VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
I waited on hold 4 different times, totaling an hour and twenty minutes, and never got the help I needed. I am irate. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I eventually hung up because I was going to go off on the representative. I will not continue to be a verizon customer with this type of service. This is absolutely insane. I will be terminating early and will not look back.
I have two lines-- a watch for my phone is one of those. After being told I would pay 99.00 a month, I have received 274.00 bills every month. I have called over 18 times and they say it is fixed and it is 274.00 the next month. So long Verizon.

Spent a long time with verizon I'm the early 2000s. Then switched because I felt customer service was not what it should be for the price. I recently switched back and what a vast improvement. Customer service has been great and my new phone even better

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. The folks there are not interested in being helpful nor are they interested in keeping your business. After being a frustrated wireless customer who eventually switched, i tried the fios product just to see if things had gotten better. Bad decision.
This company is junk. They lie make fun of you, over 25 calls made and every answer was different.
Ordered 3 S23Ultras and got S23plus. Then when you go into 2 different stores they say they can only refund and charge restocking fees, but they can't refund in the store. They can exchange for what you bought. They charge you 30.00 if you need help to activate the phones. Plus 300.00 stock fee.
Beware: Do Not Use this Company
I called Verizon about an upgrade but said I did not want to increase my bill. I was told no problem. I can get 3 new phones and my bill will stay the same. I was told ignore the paperwork I will be able to add the discounts after. I waited and waited. When I got the increased bill I called and told them I was promised no bill increase. They told me they will review the call and get back to me in 24-48 hours. This did not happen. When I called again I was told you are now outside of returns and we are not going to do anything. Verizon is just a bunch of liars and thieves. I have been with Verizon for over 22 years and they lied to me and refused to honor what was said. Terrible morals and ethics
Tip for consumers:
Do not get a Verizon phone

So I have been using Verizon for a few months now. And I like to stream podcast. Yet my phone is using a gig a minute (is that a possible?) Verizon thinks it's not but yet I am getting a text message every single minute stating my phone is going up a gig. My bill is now $998 this month. (On a 2 person plan) I've talked to multiple different "managers" who are pretty much telling me I am lying. And saying the best they can do is knock $20 off my $998 phone bill. I am beyond livid and they don't seem to care. So forewarning be careful using these sleezy bastards service.

I am a new customer who owns my own business and I missed my first payment due to being hospitalized. I set up a payment arrangement on the phone with their customer service representative agreeing to set up a payment arrangement.
I received a confirmation email and was shocked that my service was shut off without notice 5 days before the agreed upon payment date.
The customer service rep today showed that my service was still operational until her supervisor got on the line and said it had been shut off and no other options until the bill was paid in full, which had already been agreed upon and a confirmation email and text sent to me on Sunday.
Horrible, horrible, horrible service, Verizon.
When my husband died I went to change our plan to just my phone. The guy took my husband's Samsung android an expensive phone that was paid off. I lost all his pictures and everything and I still owed my own phone so I took the plan and then left Verizon for good. This was in 2017. I was in shock because my husband died so suddenly. That phone was mine and I believe the guy kept it.
Tip for consumers:
I lost all faith in Verizon. I have t mobile and its awesome....

I went to Verizons web site tonight to change over to them and get new phones and iPads. I totally waisted well over a two hours there and came away totally Pi$$ED. I started a chat to make the change then after about 15 to 20 min the site said that the agent was no longer available, and that a new agent would be with me shortly. So then when the new person came on they knew nothing about what had been discussed withe the other agent. This happened a total of SIX times finally I decided that Verizon did not need my business and shut off my computer.

Verizon Customer Service should be titled Verizon CustomerTorture. It is nearly impossible to speak with a person. If one does then person has no authority to help you. It took me a half day of driving around to finally get to their 'corporate office' where they cancelled the non working account. Verizon lost my number when I tried to transfer from a shared account to my own account. They had billing information and billed me for the deadline for over two months. I had to make a complaint to Oregon consumer fraud. Then Verizon called me. They tried to threaten me with 'proving' the charges were valid. Then she would tell me she was "trying to help me". I believe this is an interrogation technique used on persons suspected of committing a crime. After many many reiterations of 'just stop billing me' she said they would stop. Losing my phone number was a huge hassle by itself. Dealing with Verizon doubled the trouble.
I tried so many times to contact them and they all they give me is the robot reps in chat that doesn't know how to answer to my questions! I am in unlimited data but everytime I go out of the house I do 't have an internet and cannot browse! I tried to contact them several times but they just gave me a robot reps! This is dissapointing to my part and I extremely regret changing to Verizon!
Verizon advertises buy one get one free I phone 13. Go into store, non available. Order two online. Pay for the phone in full. Get bill, it doubles. Call, hour wait. Go into store, can't help you due to buying online. They say go to corporate store, all closed due to "covid". Call again, wait an hour. Promotion over, can't buy one in full and get other free and you have to increase your plan to a premium plan. Store rep quoted, $35 a month per line. Now the customer service rep say you have to purchase $55 a month plan. So I got no benefit from promotion and a higher plan. Best of all, no one can help. They want your money and hire no one to assist.
You're asking for it and you're asking for trouble if you go with this company Verizon will add things to your build that don't belong there will lie to you every time you call and you will find yourself fighting for credits and things they have put on your bill that are unauthorized like I have for a year. Do not use this company! If you do you have been warned the cell phone coverage is great but their customer service their supervisors and their integrity sucks. Don't believe me? Go work there. If you have any kind of integrity or morals you will only last about a month. It's awful funny they want you to make good or mistakes that you make on your account but when they make them you have to argue everyone and anybody over and over and over again for months and months and months to get what they have done wrong to your account fixed. If you like dealing with liars and thieves and go right ahead.
Their online tech/help support center is horrible. My phone seems to have died and I'm trying to chat with them. They need to send a message to my phone. WTF? Why do idiot companies do this? Might as well not even have a tech support option online. Oh, and no 24/7 customer service center. Way to go Verizon!
This company is a joke. They are bunch of crooks. They lie to get you to switch and never fulfill their promises. Then you just keep on calling their horrible customer service and they just give you run around.
When you call Verizon for issue about billing they do not respond correctly when you ask for extension or if an issue arises on payment.Verzion will unless you over the phone and make a stories to harass you about payment. He also text you eight times in form harassment and coercion to make you pay the bill.
Verizon also control your TV by cutting it off with TV interruptions until the bill is paid and do not give you proper information on what you owe by mail and they will send your name to the debt collectors to collect without the federal reporting act law
Verizon is the worst phone company out there I would not recommend Verizon to anyone that wants a real phone service they are a rip off and a crook they don't care for their phone service it is garbage complete garbage
After being told that it would cost $30 to setup a replacement phone by the store in Mankato, Mn, the technician in Sioux Falls, SD (Marion and 26th Street graciously helped with the process at no charge. Wonderful store and so helpful and friendly! Take note Mankato. Mankato store wasn't busy….just didn't want to do it!
I have been with Verizon for 22 years. I've had my business phone with Verizon, and both my now adult children.
Customer service used to be great I traveled a lot for my business and could count on a Verizon office anywhere if I had an issue.
Not anymore. I have always purchased the warranty and received a grey replacement phone if anything went wrong.
The last two times I've had to have my phone replaced, a broken device was sent to me.
Then they charged me for the broken device, that was sent to me broken.
Verizon isn't what it used to be

Be careful

Verizon can't provide me with Documents to support a bill on my credit report but they can provide 3 stories far all support fraud old enough it shouldn't be on my report. Now I order devices for a great deal and they canceled with some lame excuse. I said of this feel though I was going to the better business bureau with a complaint they can count on it for sure. I would not recommend them and unsure how companies keep getting away with this fraud. Unreal.

None!!! My order was canceled by them with 2 different excuses. Neither valid since I made over 8 calls to verify information they input incorrectly. They assured me it was updated on there end. This was too good to be true they would lose a customer and countless reviews over a small amount. This company has treated me terribly and others I know.
I am a business woman and depend on my phone. The phone, after 4 years died. I went to their store, Saturday Morning, Snow, at 10 a.m. Guess what? No one there, not open, and it was 10:30 a.m. Verizon claims great customer service, well if you aren't open, that is not good customer service. Customer service rep is not hard, having been one. Just be open when the signs say 10am. I guess I could of called, but then I would of had a working phone...
Al complaints on here are accurate. Nothing but issues every month sometimes multiples times a week. These people barely speak english and DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS! The service SUCKS! My phones have not been working for the past week and i dont have time to sit on the phone for hours only for them to not be able to fix it and say they will get back to me
Tried to file an insurance claim for a new phone.
Spent 7 hours August 16,2023 in store trying to get the 4 digit pin.
Spent 4 1/4 hours August 17,2023 online and telephone trying to get the 4 digit pin.
Spent 5 hours today, August 18,2023 trying to port phone number to T-mobile, but Verizon would not help.
Too stupid to update store hours online. Went to two stores that were supposed to be "CLOSING SOON". They were open on Sunday's previously. I rushed over to buy a phone only to find they are now closed all Sunday's. What a pack of losers
