So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. All items I received were packaged responsibly. Very transparent information given about where the item was in every stage of the process. When something didn't meet authentication parameters, I was notified right away. When an item was no longer available after I had purchased it, I was notified and compensated right away. I purchased a bag style no longer made by Mulberry. I am impressed by how transparent the process has been. I'm happy it is inspected by Vestiare Collective first to ensure its authenticity and condition. A buyer can see where their purchase is in the process from start to finish. I didn't hesitate to buy another bag shortly after. I am very happy with both of the bags.

Horrible people that cant even input proper information. Their email always get hacked. I have had this man Karl Pace email me claiming he was with them and extorting money from me thru a pre paid card. Vestiaire could care less. I put a chanel bag on site they claimed the hardware was changed - wrong. Plus the clientele constantly says they are going to buy the item but they dont. What a joke. Go to real real. You dont have to worry. They send you the money and have a high end clientele.
Tip for consumers:
Vestiaire has to change the way they operate. Once there is an accepted offer people have 1 hr to purchase not 3 days. Typical french. 1hr to be polite - more like 15 minutes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, after over 7 years of dealing with them I have to admit my defeat. They are the worse company ever, they abuse you as a seller and as a buyer. As a seller, you pay almost 30% commission, yet they mess up their service and then blame you for it. In my case, they were supposed to send me a shipping label, and guess what - they sent me a wrong one! Then they quickly blamed it on me.

This was my first experience and it didn't go well to say the least. I purchased the item…was sent a message waiting to ship…found out later they were sold to someone else! I used the first time coupon and wasn't allowed to use the coupon even though I never actually purchased anything. Very disappointed that this site was promoted by Tradesy but does not operate the same way.

Got scammed. Just bought a bag described as black and it was navy. Seller passed the buck and vestiaire ruled in their favor. Bag was clearly navy. I took good pictures outdoors. I got screwed and don't recommend this site. I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone not to. The stuff they sell isn't cheap and this is unacceptable.

I wasted whole night time to get the expensive LV. After accepted my offer VC changed the price and sold to another buyer (by the way who was sitting 2 weeks and was not interesting to buy until read my messages). I know that the others can buy it now without offering, but ANY site not able to sell to another buyer, to change the price or something in listing since a seller accept offer from buyer!
And admin remove messages (they did not mean any violations!) just because these messages not comfortable for VC.

VC transferred money to my bank account, but i filled all datas on my bank account, as VC manager said me. But there was an error on bank account, my bank send money them back. But they assured me and promised that they will re transfer backed money using PayPal, but they never do it, i am waiting 1 month, but they are sending me nothing. So i sell my clothing for free. Its very bad, managers are not professional, they are wont'nt to help me, they can do only one thing, leave the chat.

I stand by my evaluation of the bag's condition. No wear, no stains, inside and outside in excellent condition. Vestaire performs inaccurate bag inspections. Additionally, please remove my bag from your website advertising that it was "SOLD" when you cancelled the sale and I removed it from your marketplace.

I sent a bag to them that was sold and they told the buyer the bag was not as described so the buyer cancelled the sale. Then I get an email from them saying the bag had wear, which it did not. They claimed that the bag interior, which is absolutely untrue. Sellers are made to feel like liars who are trying to cheat buyers. The bag is as I described and Vestaire is seriously delusional. DO NOT SELL THERE.

I sold an item which was compliant checked but no payment was made to me on the time the site promised. Called support and they said something was not right with their system. They will make the payment on next paymemt day. No apologize. I am sitting here my item was gone and no money was paid to me. We will see when or whether they will make new excuse next time.

I sold 1 pre-loved classic Lady Dior bag on this site, the experience was ok. However, when I tried to sell a brand new in-box Chanel Spring and Summer collection 2022, the 'Experts' in the team rejected my bag and doubted the origin of my bag which i have the original receipt to proof.
During the 1st rejection, they sent me an email to apologise for not knowing about the contemporary collection in Chanel. They offered to keep my bag at their HK hub, but made a mistake (again) by sending it back to me in Singapore. They then re-listed my bag, and after much effort, I found another buyer. I then proceed to re-send to HK Hub, and i was told it is rejected as they doubt the brand of origin.
Due to the "Experts' lack of knowledge, they wasted my time from June to Oct, when I could have sold the bag else where.

The worst customer service, a system which is unbelievably flawed as you may not receive your item for 30 days! I ordered a dress for a special occasion, in what I thought was enough advance notice to get it in time, but the seller decided to hang on to it for a while - and then VC were so rude to me and would not give me a refund even though I have now missed the occasion I wanted to wear it for and the dress is still in the sellers possession! Ridiculous

If I could then I would give this 0 star for such ridiculous customer service and how they managed to lost 4 items that I sent for sale.
They lost my Gucci watch, damaged my Dior Bag and lost it when they return it to me, now i recently sold my Hermes wallet and Stella Mc cartney, they also lost them without any idea how to track or simply send me an email saying: we would cancel your sale item and keep your disposal in further investigation which you would never hear back from them because they simple leave it in a hole forever. I would take it further action to customer right in tribunal court if they dont get back to me. Horrible!

I bought a Louis Vuitton backpack 2 years ago and it arrived with a very unblemished new looking leather base, it had been purchased for a long haul holiday and on arriving at the airport the base started to peel away from the bag, by the time i had reached my destination it had ripped completely. So obviously a fake bottom, it was returned to Vestiaire 3 times and each time they said this was fine, to buy a bag and the bottom drops out after 2 hours of wear.
I started proceedings with the small claims court and after spending a further £80 was told by the court as the company are based out of the Uk it would cost thousands to bring it to court. I have given up £780 lighter with no useable goods. I would say to anyone if there is a fault with the goods or they are not authentic there is no support or route for compensation, would never use them again.

Bought a Canada goose there, and the lady emailed me a child's L instead of a woman's as stated multiplied times in the bio. After going through the horrible email process the coat was "deemed" to match the seller's description which is simply which is just impossible. I sold a Fendi bag with them, and my buyer has received the bag and DHL has also confirmed that the bag has been delivered. However, after a month they have not paid me. They told me that DHL has lost the bag and that is completely a lie because I confirmed with my buyer and she told me she has received the bag. Their customer service is terrible, they will always reply back with no solution and keep telling you the same exact words. It's as if they are using bots to reply back and there is no real associate. They also have no phone numbers which make things even worse. Don't ever use them. They will steal your money.

My account has been closed, even though I purchase and item and my bank account got debited. There has never been a good customer service person who has looked into things even though I have provided bank estate nuts of purchases and also pictures of issues... and the easy way out instead of working things out with the customer has been to remove them from the app.
Quite sad because I have spent over 5k on purchases and have behaved as per the rules and escalated issues when found.
The experience is that customer service doesn't care for the customers and the answers are always generic
