So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. I NEVER ever write reviews but I am so furious. Terrible customer service and I do not advise anyone to sell through them. I have sold an item for $150+ and never received my payment. I am being ignored by customer service for over a week, tried contacting them and they just ended the chat for no reason. Trust me Poshmark, and Mercari are the best for selling. Never sell on there. Terrible, I wish I can put a 0-star review.

I wanted to use the promo code with the app and it didn't work out. I tried many times. In the end I had to buy the item without the code. Now of course Vc doesn't want to give me any money back. It's a scandal. Write a review if you they also cheated on you recently.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. I never write bad review about anything, but this time I had to. After waiting for my order to be processed about 2 weeks with no update whatsoever, I received a refund for my products with no announcement whatsoever. I don't even know what has happened. I sent them messages via e-mail and facebook, but no response. Don't I deserve at least an explanation? I really needed that product and since I waited for this one to arrive, now it's not available in the stores anymore so I basically don't have a chance of getting it anymore. Thanks a lot. :(

I placed an order for a pair of boots in SEPTEMBER. It is now November and I still do not have delivery of my item. I keep getting notices to confirm the address which has been done numerous times. Then I get a message that their 'delivery partner' cannot deliver to that address - with no explanation why. They are now threatening to donate my over $200 boots to charity with no explanation as to why they have not been delivered! Never again.

I bought an item from this company it was in NO way as described and they refused to refund over 1000 pounds. I am a solicitor so I knew this was wrong and have contacted trading standards who are investigating them, please do not use this company they are truly disgraceful.

I was moved to Vestiaire from Tradesy and I almost was going to to just delete my account. I decided to give it a chance and I've already sold more in the few months here than I had in the years I was on Tradesy. I like that the items get authenticated before reaching the buyer. If you're an honest seller, this should not be a problem. The fee is a bit daunting so it's definitely better for higher value items. I've not purchased anything yet, but I would be comfortable doing so. Here are pictures of my latest sales.

I use several platforms to sell my women's clothing and accessories online. Since Tradesy changed to Vestiare the process is so demented it's not worth the time to list items. Very complex process with limited categories. Just when you think you've completed the listing it shows more items to complete but you're unable to determine what else is needed. I've deleted my account due to the dissatisfaction of this platform.

Tried to sell authentic items. One watch was approved the other one with even more pictures, authentic cards, and receipt was declined. I questioned why and was given no specific reason other than it didn't meet strict standards. Makes 0 sense as everything I provided proves it to be authentic. Will never do business with them. I bought a coat from VC for 1.800 EUR which was described as new. When the coat arrived, it turned out to heavily used, unprofessionally altered, and full of animal hair. Have not received my money back so far, customer service is not telling me, if they accept my return shipping. Totally unnerving, absolute crap, should go out of business and save customers the hustle.

Used VC services twice. First time purchasing a brooch, and everything went smooth. I decided to purchase a more expensive item, paid by credit card. The payment went through immediately. The seller never shipped the item, and VC held my money for 21 days which is an absolute joke. From Poland, EU it's not even possible to contact them by phone!
I wanted to give them a chance and check black friday offers today... to my surprise they changed their policy and prices go up by about 10% (but not until you're ready to checkout and pay) stating it's to cover customs and duties. I wanted to order items within EU - no customs should apply. Not to mention the shipping fee of 30 EUR. Ordering directly from Italy I never pay more than EUR 10. Repulsive scammers. I will not be back. Oh... the black friday code doesn't work, even though it stands as applied upon checkout. Ridiculous.

Wedding dress took months For delivery. Missed event. Item was incorrectly shipped as an exchange and so the delivery man wouldn't leave the dress without another item from me. This happened 3 times despite VC urgently asked to amend shipping. Rude, no response, didn't care. Customer service won't speak to you, can't amend orders. No one followed up. Eventually contacted their media department and was offered a 50 voucher. Horrendous. Distressing. Never ever again. Avoid

Actually, fraudulent isnt even the right word anymore. It looks more like extravagant inefficiency to me by now, but I wanted my headings to harmonize...
A day after complaining to VC, I received a message prompting me to rate the quality of their customer service. Since they had offered no service - the only response was an automated email that they would be in touch - I clearly could not offer them any praise, so I duly clicked bad and added a note about their complete failure to address the issue. If the competence & logic with which they have handled things so far is anything to go by, they will no doubt be delighted with my response and congratulate themselves on another job well done.

Today, my supposedly non compliant because badly scratched shades were returned to me with a tag from VC congratulating me on my purchase of an article in very good condition and which had passed their quality control. Perhaps they now expect me to pay the full price for them as well, in which case I should perhaps remind them that they themselves had urged the seller, me, to lower the price by 15 because of a mysterious blemish. I phoned customer services straight away but the lady on the phone didnt speak enough English to understand what was written on the tag. Very professional, I must say.

I thought Id give VC a try after being conned by a buyer on Depop. After one month, someone purchased my immaculate 600-euro D&G glasses At the original asking price of 150, which would earn me 100 net. Today, VC notified me that the glasses were scratched and that they had lowered the price by 15. The flaw in the attached photo was enormous, but it was certainly not there when I sent them the item in its original packaging. Now I have to pay for postage and packing for a damage that is not of my own inflicting, and neither, I dare say, of the postal services. Needless to say, Ive deleted my account and severed all ties with a company that is fraudulent at best.

I don't have enough room. I really don't. But this is an AWFUL company. The sellers don't ship their items, they change your verbiage (coming from someone who doesn't read or write in English…) if you try to sell something. We tried THREE times to buy a bag to save $$ for my 40th bday. Well let's just say I should have bought from f b re sale sites. Those are the ones I've never had an issue with. This company also acquired tradesy, so look out! Just despicable.

See above. My greatest tip would be go to eBay, poshmark, or f b to buy secondhand luxury items.

Can’t use anything if you never receive it, and remember folks— you’re buying mostly from people ALL OVER THE WORLD. Things work differently in other countries. This is not to say ANYTHING except we have no idea how things work in other countries. Literally that’s all I mean. Remember, you could spend $800+ and have it tied up for weeks— you may be able to afford it, but I certainly can’t. (Wanted to maybe buy something else if the “business” wasn’t going to ship?)

Ordered Louboutins twice. Both orders never arrived, i. E. received from sellers and i had to wait a month each time before i got my refund. Seems like the site is not updated for items already sold, which is very frustrating. Ridiculous

Bought a Burberry Jacket for 250€ and this is what I got after the "quality authentication". Seller's description literally said that it is a 'relatively thin jacket that can be also worn a a shirt' and I got a one-layer shirt that you wear under a suit/blazer and I'm skinny, but can barely fit a long-sleeve t-shirt under it. I've spend over a grand in the past year and never buying from them again.

I joined just a week ago and tried to purchase a pair of Chanel Vintage earrings for alittle over $800.00 Now they are calculating over $1,000! How?
They said I had to pay $40 to ship, but then give me $20 because I am new. And then they added $125.00 for "contribution to customs?" What does that mean?
And what's this stuff about a membership at $12.00 a month minimum?

I see their merchandise is not in "good condition." A pair of Christian Louboutin shoes that said "good condition" and the girl writes she takes good care of them, the soles were completely worn off! And she wants over $500? Fake advertising. I am sure these shoes would run over $700 when you go and calculate the baloney.

I have not yet received my item, so this review is about the experience I had on the platform only. It was torture trying to complete chat, offers, and, finally, buying. The platform would not accept offers (i. E. kept freezing when I made an offer or counter offer), and when I tried to communicate with the seller (as is usual on all other platforms (TheRealReal, Poshmark, Tradesy, Etsy, Ebay, etc), I was banned from the chat, for reasons that are completely opaque to me. There is a terms and conditions link, but Vestaire should really be made aware that its community is comprised of busy people who don't have time to read a fine-print, multi-screen, jargon rich document concerning what should be a simple market transaction.
