My son has been trying to deal with this issue for over a week. He has called numerous times, gone to 6 stores, no one will help him. He has done research, I have done research, his dad has done research, yet no one seems to be able to help. He is not getting texts from android phones. No bashing android, not in my control. We have changed every setting on iphone that has been suggested, had android users change settings on their phones that was suggested. NOTHING is making it work! IF customer service would talk to him and not have robots, or people that simply read a script, maybe we could find a solution. If nothing else, let us exchange the phone, maybe the phone itself is the problem.
On July 30,2022, I call to have my Apple Watch replacement. I was on the phone with the representative for 1 hour. I have insurance on the device also. He told yes you are eligible for a replacement. He told that he was ordering the Apple Watch. He said it would be in about 2 days. After 2 days had passed. I call Verizon they claimed that there where no order been placed. I had 2 representatives lie to saying that the order was on its way. All lies and they get away with that! Verizon is a bunch of sh. T!
Thought verizon was a good service until recently. I can't make calls or receive them and my entire business is based on being able to take calls. They sent me a box to boost my wireless service but it doesnt work and again cant get anyone to help
I've been trying to send in my iPad trade-in device for a couple of weeks now. First they sent shipping material for an iPhone so I went online and chatted with a representative and she told me that she would send out the correct materials and that it would take 3-5 business days. It's been over 5 days so I called this time and spoke with a rep who was very rude. He wouldn't confirm whether or not the device was actually shipped out - which is weird. Why wouldn't they see that info? He kept insisting that they did their job. If they did their job, I would have already received the requested material. I was frustrated and apologized but he continued to be very rude and doubt he was actually listening to me and he never once apologized for any inconvenience.
The biggest crook on the horizon is Verizon. Bad service connections, no personalization to customer service, no wiggle room for payment arrangements, and a horrible company website and mobile app it's not user-friendly. Looking for a new provider and as soon as I can transfer my phone number to a new company I will.
I am a 15 year Verizon customer. Customer service used to be a like gold star. It started with a 10, now its more like a 4. Tech support used to stay with me patiently to answer questions. Now, they will hardly answer the phone and try to push you to a robot. What pushed customer service aside is marketing. If you are an existing customer and sign in to a Verizon web site and try to find your cloud to find your pics, good luck. Even the techies at Verizon when you can get a hold of them do not know how and this is a fact.
I am thinking of switching to cheaper service. I used to have a friend in Verizon, I longer do.

Verizon will waste your time with endless policies that indemnify them from basic customer service or responsibility. Whenever I had an issue, it was always in favor of Verizon. I either sucked it up or took it on the chin. Don't waste your time with Verizon wireless.
If I could give it no stars, I would. This is the second time that my phone will not work because I need a Sim card code. When my phone lost battery service, my cell phone will not work without a Sim card code. The last time this happened it took one hour and 45 minutes to get a code to get my phone going, this phone is used for business and I cannot work without it when I was on a chat with Verizon. They said that I can't be helped until Tuesday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Today is Friday and I have no way of getting in touch with clientele. I am so annoyed with Verizon. They suck.
In order to get my question answered - how Verizon obtained my 2 non-Verizon phone numbers then had their collection agency harass me - I would have to give Verizon my entire 9-digit Social Security number. I certainly didn't want to do that, after they spread my phone numbers around. I have been advised, by Social Security, NOT to give my Social Security number out. I was given an address to write to, President's Help Line, at Verizon. I wrote in March, providing my address, email address and phone numbers (which they already had, since they provided my numbers to their collection agency). Six weeks later I have heard nothing. I still want my question answered. I have never had a Verizon account and cannot recommend them, since their ethics and customer service are horrible.

Their "5g" network is absolute garbage. My phone never has internet service even when it says i have 5g. I absolutely hate this $#*!ing company and would rather let Magic Johson feed me a blood/jizz cocktail than to ever use this company again.
I was looking to switch cellphone providers and used the Verizon website chatbox.
The question was "Does Verizon have and unlimited plan for seniors?" What was a simple Yes/No answer ended up going through 3 customer service reps and 15 minutes.
Based on this experience there is no way I want to switch over to Verizon.
15 years and close to $10,000 later in monthly payment plans and they royally screw me. Would not give me a 4 digit pin to retrieve my data, and spent 3 days several hours on the phone being bounced around both online over the phone and at their retail stores where their employees were aloof smug and arrogant at giving me the bureaucratic rigamoround RUN don't walk away from VZW, overpriced arrogant scumbags. We deserve better than the lack of humanity in which they treat (former) longterm customers.
I have had so many issues about over charges. I hate it, unfortunately I don't have options but I wish I could change to another company. Every time that I have to call them, I have to spend at least an hour and still I can't get a solution, they always find a way to keep taking our money. Finally, you give up because they never give you a proper response or solution.
Stupid company without real customer serviceability or accountability to be had. Person I spent countless time explaining my needs and trying to get things set up gave me the cold shoulder he needs to leave because it's 3 hours time zone difference and he must leave for home before I was done. Who in the world did I ask to be forwarded to a service person 3000 miles across the country to begin with? Also, why the hell can't these people be trained to better triage their customer's needs since I couldn't with him. It's money lost for him and I hope he was commissioned but I doubt it. That's why he cared more for his break time then servicing a paying and loyal customer. Shame on Verizon Wireless.
Verizons customer service is the worse be prepared to wait and wait and wait. I was going order a new laptop thru them but after waiting for over an hour for the tech for help in removing some excess lines I gave up. I can get one at Best Buy and get better service. I still have one line that needs removing 3/17/2022
Before I switched to Verizon, my business went smoothly. This was until that one day when our smooth sailing service to our hungry costumers terminated. Everything was fake. When I asked as to why the business phone was down, I waited at least 20 minutes just to for someone to answer me and end up not helping at all. After at least 2 hours of complaining they finally decided to help us. We've lost business and the ended up charging us over $200. About 3 weeks later, our phone shut down once more. I wish to alert everyone now so the don't experience this sabotage. DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON!
The worst wireless company ever went online filled all info out for 2 lines they told me 589.00 then i went to the store to pick up then they wanted 1300. 00 how can a prize change with in 2hrs after they check your credit and tell you 589.00 bunch of thiefs would never ever going back to them ever stay away from them there like the rest sorry no service having cons
I have an up and down experience with this company. While they're Fios Division is great and they're phone coverage is great they're customer service, prices, and workers aren't so much great. My husband had gotten a phone on they're Edge program and had only used it for about a month, but when they charged him almost over 100 dollars due to going Ten minutes and 1 GB over we decided to cancel our family program. In total just to cancel two lines we paid 2608. 12 total! This company literally robbed us of our money! They forced my husband to fully pay for a phone that he could no longer use! I definitely do not recommend this rip off company to any one the Cons outweigh the pros for me
I have been with Verizon for 15 years. I am going to cancel every single line that I have with them. They treat their customers TERRIBLE! They flat out said that they could care less if I left as a customer. Ok, thank you.
Don't waste your time or energy with this company I have been with them 4yrs. They are hard to get a live representative and then when it's time to upgrade they are doing inquiries on your credit. Although it's Black Friday they still won't apply any credits until you pay for the phone that's crazy. 4yrs with them has been hell, turning off my phone by a mistake, then charging $10 to talk or pay with a live representative.
