So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. I purchased a pair of shoes that were listed as excellent condition and went through their authentication. When I receive the shoes the sole at the tip of the shoe was unglued in the length of about 1 inch on one shoe and about quarter of an inch on the other shoe. When I contacted the company they're trying to blame on the postal carrier. In the meantime the box was intact and there was no damage on the outside of the box. They have no return policy so I'm stuck with shoes that are damaged and no price adjustment. This is the biggest scam as far as I'm concerned

I ordered from vestiaire collective for the first time yesterday and what an unpleasant experience it's been. They had a 10 percent off code which I added to my order and then when the order was processing they removed it and charged me the full amount. I contacted customer service and they said that there was no trace I ever added it. Absolute lies and the fact they won't let you cancel your order after shows this. I will be taking further as it's the most appalling customer service I have dealt with. I'm dreading my order showing up based on my experience so far. Take your business elsewhere they don't deserve it.

A dress of mine was sold while I was on vacation hold. I asked VC to confirm when I returned if the buyer still wanted dress and needed information to print airball. They said they'd get back to me and "you haven't been forgotten" 3 weeks ago and still after several more emails to them NO word. Does anyone have any good things to say about Vestiaire?

This customer feels like a scam, merchandise takes forever to ship, and then it is shipped to the company for quality control. Seems like a good idea but then they tell you there is a discrepancy between what the seller stated and the actual product but its still a good deal. However they don't give you any idea of what the issue is. What is the issue. I will never ever ever waste my time again. Trust me find another company to order from.

Buyer beware. If you live in the U.S., this resale site is not for you. I bought a top only to discover that there was a $20 shipping fee plus a $14.99 "inspection" fee. The top arrived and while the designer is correct, it is a totally different top than the one listed and the top is missing parts. I've now sent them ELEVEN emails with multiple photos and screenshots of my order and receipt, to which I received eleven nonsensical replies where Vestiaire either willfully misunderstands me or the person replying simply does not speak English. If empty apologies and no resolution and wasting your time makes you happy, you'll love this site. Otherwise, avoid.

My experience as a seller has been atrocious. First off, if you sell at less than £400, they take 30%, after that it's 25%. Although sellers can set their own prices, they give you a suggested price, which will be ridiculously low, as they just want a quick sale for high commission. If you put your own price, it is identified as seller's [price, so you get a huge disparity in prices and it is impossible to achieve the valid higher price. Their editing is pathetic, they have listed my leather hoody under knitwear, and described it as a biker jacket. Avoid.

I bought a bag from this website and it arrived today. One of the bag's handles is damaged, also a few stains on the outer side of the bag, all of them not disclosed by the seller on the pictures she posted. I would like to return it but there is no way to click return even though I followed all the instruction on how to return it. It only gives me the option to "Relist" if I dislike what I bought. I don't want to sell this damaged bag. I should have read the reviews before I bought. The chat box is closed since last month, so we can not chat with the admin. I emailed them twice, and sent the pictures of the damages. My last hope is to dispute the charge with my CC.

The item I purchased hasn't been shipped, and the only information I've received is "we let the seller know -- you should leave a comment for them, too!" Excuse me, what? Your system is that *I* have to prompt and nudge and nag the seller to send the item I paid for?
First and last time using Vestiare. Fortunately I worked the system and took advantage of their $50 off. I suppose eventually I'll get my item and it'll be worth it. But never again. And LOL to whoever keeps copy pasting the same corporate response. Get a real job, loser.

I already made my new item very cheap to sell it at Vestiare, and then, as it got sold, they reviewed it and claimed it was not in a good enough state. Now I know you can have different opinions on that, but I truly send in an item which was in a new condition. They tried to make it even cheaper which I refused. Friends have told me similar stories. I ´ll never sell or buy there again.

I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They've gone above and beyond for me! You have to take into consideration the time difference - but I have nothing but love for this site. I went from zero, none, nada zip Christian Louboutin's and the thought that I'll never be able to afford a pair - to being the proud owner of 7 pairs! Hahaha. It is worth it to get their membership - but remember that you're paying for it. And be sure to order things that would normally have a lot of import fees and such. It can pay for itself - and being able to get a jump on some new items... priceless! I love the ladies there... they really are wonderful. Some things sell for incredible amounts of money - so they deal with high dollar customers all the time. My $200 shoes are just a small drop in the bucket - but they made me feel like I was worth a million dollars. Great site.

Horrible service, I bought a dress which was marked "shipped tomorrow from Paris", so it was an urgent purchase for important but unexpected event. Purchase was made on Friday, on Monday evening late I checked order and it was still not sent to me! No mail, no warning, nothing.
They use this "Ready to ship from Paris" and "Shipped from Paris by tomorrow" indication just to make you take decision faster and you are not only get trucked, but also experience lots and lots of stress because of this disrespectful attitudes and low quality service! Please use other, more reliable and professional services.

I have sold four items worth of around USD800 - collected by the buyers - and i have not got paid. I have repeatedly complained on the chat and via email and no action taken. My bank confirmed payments were not received and despite that they are not taken any action. My bank asked for a code that all banks in the EU use as it was not indicated in the proof of payments that they sent me and they never did. The proof of payments were useless - no sender, no mention of my account, only one of the four amounts due indicated and uncomprehensible coding that my bank did not recognize. I will not sell any item again, loss of money and loss of time.

Horrible company. Fake merchandise and they scam you send these auto generated emails as though they are working on your issue. I never got the 2nd item and after 3 months the FedEx tracking still says I'm suppose to get my item in December 2022... the WORSE...no one is available to speak with. This is the email they send me every couple of days. It's scam. 1st item was FAKE.
As of the moment, we are still waiting for the result of the requested investigation with the courier.
We are constantly sending follow-up to the courier to speed up the investigation into this delivery dispute. Rest assured that we will not leave you behind until this issue is resolved.

I sold my brand new watch through the site, they rejected my item saying it was not exportable., whatever that means but the worse part was that my watch come back with broken box and damaged so now I can't sell it a new Watch. Please don't use this website, it's a waste of time and will damage your item.

Very bad customer service and they have serious problems addressing the interface and other issues on their app and site.
They NEVER reply to mails and their chat takes at least 5 hours to reply. Unacceptable fees that are about 5-15% of the articles. They charge BOTH the sellers AND buyers!

I've used them twice now but never again, which is a shame since I like to hunt for things I love that have worn out and this is a good way of doing it. However first time I used them I purchased a 'new' pair of Chanel sunglasses which had a scratch right across one lens. I saw it immediately I opened the package. When I asked them, they claimed I had made the scratch, which was impossible, and that they had been 'checked.' If you read reviews below you will see that many people have had a similar negative experience. They cost over £300!
Secondly, I work in tech and the web UX (Usability is awful). Screens popping up when not needed and the user journey is clunky and out of date.
Lastly the customer service is ridiculous. My last purchase was 3 weeks ago. It still states 'waiting receipt' so I have chased them and they aren't replying to emails.

I had used and enjoyed Tradsey for gift shopping. I had purchased an item using a voucher from Tradsey which I applied but it didn't go through for some reason. After days of going back and forth with Vestiaire's robotic personnel, they would not fix their error, and I had to use my voucher on another purchase. This was after they made me miss my anniversary date because shippers failed to ship a bracelet I ordered! This company is a sham. Don't bother with them.

Purchased sandals as a gift for my wife; finally pulled the trigger after reading Vestaire's quality control and ability to relist if the item doesn't fit for no cost. After giving my wife the gift, unfortunately they didn't fit - and she was sad I purchased not from a store with the ability to return, but I assured her it was fine, because of Vestaire's policies. When I did go to relist - I saw the fine print regarding 72 hours which would not have been possible when purchasing a gift. Wish this was clearer up-front. Customer service was not understanding or helpful to provide any compromise or solution, and instead said they were in the same position and frustrated with themselves that they are unable to help.
