Love their huge selection of Vans & Converse. Dig their sweats and the store is always having a sale. What's not to like? I see a lot of unhappy peeps on this. I don't get why they're so angry? If you've got a problem, then just contact them. If it's still leading to no where, contact your credit card bank. If everyone were forced to work in retail, they'll all be a tad more understanding and empathetic. No one's perfect & mistakes do happen. Be more human. Getting back, Urban's totally the place to go if you want trendy styles. Perfect place for me & my gf to go. We just split into our individual sections and meet up in the Home section. Shopping online is super easy too. Love Urban.

The company whose business model is to screw up your order and/or account and be so lazy, indifferent, and/or incompetent so as to do absolutely nothing to rectify anything and literally block customers from ever purchasing again, because they can't be bothered to fix their mistakes. Good, if you're looking to reserve a date in bankruptcy court, I guess. Lol. Shop Free people, Urban Outfitters, & Anthropologie at your own risk. And once their regular abysmal customer service ignores you, you'll be blocked by their corporate level staff if you attempt to contact them. An online shopping nightmare. Ugh.

Bought several items from them for Xmas presents for my kids. After several weeks stringing me along with messages about items being back ordered (but still on time for Xmas) they just cancel the orders…On the 20th December. No apologies, no attempt to substitute. Now it's too late to find replacement items. And the ONLY item they were actually able to ship is MIA despite supposedly being shipped on December 11. Thx UO, you screwed me for the last time. Hope your company goes down in flames!

The urban products warehouse used to service the southeast often sends out items that smell perfumey, or look worn.
This happened to me a couple times and i read reviews within their website of customers dissatisfied with items because they didnt look like the photo or smelled bad

Ordered daughter's 16th birthday present well in advance. Supposedly in stock but apparently not. When it hadn't arrived 10 days later, supervisor (Amy) said it was supposed to be in stock the next day, she would have it shipped overnight, and if it didn't arrive in stock as expected, she would call and let me know. No call so I assumed it was on its way. Still not here 3 days later, so I called and was told it shipped today but it was impossible to change shipping speed to overnight. Seriously? In 2019? Now it's too late to shop for something else before the party tomorrow. My daughter will be terribly disappointed. If only Amy had called as promised, I could have shopped elsewhere. Thank you very much, Urban (and Amy).

After 3 months I am still waiting for my dresser. I have been in contact with support for 3 months and they give me nothing but vague answers. They literally lost the product in their warehouse. I had to ask them to do a dock search to find it... once they did it was broken. They had to order another one and now wont tell me when I can expect it.

I am so miserable talking to them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

All im going to say is, fix your fu*king website. Within the first two minutes of getting onto the website the page becomes unresponsive. Its literally impossible to do anything before it shuts down. Sooooo annoying. Once it gives you the option to "wait for the page to respond" even if you wait awhile, like 30 minutes, it still cant seem to be able to fix itself. Very very very frustrating.

I order from UO often when i have the extra money and i'm a rewards member too. Shipping is usually fast except when they use asendia shipping which is awfully slow, they refund you easily if you just say you never got your order, you earn 5$ coupons easily with little purchases or effort, overall i have really good experiences with them. Some of their products are super overpriced or low quality though.

I ordered $360 worth of products and they charged me double. I am getting nowhere with them when it comes to getting one of the charges reversed. This company therefore stole $360 from me. I will never order from them again.

If you buy at a store, you'll need to exchange your item at the store even if it is a gift. We traveled to Austin from VA and my daughter got a sweater that was too big for her. We tried to exchange it but they will not exchange it at the store we have here. I'm stuck with a $90 sweater that is too big.

I paid for 2 day shipping to get this dress for a wedding before I leave. Doesn't ship out for 5 days, then I'm told it is being delayed and won't arrive for another week. I leave tomorrow, my rush to find a dress is on. Screw this

I went onto their website today and I am extremely upset that all of their models are a size zero. This is completely discriminatory against body sizes of all types, not a single girl was bigger than a twig. This is not a positive promotion or realistic goal for any one. Plus the majority of this website is over priced anyway and I wouldn't promote them.

I bought a billie eilish album for 20 dollars and was extremely careful with it. I didn't touch the grooves or cause any harm- yet the album stutters and jumps. All my other records work perfectly fine. Money wasted on a crappy product.

Their whole ordering system sucks. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift only to find out I got the size wrong. So I asked if they could change the order (note this was 5 mins after I ordered it) they said they could not because it was too far processed. When I asked for advice they said "There was nothing they could do" The next day I found out I could cancel my order. So when I asked to cancel, they said the order was far too processed to cancel.? When I asked when I was allowed to cancel orders they said immediately. Because people make mistakes and realize it at that moment. Good $#*!ing job Urban Outfitters. Never buying from here again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I purchased a shirt a month prior to a trip and got standard shipping which states 7-10 business days. After 3 WEEKS of waiting I finally contacted them via email 3 times and they did not get back to me, when their website states "you will receive a response within 24-48 hours". Did not receive any response so I called their customer service line, which they gave me express shipping and states it should get to me before my trip, 2-3 business days. It is a WEEK later, and tracking through USPS it now updated stating I am recieving my item the day after I leave. This company is extremely frustrating. They obviously do not care about customers as well as you can see how many times I have attempted to contact them with no reply. The amount their clothing costs is not worth it.

Today at the Oxford Circus store I was forced by the cashier (No. *******) to have my receipt emailed to me. I refused, and she told me I MUST to give her my personal email if not then I don't get any receipt. She said the store does not have any paper for receipts and was very rude and lazy.
I think this is against the law to force customers to give up their personal email address and then receive unwanted marketing.
I had to call the manager to a paper copy of my receipt. I will never return to this store.

I dont Give a sh** if this place is a legit company, they take your money and don't return it, then ask for money again. But still won't send you your original money. Don't waste time and money with this company, cheap, scamming people. If i could I'd leave 0 stars, i hope urban outfitters burns to the ground

I ordered a vinyl back in november though paypal. Due to me living in the uk i had to pay 30 pounds shipping, compared to the 15 pounds for the vinyl. Then a week ago i got an email saying i need to authorise my payment. They then tried multiple times to grab 45 pounds out of my debit card throughout the week. Luckily i didnt have enough money in that account for them to take. After trying multiple times to contact them on email, online chat and phone they basically only gave me the option to cancel my order, or pay another 45 pounds to "authorise the payment".

Another thing im not happy with is how the UK support line is in america. Which means the times dont line up at all and it is awkward to call them at the times theyre open.

Another problem was i emailed them 3 times with my problem, and everytime i got an automated response saying i should look at online guides.

Ordered several items from this store over a month ago with all the items in stock. Reached out to customer service several times to find out where pieces were from my order as my order stated "has yet to ship". They told the items were in stock and would ship. Today I receive an email saying the items are now out of stock. They are horrible! It took over a month to now have the items out of stock. Thanks for a Mery Christmas. Will never shop here again!

I ordered a coat for my granddaughter for Christmas on 20th November 2021.
Delivery time was quoted 3-5 days
Kept looking at their tracking system as advised and kept sending e mails for an update on my order every week leading up to Christmas. Unfortunately as I have seen in other reviews we did not receive the item ordered and finally was informed that it went missing in transit to their couriers.
This was just before Christmas.
Asked me if I want to re-order the Coat and I asked to let me know if it was in stock and or refund me.
Never answered my question if it's in stock just informed me today 7th Jan 2022 that I will be refunded in around 5 days.
Their care for customers is non existent and looking at most reviews this is common practice. Appalled at the fact that the owners of this company are not looking at these reviews and seem not to care!
Avoid ordering anything on line as it's likely to happen to you as well.

This was my first time ordering from Urban outfitters and my last. I received my order and sent it back requesting a smaller size. I never received my order back so eventually I called to check on it and found out it was cancelled. They didn't have the size I requested so instead of communicating that to me and asking how I would like to proceed they just refunded my card and cancelled the order. Originally the items were on sale and because it was my first time ordering I got an additional percentage off. Now they will not honor those prices anymore for the same item. I tried contacting the company via email and phone to reprocess the order I originally placed and they refused to offer a resolution. I never got my outfit or a resolution.

I ordered a dress and two pairs of jeans (they were on sale for 50% off) back in March and because I was on exchange, I didn't actually get to open my package until I got home around June... only to find the dress and ONE PAIR of the two jeans that I had ordered... I called in and they said they could only do something about it if it were within 30 days of receiving the package? They couldn't reimburse me or even offer any kind of store credit... so at the end of the day I paid for a full priced pair of jeans when it was their mistake and only gave me one. Terrible and unprofessional.

I ordered a cute record player and 5 of my favourite albums... thinking okay well I've wanted all this for ages.
4 of my albums have been shipped, but my absolute favourite one is on a 'back order' for a week now.
To top it off out of no where my record player was cancelled, no explanation just cancelled... so I have albums shipped to me but I can't play them because I have no player and this forced me to look for another type of player on their site $10 more than I wanted... they had then updated the previous player I wanted from cream to silver coloured same price and product! I am so confused whether they cancelled my order because the product change who knows. Atleast they didn't charge me for the player only the albums!

But never again will I shop here and don't bother shipping, pricing, products and cancellation you'll never win!

Urban Outfitters states when your shipment will arrive but it means nothing. Their warehouse takes several days to process your order (and no weekend work) and they don't use "expected arrival between x-x", but rather state exactly when your order will arrive which is misleading. Basically, you'll get your package when you get your package. Awful and unhelpful customer service when you try to call about your order.

They are horrible at handling orders and will push back or cancel anything they can just to get more and more money from people. They don't care about quality control or satisfying customers and are very unprofessional.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered items online and they charged my credit card. However, when I checked my urban account for transactions they did not show up. I also typed in my zip code and order number and the order did not show up. I emailed them, but they did not respond. A day later I used live chat to complain, and they told me that the order never got sent to the warehouse. Lastly, now the items I want are sold out so I can't even order them. I don't understand why I received an order number and receipt and my credit card got charged, but my order just didn't go through the warehouse. All the person I was talking to said was "I'm sorry." Sorry doesn't fix it.

Besides the fact that they scam people with their mixed signal photos and descriptions, they charged my card TWICE and after almost 20 days I still didn't get my money back. Terrible service, terrible experience.
