Vestiaire Collective is the BEST! Imagine a treasure chest full of u expected fashion surprises that you cannot source anywhere else. And their customer service is so helpful and very responsive. I had an issue with an item and the team jumped right in with a solution.
My issue was immediately resolved. I believe the seller may have been out of the country and missed the window to ship the product. I was given a full refund in 1 business day.
I love hard to find pieces and this is an amazing place to find hidden gems! And it doesn’t hurt being featured on a national television show either! :)

Provide a downloadable authentication certificate with the recipient of every purchase of the purchase is a named designer. The extra fees customers are charged for trust etc. should at the very least include a certificate.
I cancelled and ordered post an issue report and within minutes I actually changed my mind. Unfortunately Vestiaire Collective was not able to undo this change (even though it was within minutes) and now I have to wait for the seller to receive it back and repurchase. The process should be to allow the seller to guide your team who may not be experts in vintage watches on how to test finicky vintage watch brands such as omega, Rolex etc. Knowing how to test old dials should be mandatory or there should be a team that understands how to use them and test properly as it can be a bad reflection on the seller and that is usually not the case at all, it’s understanding how to test and use vintage and antique watch brands and dials

I originally bought the same bag from Rebag but it was not in as good of shape as the one I ended up really wanting. When I went to Rebag to ask about a possible exchange before the bag was even shipped they told me they couldn't do that so I had to cancel the order and wait for a refund to my affirm account. I wanted the bag as soon as possible and I found it on Vestiaire Collective and was able to use Klarna instead of affirm. This helped quite a bit and the shipping only took about a week and a half. The bag was in fantastic shape when I got it and the only imperfection, which was shown in the listing, easily wiped off with my finger. So now it's perfect and I'm glad I was able to use Vestiaire Collective!
