one has returned my call. I used their afterpay installment system so I can't dispute the charge with my bank and the AfterPay installment company refers you back to the business for refund. First and last experience with this company.

They wrapped my mom's gift (ordered online) in plain white tissue paper, taped badly with scotch tape and with an ugly Urban Outfitters sticker on it. I'm glad I had it shipped to me to include a card with it instead of to my mom. I unwrapped it and it had a large shipping sticker on it underneath the tissue paper. They obviously don't care about a gift being wrapped nicely for the pleasure of the gift recipient. I paid $4 for the wrapping, and they obviously only spent 1 minute of labor and 10 cents worth of supplies to wrap it.

So I've purchased quite a few things online from UO and every item has turned out great! Yea some of the clothes can be on the pricey side but I find that the quality is there (on most items). Shipping didn't take too long and I could track it so I knew exactly when I should expect it! One thing I wasn't too keen on was i ordered two items at once but they shipped them separately so I had to wait a while for the second item. Like why? But overall great experience and no problems so far! :)

Under no circumstances buy this. It might work for jewelry, but not for scarves!
This is the flimsiest piece of junk I have ever bought. I used to love Urban Outfitters, but now I will never make a purchase from them again. This is junk. Even with carpenters glue before the screws, the damn thing fell apart. Worst thing I ever bought online!

Sorry, but I am so disappointed in you for selling it? Why? Didn't any of your people try it out first? They must not have, or you wouldn't sell it! What a piece of junk! Blessings, kimh.

This company authorized payments for two online transactions on my card but cancelled them without reason. I called everyday for 3 days, spoke to 2 departments to be told by everyone a "coordinator" would contact me to get to the bottom of the cancellations. A week later, I still haven't been contacted and the money still has not been refunded. This company is great about taking your money for sales but horrible with customer service and escalations. During my call the rep told me "unfortunately there is no one to help you at this time." I'm still trying to remove a hold for $600 from my card. I wouldn't suggest using this site at all. If you can't get to one of their locations, do not spend your money with this company.

Awful customer service. Doesn't deserve one star. Don't expect your order to be dispatched on time and when you request to cancel your order apparently they can't do that even when you request it 5 days before it is dispatched. Ordered 10th July Dispatched 18th for a 4-5 day delivery.

Products used:
None. Item didn't arrive in time. Impossible to cancel order 5 days before it was shipped.

I love Urban Outfitters for the middle-of-the-road clothes that I can be comfortable in and wear to work. Yes, there exists some of that at UO. urbanoutfitters.com has some great on-line only sales, and because of how ridiculously over-priced the clothes are generally, the sales prices come in handy. I've gotten $3 shorts there and $10 dresses if I am just diligent about checking in on the website. Plus, if you're in the range of XS to S, you have to get in more quickly because those sizes go fast. Yes, it's a lot of work but well worth-it because the clothes, on average, last 5 years for me. The shipping is always right on, and I've never had a problem.

Very incomptenet, they got my order wrong and I had missing items, called twice and had to stay on the phone for at least 15 minutes, finally when I was given a discount for my inconvenience. I receive an email letting me know they wont apply it. Then why would you offer it and indicate it has been approved to begin with.
I wouldn't recommend ordering online.
If I can give a 0 star I definitely will

Their clothes are top quality, yet it was incredibly hard to place one of my order. All I wanted to order was a pair of riding boots and I cannot even explain what the site put me through to order those shoes. I had to sign in, then out, then in, then into another account (at one point they asked me to create a new account), and by the end of this the quantity of the boots mysteriously changed to 7. I still love the site though, just because of their clothes.
