So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. Several months ago I purchased an unused BV Intreciatto Shoulder Bag from Vestiare. I paid top dollar for one in unused condition. The following day I received an email saying this item was no longer in stock. I was very concerned because I had just paid $1850. I thought maybe I had been scammed. I immediately contacted them about this. NEVER has anyone from the company contacted me? I sent several more emails but no response. Thank god I'm happy with my purchase because I can see their Customer Service is very poor. I would never buy anything from them again.

I also paid Duty Fees that were not expected. I paid an additional $184 in fees. Since no one from this company ever contacted me after 3 attempts from me. Horrible Customer Service. The lack of communication is unacceptable especially when spending this much money.

I used to sold a lot through VC, i am a Trusted Seller there.
I listed my Chanel bag and wrote in description: includes certification of authentication (not an authentication card!)
When it was sold, i sent the bag with printed authentication certificate! When VC hub got it, they sent me a report that it missing authentication card, it shouldn't be card! I never mentioned the authentication card in the description when i listed it. Now the seller has 72 hours to accept or cancel the order! Certification is not a card! Never will use the platform again until they will solve the problem! I am very disappointed!

Evri somehow lost my package and says "the parcel is damage beyond repair", but Vestiaire refused to refund my buyer and release my money as a seller.
They customer service is absolutely useless. Pretty terrible experience and will be cautious about selling on here - it really is a bit of a gamble as a seller.

I really love and enjoyed selling here, but one thing I don't like is when a buyer offer on the listings ana seller accepted it. It takes days or hours for them to purchased and when you make a listings it will not automatically purchased it takes how many days for them to accept or refused it! But in some features on this app is wonderful!

The website is bug-filled! Login with facebook or google doesn't work. More errors on order status link from email! Plus the whole experience is shady. The seller hasn't responded for several days. There is no order status or way to follow up with the seller again!

I made two purchases at Vestiaire Colective, a wallet that the seller clicked on for sale, as being made of leather, when in fact it was plastic. I raised the issue with customer support, who asked me to send photos of the wallet, as if it were possible to check the material through the photographs, they gave the option of returning the item, and I would be the one to pay for the return, the process was so complicated that I chose to keep the item. I colored a second time, some sandals that the seller advertised as being white, which was the reason I bought them and when I received them, I saw that they were beige. I contacted customer support, ( Ida the name of de employee) who told me that there was no reason to return the sandals, since for her beige and white are the same color! Absolutely incompetent Anne their contribution only gets in the way and doesn't solve anything. Stay alert to future buyers. For my part, I will never buy anything from this site again. Important to mention that if you buy from this site, you only return i Potential buyers are warned that when purchasing on this site, the return process is either so complicated that they end up giving up, or encountering an employee who thinks that beige and white are the same color, despite appearing as different colors. For those who want to buy or sell, and think there is no reason to return it, that is, they lose money and gain frustration.

I purchased a Chanel bracelet from Vestiaire in September 2023. It arrived damaged and I contacted the company, provided pics over and over again. Filed claim with FedEx and BBB. Ultimately they wanted bracelet back to review and I sent it back. They relisted it with the original description of 'very good condition' and the original pics. This bracelet is not in that condition and it's blatantly false advertising. FedEx also said they never filed claim as Vestiaire was claiming and they didn't even declare the value when they shipped it! Horrible experience. The company also blatantly admitted that the item I sent them WAS damaged, yet refused to refund me and relisted it!

Got an email from them on 12/19/2016 saying the seller sent the shoes to them and it will take 3 days to do a quality control. 12/21/2016 got an email again saying my package was shipped and will be delivered on 12/22/2016 AND IT DID! Horrible! Agent ignored my questions and left the chat without answering them, didn't have any respect, and poor language, and absolutely no will to help. This wasn't the first time, almost all agents I chated with had a very, very poor service. Wanted to make a formal complaint in the end and expressed this to the agent and he left the chat. VC is taking our money from their fees for then be treated this poorly way. Fortunaley there are other platforms!

Be very careful dealing with this company. I listed 2 pieces of ready to wear with all the required photos. The listings were accepted immediately but the minute they went live I received messages from suspicious accounts which I blocked immediately. The following day I was unable to access my account so I contacted customer service. THE FIRST THING THEY ASKED FOR WAS A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. Unfortunately I sent it in good faith thinking they only needed to match my information to my account. They also lied about sending an email notifying me that they were closing my account. I had to contact them to ask why they had taken that action. They have every right to suspend anyone's account for any reason. Bottom line any company asking for sensitive information that could be used to steal or compromise a person's identity to resolve an issue cannot be trusted

Shipping was a little long but that was an issue with the original seller. No issues with customs. Overall a great experience. I was a little nervous with some of the existing reviews but I think those might have been due to faulty sellers, issues with customs, or possibly the slowly improving mail/Covid issues. Yes- I do believe VC should have a way to quickly resolve those for unhappy customers but I think the original issues may not be their fault. Buy at your own risk- I definitely would purchase from VC again

This was my first experience with Vestiaire. The photos of the item showed some use, which was to be expected since I was paying about 20% of the original cost (before shipping and authentication fees).
Then the item arrived. I do not know what type of camera the seller used, but the macro must have been incredibly powerful. The item was so beautiful, I should have paid far more. I was able to purchase with confidence that the item was authentic, but now I can also be certain that the description is accurate or even more meticulous than I could expect.
To say I could not be happier would be an understatement of monumental proportions. Well done.

I bought a pair of Chanel flats and it should be a Very Good Condition and never worn, according to the seller. When I received it, it was in terrible condition. White color leather turned to yellowish with dirts. The bottom sole of the shoes were cracked due to age. Stain was also on the side. I got more upset at Vestiaire's In-house Inspection service. How ridiculous they are to pass through this item and sent out to a buyer?

I too ended up as a seller when they acquired Tradesy. However I kept listing and have made about 6 sales, was awarded trusted seller status. I sold a pair of shoes on 1/8, they were delivered on 1/11. USPS tracking shows the delivery. The policy is 72 hours for approval and then payment. I have had 2 unsuccessful chats where the reps are telling me to contact buyer. This has never happened, why am I contacting a buyer when USPS shows delivery? I am a major seller elsewhere and can attest to the fact that another RELIABLE platform is really needed right now. I was tentative about selling here after reading reviews here and on Reddit, but has a number of smooth transactions so was planning on increasing my business here. Now out of the blue there is some sort of erratic method where I am contacting buyer about an item that was clearly delivered? It is frustrating that there is so much urgency for us to ship in a timely manner, yet when it comes to getting paid we are swinging in the wind…

Now via Twitter they are acknowledging my item was delivered on the 11th but they are "giving customer until the end of the week…". I guess we just make up the policies as we go along.l and sellers should just "hope" to get paid. One week since delivery.system still shows my item as being in transit even with the USPS de confirm right there. Absolutely absurd.

After 2 wildly useless chats I went to Twitter to try to elicit a response. I would HIGHLY recommend the management of this company pay attention to the online reviews about your lack of customer service. At the end of the day that is the foundation of your company.

They sell fake merchandise and say that they have them authenticated they're out for your money they don't care about selling fake merchandise. They sold me a fake Birkin bag like I wouldn't no it was fake try to take almost $14,000 for me I dispute it it through my bank and got my money back. They blocked me off their platform do not buy from anyone in New York. They're all fakes and scams and refused to give you a refund they said I had to re-post it on my page and sell it to get my money back. I asked the seller where did she purchase from? She couldn't even tell me she lied and said it was her friend Bag she thinks she brought it from Paris like really that's what's through my red flags up

I am suffering from Cancer and was feeling the cold very badly. I saw a Prada puffer jacket on the site and it was the same size (50) as another vintage Prada piece I had. It arrived and fitted like a child's coat. I asked to send it back for a refund but missed some kind of return window due to Chemo by one day. They said I had to sell my £500 which they put up of around £350. So I will get £224 for trying the coat on. I have been in touch with customer services and everyone I have spoken to is as cold as ice and they just won't budge, referring me to the T&C'cs. I have asked for it to be sent back, at a cost of £48. I will never deal with them again and strongly recommend that everyone avoid these heartless money grabbing horrors. They will take your money and offer you nothing. Hateful.

Received my pink Kurt Geiger bag all the way from Europe. It was shipped super quickly, the app updated me through every process of its movements from the seller to authentication to drop off. Bag was as described in perfect condition and I'm in love with it! Lol :) It was so hard to find that specific bag as it was sold out in the U. I decided to purchase an item I've always wanted: an Alexander McQueen cashmere skull scarf. My item had been reduced to £128, so I felt I would be receiving a real bargain. Anyway, the long and the short of it is: the seller just has not sent the scarf to Vestiare, after a month of waiting... How can this be allowed? Is the seller not bound
By any rules? I was emailed by V C informing me that if they had not received the item, after a month, I would be refunded. It's all very casual and not customer-orientated at all... A complete waste of time! EBay would not put up with this. In theory, the concept of this company is amazing. In practice, it's a shambles.
