So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. I will go to the police and sue your company! I have all the confirmations about the payment for the bag, I paid for a specific product! First, you confirmed the availability and dispatch to me, then you said that you would have to wait a month before receiving the bag, because they sent my bag "for marketing purposes" and post a video with it on Instagram, and now they just silently canceled the order?!?!?!? Without asking or discussing this with me! I will be forced to sue you for moral damage and fraud! In the support chat, they never answer or answer for several days!

I bought a Louis Vuitton bag from them, I am now selling the same bag on theirs site, after sending it to them, they said they can not verify the authenticity of the bag. This is shocking! Even ask me to pay 12 euro to get the bag to be posted back to me. Avoid! Avoid at all cost!

I spent thousands on a Chanel bag and six months later when the clasp broke I sent it to Chanel to be fixed. It's a fake bag. Nobody at Vestiaire will respond, it's impossible to get hold of anyone. Basically a total scam.

Ordered a suit that had holes and dirt, none of which was mentioned on the description, suit was supposed to be in "good condition".
I made a reclamation after 1 hour of receiving the item (I have screenshots of the reclamation and also a confirmation that it went through to Vestiaire with a request not to contact them again with the same matter)

Now that 5 days has passed without any reply from VC, I contacted them and they refuse to make a return because according to them I never made a reclamation!
I have contacted the Consumer department and will get my money back for sure because it is a clear case I did just what they asked me to
But after spending thousands on this company, I find it appalling how they treat their customers.
Edit: Vestiaire contacted me that I may ship the suit back to them and get a full refund. What I was hoping all along.

I was extremely dissatisfied with Vestiaire. I ordered a Chanel bag and the first time I used it, the Chanel Logo cracked right off. I went back and forth with Vestiaire because I am convinced this bag is not real, and they refused to take it back. I would never order from this site again. Order # *******. I placed the order through the phone app and applied the WELCOMEVC code for a $30 discount. The order total is $201.35, but my credit card was charged $233.15. On the website, my order automatically removed the promo code that was clearly displayed when I made the purchase through the phone app. I contacted chat support but was unable to correct the billing error. The phone app is very glitchy, and the customer service is TERRIBLE! There was no way for the company or the chat support to rectify their own mistake. Thankfully, the seller canceled my order. I will never buy or sell on this website again. There is no technical integrity or reliable customer service. STAY AWAY!

If I could leave zero starts I would, I sold my item on July 25, they got it on Jul 31, shipped it and payment on the website says it was transferred, never got it. They told me that there was an error in my account number for my payment, I did not make this error it was them and they tried to blame me for it. Still no payment, I have contacted them several times and I have spoken to over 10 agents and one over the phone, yet nothing. I have messaged them through Instagram, they ignore me what kind of service is this? This is a huge scam and will be getting a letter from my lawyer suing them.

I recently bought a Chloe woody large basket bag from Vestiaire and realized it was a fake despite it getting authenticated!
Also when I purchased via 3 installments, I was charged the first installment and the remaining price of bag. Please do not buy from Vestiaire. Their "authentication" doesn't mean anything and check their charges on your credit card!

I ordered a purse that as listed as in "very good condition", and the seller wrote " Bag comes in great and clean condition, only the 2 leather straps are curling up a bit from storage ".
Please look at the pictures of the purse and see for yourselves what is their idea of "very good condition"!
I made a complain and the costumer support reply that they don't offer returns! What about making their job of assuring the articles are in the condition that they were listed?!

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional sellers, ordered an item that didn't ship and turned out 8 days later that it wasn't even available. For this canceled order, I was refunded less than what I paid. Apparently this happens if you ordered from a seller outside of your home country. Policies not transparent.

The seller I worked with was FANTASTIC, we both agreed to a price but spent days sending offers back and forth because Vestiaire does not use the correct (or consistent) exchange rate between our two currencies. In the end, I paid more, she received less, and Vestiaire/financial partners received way more than they deserved. Customer service was absolutely useless and had no interest in facilitating the sale. And the import fees should have been disclosed somewhere earlier than the final payment page. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

I purchased a Chloe coat advertised very clearly and in multiple places as in "new" and "never worn" condition. Coat arrived clearly worn and badly damaged including with one of the arms literally torn open with a large frayed hole. Authenticity is also in doubt. I paid for Vestiaire's "quality control and authentication fee" which claims to match the condition of the item to the condition advertised. Despite weeks of emails and phone calls they refuse to accept a return and, most frustratingly of all, refuse to explain how a "new condition" item can have passed their checks with this level of damage (which I noticed within moments of opening the item). The "expert seller" that I purchased from retains their "expert" status and I have no ability to leave a review of my purchase on the site. I was scammed.

I bought a GOOD condition Celine bag but later on realised that it is damaged leather not the reflection on the leather. The customer service is non existent. Phoned several times with no answer. Email support just said you can not cancel the sale. I thought the quality control will refuse to accept the bag because it is clearly stated damaged leather & worn out corner will be refused as good condition. However, theyve accepted. I think they are only interested in making their 30% commission then caring for the customer. Buyer has no protection on this website whatsoever and at their own risk. I rather buy from eBay because you can always get the money back if its a fake or not as described. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a bag and was told Id save 15% pre-paying duties & taxes for $304. Sounded like a good deal so I did however then received an invoice from DHL saying I owed $135 to get my package because VC didnt fill out the paperwork properly and showed charges are to be paid by recipient. Two phone calls and all receipts and proof sent to email box and nothing. I was told it would be expedited but crickets.
VC, check your email and handle this properly. A $135 invoice has now cost me $440... you owe me my $304 back which I was scammed into paying in the first place!
