So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. If you find yourself on this website run away! I bought one pair of shoes which after a month were canceled, but during that time i bought another pair not knowing that there was a problem with my first order. They say the items gets checked, ect. NOT! The shoes came in different sizes! And they wouldn't return them! I even shipped them to a New york office and then was told "nope sorry, no returns for these" so pissed! Thats my hard earned money that just got stolen! Even if its its something you want and you want to try it, dont! Save you money and headaches!

We have yet received the payment for our bag two months after we shipped it to a buyer, even though the website shows a payment has been made and the transaction has been completed. We reached out to the customer service via online chat and their agents all have a horrible attitude. They forwarded the inquiry to the payment team and quoted 15 days max response time. We waited that long and reached out again and at that point they just couldn't care less and told us to be patient. We were patient for 2 months and couldn't take it any more. Consider yourself warned. Don't ever trade on this platform!

They over charge when you go to check out as a buyer. The $466 dress I went to purchase came to $698 by the time vc added their fees. Utterly outrageous! When you try and explain to the buyer why you couldn't complete the payment, vc blocks your communication. This has happened over and over and no wonder why no one completes a sale. I am deleting the app and hopefully I can find the sellers listed on depop or eBay. What a gouge!

Hey, if you like wasting $560 for a pair of Louboutin heels that you can't wear because they're too big for you & you can't return them & get a proper fitting paid & they offer to let you sell them back & they list them for $100 less than what you paid & they plan on taking a $32 fee out of whatever you do eventually get for them but then no one is buying them or they are offering a ridiculously low amount so it's not even worth it to sell them back then this might be the company for you! As for me, I will NEVER spend another dollar on this BS website. They have lost me as a customer forever due to having only one experience with them which has cost me a lot of money, time & not even getting a product I can actually wear that I am now stuck with. Thanks Vestaire... you suck. I had way better luck with Tradesy.

Many extra fees. No option to op out. I was purcashing a $18 wallet dust bag, and by time the fees where added it was $60!
For a 12 inch dust bag!
No products are shown on a model to see how it hangs and fits body.
Photos are bad on most.
I purchased an expensive bag. Got tracking. And waited…waited. Then was informed the item is no longer for sale? I know…I bought it!
Took forever to get $$ returned. This happened during the holidays! Don't tie up peoples $$$ or the gifts they buy!

Over a period of 1,5 years, I have experienced one terrific customer service after the other. I have been a seller and a buyer on the site. My latest experience is about a blazer purchased. At arrival, it shows three visible wholes in the front. None of them were stated in the seller's description. Vestiaire won't let me return the jacket so I can get a refund of my money. I have again and again experienced the service is full of wrongdoing. Also, it's almost impossible to get in contact with them. I must say, that so far this has been a feeling of not being respected as a customer. I feel quite left on my own if something goes wrong - I would have attached pictures so you can see the wholes in this blazer, but I do not have them in an acceptable size for this platform

Bought an item 3 weeks ago, has been in VC "quality control" for 10 days now. After lots of complaints and menace to go public, now it turns out they lost the item and are trying to retrieve it. The seller, whom I contacted, has not received any money for the item either. I will probably have to wwait for weeks to be refunded.

I am getting sick with your curator or whoever does the authentication. My items has been refused for so many times and the reason your people give is you could not find the authenticity?. I bought a few items here, and if I don't like it I can sell it after the 72hrs.

I have listed some items when you guys refused again. Only stupid seller will list fake items. So what is the charges for Authenticity being paid for?
What is the purpose of indicating the Flag! Unsatisfied with the item for direct shipping?

My experience with VC has been horrifying.
This is one of the platform that is the most irresponsible and disqualify for me.
I have used several platform to clean my closet for years, and VC is by far the worst one.
Not only they take high commission, they provide poor service and the assistances via email or chat are often rude and careless.
There is also lack of protection for the sellers and limited for the buyers as well. The VC policy clearly only protect VC from any sort of conflict and allow them to just disassociate the situation by sending you an email basically saying "well, too bad but it is not our concern"
Stay away from this platform, there are many other choice of platforms today, and VC will be the one that I stay away from.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Bought a cartier vintage bag from there but i didn't like it when it came, went back in the box and resold it in vestiaire. When it came to shipping that was a nightmare, the courier didn't turn up day after day and it took me talking to 3 separate agents to get the courier to actually turn up. Then the buyer contested the item, which was strange as it has been in the box since i bought it? Then i received an email from the courier telling me the item was being returned! Vestiaire hasn't even contacted me with any kind of details about why! For days! I had to go through an agent on the chat feature to confirm. This website is absolutely horrendous, please try other avenues to buy and sell designer items.

Will never buy from this place. I order an item, but seller never since item in for QC. Vestiaire wanted me to keep messaging seller, while they only send out one email. Seller never replied. My issue with Vestiaire on they customer service is really bad. And they have a policy that you have to wait 30 day from purchase for either seller send in item or transaction is cancelled. And then wait another 3-7 days for refund. Needless to I will not shop on here no more

I paid for a high ticket value item online and when it arrived it was not like the photos at all when I tried to return it I was told my only option was to resist online but they would then take a re-listing fee and a commission. I was disappointed with submitting a bid, having it be accepted, paid for the product and then days later receive an email stating that the product that I bought was no longer available. This is the second time this has happened. Clearly the seller got another offer and was not committed to the deal that was made with me.

Im new to Vestiaire so only have a couple experiences to base this on. I love everything about it except for the buyer being allowed so much time to pick the item up. Then they have like 36 hours after that. Would like to get paid sooner.

I think they can offer a better price for shipping, because at the end the authentication fees plus the shipping makes it a lot, they have good prices but not the best prices, also they should only charge one shipping fee when you are buying multiple items or at least when they are all coming from the same country or continent.

I bought a louis vuitton via direct shipping. Its a fake. They do not respond to any messages or emails and even delete some conversations so they cannot be used against them. I lodged a dispute with paypal and VC the dirty liars sent me an email the day before the cut off date with paypal saying they were going to start the process for a refund. The day of the cutoff date with paypal, VC sent another email with details of the refund that would appear in my paypal account within 24hrs. So i did not escalate the case before cut off. VC never processed any refund. Liars liars liars! Dont waste your money unless you are willing to risk it!
