If you are in Canada or anywhere but USA DO NOT BUY HERE! They put a markup on everything just for switching countries, and that's on top of the currency conversion + premium shipping you pay. $100 USD should come to $130 right? NOPE they put an extra $30 on top so came to $160 Canadian! Plus $20 shipping on top of that! I ended up paying $180 for what I thought would be $160 mystery crate, but when I received it there was a paper inside that showed my crate was $100 but had $150 worth of garbage in it, so I contacted support to ask if I had just received the wrong crate. As I should have received the $160 crate with $230 worth of stuff, but nope it was the right one. It would have been cheaper to pick the stuff myself instead of the mystery crate. They were not always like this, but I guess they have gotten greedy lately. When I tried to ask why what I received was only worth $100 they said it was just from currency conversion. Yea last time I checked $1 usd was not worth $1.6 cad..
We just wasted approx 150 Aud on this web site. Paid for our order 15-4-14. Today is 11-6-14. Despite 5 emails (the last 3 unanswered) we have never received these goods. Don't bother. You'll lose our money
The mega box it small nothing like what they lead you to believe on their ad. The contents, when you price them on amazon only actually cost maybe $50! And I paid $100 and most of the contents are food products. I can't upload my photos so I'll give you the list of the items I received. Received Items in a dented, box. Items were poorly packaged and were tampered with and ripped. Some were candy/edible things and I cant eat anything that's been ripped! Awful service. Contacted them. They replied asking for pictures of proof, that my items were damaged. When I sent pictures never got a response. Its been 4 days. (THEY GUARENTEE 1 business day replies)

We responded to you within two hours with a request for photos of the damage. You sent us a photo that showed no damage. We again asked for a photo of the damaged items, and you did provide two photos that showed some minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging of two of the items.
Our office was closed over the weekend, but we responded to you on Monday, August 27 with an offer to issue you store credit for your entire order, including shipping. My first and last order! Will also be the last for our family, my grandson has been a 'regular'. I purchased the small Mystery Box and was very disappointed with the contents for $38.65! Maybe that's why they keep it a "Mystery":(

I want to rate you higher because your videos are fun but we shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for your advertising. I made the mistake of not price checking at Christmas time. I have done so since and it's an eye opener. Just watched the video for the perfect bake. Vat19 price $69.99. Brooksrone $19.99! Bugs In the Kitchen game vat19 $29.99, ToysRUs $19.99 (and free shipping) I could go on and on! This is absolutely way too much of a price difference! Enjoy the videos but check prices before you buy!
Ordered on the 13th... I was expecting 5 to 7 business days (Flat Rate 5.99). That was advertised! I had to buy a new gift because the gift I bought will not be here till next week... I ordered it on the 13th... next week will be the 1st. I hope it's as great as looks! It would have been the perfect gift. I don't think I would order from Vat again.

Thank you for writing. The prices listed on the packing slip are in USD. Currency conversion explains part of the difference in price.
However, you are correct that we charge different prices depending on the destination country when we offer free shipping to that country. So, yes, it is more expensive to buy from Vat19 and have your package shipped to Canada than if you had the package shipped to the US. However, the $20.76 CAD in "shipping" was actually duties and taxes. We have no control over those fees. Those are paid directly to the taxing authorities in Canada.
