Love their huge selection of Vans & Converse. Dig their sweats and the store is always having a sale. What's not to like? I see a lot of unhappy peeps on this. I don't get why they're so angry? If you've got a problem, then just contact them. If it's still leading to no where, contact your credit card bank. If everyone were forced to work in retail, they'll all be a tad more understanding and empathetic. No one's perfect & mistakes do happen. Be more human. Getting back, Urban's totally the place to go if you want trendy styles. Perfect place for me & my gf to go. We just split into our individual sections and meet up in the Home section. Shopping online is super easy too. Love Urban.

The company whose business model is to screw up your order and/or account and be so lazy, indifferent, and/or incompetent so as to do absolutely nothing to rectify anything and literally block customers from ever purchasing again, because they can't be bothered to fix their mistakes. Good, if you're looking to reserve a date in bankruptcy court, I guess. Lol. Shop Free people, Urban Outfitters, & Anthropologie at your own risk. And once their regular abysmal customer service ignores you, you'll be blocked by their corporate level staff if you attempt to contact them. An online shopping nightmare. Ugh.

I had the most pleasant experience at Urban Outfitters in Martinez, Ga. I had an employee, I believe her name was Stacie she was so polite and helpful. If all employees were like her I would recommend Urban Outfitters to any and everybody.

I ordered three items for my daughters Christmas, they cancelled my first order, couldn't provide a reason of why and didn't notifying me. I ordered again, didn't come, contacted again stated it was on hold for fraud reasons and was going to be cancelled. Which didn't make sense their was no fraud. Ordered the same order for the third time with rep, asked for second day shipping due to Urbans errors only received record player. Then few days received sweater. Never received Hozier record. On Christmas, my daughter opens record player which was broken and sweater had a hole in it. Never received record. I drove an hour and half to exchange items. I was charged more for the exchanges (didn't give sale price) even with all the hell I already went through to order three items. Still have not received record. Cancelled it today. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

Tip for consumers:
Urban Outfitters provides the worst on line ordering experience. They will waste your time and money.

I ordered a product from Urban outfitters online and it was "lost in shipping." I tried emailing them but was told they couldn't find my order. I called and was told they were sorry and they would expedite the shipping. I called back a few days later and no one knew about that. I called several days later and got the same response. I still haven't gotten the item i ordered from them and no one will promise to ship it! They took my money, so this really borderlines on fraud. I will obviously never buy anything from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it! You will never get your order!

I ordered online at Urban Outfitter and my items went to the wrong address due to their system error as it prompts you to select the verified address and then I realized later on, the items went to the wrong address, I promptly contacted UO via chat and phone number, both reps told me to just suck it and "not our responsibility for delivered items." ANd, the phone rep became so belligerent and started yelling! So I'll be filing a dispute so good luck if you have a missing package because they do not take responsibility and they told me to go "retrieve" from the other location as I had already told them I went to the other location and nothing and they wont refund due to their own system error! Bunch of crooks and spoke with a "supervisor" Jolanda and she goes, "we wont be refunding a web order." WTH, most orders are web orders! They need to be sued!

These $#*! sucking mofos had me pay $180 for a piece of $#*!ocki makeup table. They gave me big $#*! screws for a tiny $#*! hole. It's like trying to fit a big black $#*! into a midgets $#*!. Would you like that?

I bought a fujifilm instax mini 8 in a UO store and paid 105. The film I bought cost 30. When I came home and looked online to order extra film I saw that the prices for a camera are usually around 60-70. The film is around 20-25. The fact that I paid 105 instead of 60 makes me feel betrayed. I work hard for my money and I'd rather not spend it on unnecassery things. This is the first and last time I buy something in Urban Outfitters.

I ordered an item on the 28th of august. It has ''arrived'' on the 17th of september according to the tracking number. I checked every day if the package was there and it never ever arrived. I tried to contact Urban Outfitters on facebook, on email, and there was no response until the 27th of september (exactly 30 days after the order).

They said the carrier confirmed the arrival of the item and because of that, they could not do a missing package investigation. Then I responded, and another person told me they would refund me. The refund never arrived! So I contacted them again, and again and again. Some of them would say they would refund me, and some others would say it's too late to start an investigation because there's a limit of 30 days after the order or something... I'm still trying to get that $#*!ing 100$ refund (I'm a student, I can't just throw out 100$ out of the window because you are an $#*!?) They are $#*!s. Never buy from them.

Shipping box damaged, goods not in new quality, i. E packaging all bent and torn, these items are gifts and look pre=owned. Emailed several times, no response after 5 days..

Next day delivery costing £5.99 took *9 days* to arrive and came with a sale label £8 cheaper than the price I paid! This company does not deserve to be in business any longer.

Ordered a package on the 12th and received a e-mail confirmation stating that I would not be charged until my items have shipped and I was deducted the funds but every single time I check my order status it says "has yet to ship". Getting in touch with anyone that works for their customer service is a total nightmare and not to mention that UO chat bot is completely useless! Will never be giving them any of my business, I will be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back & I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. You guys suck!

This Company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered three items that took forever to even ship out. Snail speed shipping. When I finally received the items they were cheaply made, overpriced and fit incorrectly, I returned the items in the packaging provided with tags intact. It is now over a month since order was placed, verified returned (by phone after a loooooonnnngggg wait time because tracking information is useless) and still no refund. So completely disappointed. :( I would give no stars if the site let me.

I was expecting to get new shoes within a week, like most online shipments. I put it on fast shipping or whatever and 4 weeks later- no sign of my shoes. WHAT THE GODDAMN HELL. I called customer service, and they said it will be here in the next few days- Ièm so disappointed and it would have been faster for me to fly into the city and get shoes from a store down there. I am so unimpressed with the service right now but all I want is new shoes

My order arrived and it wasn't complete but it was showing that everything was delivered, chat With customer service on their App and they were supposed to call me and never did, so I emailed twice and never got a response when I called they told me to wait for 15days after order date but it pst and no email or call so instead they reimbursed me but no email to let me know or anything and the shoes I didn't get are still in their website so I called to see if why they didn't advices me about it and the customer service was the works even after I explained the guy asked me what was the issue? Are you kidding me! Haha never again! And btw they done it he same to me before were they refund money without a notice but didn't really care until this time I noticed how bad they handle it

NEVER ORDER ONLINE! I ordered once before and was told my item was on back order cool I'll wait, weeks later nothing! I come to find out they were never getting the item back in stock! I tried stupidly once again to order online, I found the shirt I wanted in a store hours after I placed my order online. I contact UO asked if I could cancel my order. I was told my order was to far along to be cancelled. I checked my order status the next day to see if it shipped and NO I see "back ordered"! I called right away and was told there was an error in the system and my item was not in stock and they would not be restocking the item! I ask the rep to check if any store may still have it, but no of course he couldn't because "their system was down"! Urban Outfitter needs to get a new "system" and their $#*! together! Do not order online! Always check in stores first and drive! Do not take a chance ordering on their crappy site!

I purchased a pair of black trousers to be shipped to Korea. Aside from the $30 shipping fee to ship internationally, the item came around a month later (when it states around 1-2 weeks) Was VERY disappointed to find out that wrong item was shipped (Camo print trousers came) in which I promptly emailed them. Got a response 3 days later for the CS to insist that the right item was shipped. I sent pictures 2 days ago to prove the items were wrong and has yet to get a response... I shop online alll the time and this has been the WORST experience. Better stick to great sites like Shopbop, Amazon, Revolve, Asos!

I purchased some shoes I have yet to receive I contacted customer service and they told me since it say delivered I still obligated to pay for the item which is ridiculous they didn't get try to solve my issue I will no longer spend my money here

If you are ever planning to order something from UrbanOutfitters online, plan WAY ahead. If you call to question your order status that hasn't arrived in the time advertised, you will get a million excuses (non of which involve them directly). In an effort to correct an order that NEVER came, they offered me a free NEXT day delivery to be sent. Turns out the NEXT day order was "shipped" on Thursday, it is now Saturday, and they have told me on the phone today it should arrive here Monday! I have had STANDARD shipping orders from other places make better time then that. It is a REAL joke! Buyer beware! The lady today did admit the original order was never shipped out from their warehouse. Did she offer me any deals to make up for THEIR mistake? NO not even a sorry!

I found urban outfitters customer service horrible. They did not help with one thing, and had so much attitude when talking to me. I ordered something online to pick up in store, it said it will not charge my card until pick up and it charged my card for that order twice. 5 days later after two phone calls with them they will not cancel the second charge and says for me to wait and on August 14th it will be canceled, I called a day after the 14th cause it was still there and they wouldn't cancel it and said to wait another day. I have a debit card so now I'm just in lose of 70 dollars that they took when right away they should cancel the second order and give me my money back, I can't wait days to have my money back it's a debit card and I need that money. So rude.

I am pretty shocked at the delivery/customer service of Urban Outfitters. I ordered five items during the weekend of Black Friday and only two arrived (two weeks apart). I am still waiting for three items. I have been charged for ALL items and yet have been given NO UPDATES on missing orders. I have checked the tracking app, emailed, and have called. The customer service rep admitted he too could not figure out where my package was. It has now been OVER THREE WEEKS WITHOUT RECEIPT OF ORDER. I really can't understand and when I think of my experiences with Anthro and Free People, I have had nothing but success. I strongly recommend URBAN OUTFITTERS CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT ORDER ONLINE. This is genuinely the worst service ever; Pony Express followed by Morse Code would be better.

Urban Outfitters is run by ultra-conservatives who supported anti-gay presidential candidate Rick Santorum. If you're okay with that, then by all means shop at Urban Outfitters. If you're not okay with that, then boycott Urban Outfitters.

you order online and have no idea they will send you 'backordered' emails - in this case they happily tell me the item will ship Dec 28 - AFTER Christmas - ordered on Black Friday weekend.

Completely unacceptable - terrible site to order form

TERRIBLE customer service and the WORST online shopping experience.
I placed an order from the website as i had done before, believing I was on the Canadian website and the price was in CAD dollars. The order goes through and charges me in USD. So instead of paying $171, ill be paying nearly $300... the same items on the candian site came to $185.
Been trying to sort something out, as it was a mistake that i somehow ordered off the American site. Just GOING IN CIRCLES with these guys. Not helpful AT ALL. So now I have to return the items, get a refund, then reorder the exact same items from the Canadian site?
After reading the other reviews i doubt I'll even get a refund! So unhappy!

Don't order from UO website. I've got some issues about the shipping and was the first time I didn't get any help. I'm shopping online very often and it happened some isuees but normally everybody are trying to help. Witn UO you have to wait few days for an answear and the people working there are rude, incompetence and just don't want to help you! I loose a money and the jacket I bought because they mistake my adress! Was the first and the last time I use UO website!
