So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. I had an issue with a coupon code and was able to message with someone live to fix the problem and they were great! I used customer service a couple of times and every time the service was amazing.
The product I purchased was exactly as described and was shipped out fast. It even came in a cute Vestiaire Collective sachel and attached was the identification card of who verified the authenticity.
Overall great experience, the only thing that sucks are the import fees, but it's not Vestiaire Collective's fault, so still a great we site to find a great deal on luxury items.

Bought a skirt that was supposed to be made of silk, but in fact it was made of acetate and polyester. Lots of loose threads and undone seams. Awful cigarette smell. And this was supposed to be Miu Miu in "very good condition"? How on earth did this pass their quality check? No answer from the customer service. The site is a joke and a scam, will never use it again. Thought it was almost too good to be true - and it was.

Very uncooperative! Refused to return my item although I agreed to pay for return shipping. They were not helpful and would not respond to my emails. Every time I have used them its been a problem both buying and selling. FYI - they keep items!

Do not use them. They will not corporate or return emails. They have been very unhelpful with both my returns, sales and purchases.

I purchased a pair of Alexander wang leggings and paid to get them authenticated. The result came back authentic. When I received these leggings they were the fakest pair of leggings I've witnessed.
I have another pair exactly the same that I purchased from the website and the differences were ridiculous.
Don't trust the authentication process. They don't know how to truly authenticate.
On the bright side, I was given a full refund, authentication fees and all.

Terrible experience. I ordered 3 belts. 1 of them was broken and the other smelled really really bad. In the pictures on vestiairecollective.com the belt was not broken. But when it got here, the belt buckle prong had broken off. The weird part is that the part that was broken off was not in the box. Therefore, they must have broken it off during the inspection process and decided to mail it to me anyways. What the hell?! Why would you do that? It's just sooo rude and evil. The other belt I ordered was listed as made of leather. However, when it arrived I found that it was made of leather and fabric. The fabric smelled soo bad... I just don't understand how a belt can stink so much... And on top of that, they don't allow returns to private sellers. Even if something is wrong with the item! Even Ebay has better customer service then that! Vestiairecollective.com is just so bad. I never buying from them again!

I had done business (successfully) with a company called Tradsey, they sold out to Vestiaire, and I had a credit of $478.06 which was supposed to transfer over to the new site Vestiaire, I have tried numerous times to contact them, they do not have a phone number, and their website is nothing short of a circle jerk, you have to chose from a menu of options none of which apply to my problem. I reported them twice to the better business bureau and both times they responded they would reach out and help me, which they never did. Stay away

Don't trust their authenticity team cos they are bunch of idiots. They can't authenticate. When some designs they never came across before, instead they go do a research to get themselves some proper education, they declare them as fake unless you show them receipts. Honestly they are stupid idiots. Let's go out get load of fakes and list them on Vestiaire with authentic receipts screenshotted on google. Honestly, those $#*!s won't notice cos they are really not professionals as they claim to be.

Terrible company to sell or buy.
They asked me purposely to send a branded pair of shoes directly to the buyer, canceled the order while it was on the way, accused me of selling fakes ( with no proof for it). It was all made to find a resin because they messed up with the shoes and hand to reimburse the payment. Then, they started poking for a resin to shut down my account. They accused me of selling non authentic items saying the buyers returned them back to the hub, I reached out to buyers and side did they really returned anything, they did not confirm it. Right after showing the evidence of their lie, they just deleted my account to make sure I don't contact the rest of the buyers.
Their customer support harassed me so bad, caused anxiety and mental trauma.

Bought on their Website for the first time (Balenciaga Sneaker), description was as good as new". I bought them because VC promises to control authenticity and if the description was right.
I got them in a very bad condition, not new at all. The leather is very dirty, torn shoelaces etc.
I called the costumer service who offered me a 20 Voucher, but first i needed to send pictures of the item via E-Mail. The respond: a 15 voucher and no answer anymore. For 500 shoes!
Either way it's a win ein Situation for VC. They will send you the shoes in every condition cause they get 30% commission. They send you a little voucher for their Website, so they can Dell you another item. Would not buy there again and would not recommend it..

Bought tee on grailed.com 175$+25$ shipping = 200$. Arrived 3 days from UK to Canada. Bought tee on vestiaire 160$ + taxes + authentication + import fees + shipping 116$ = 276$, 20 days and I'm still waiting for it. Please sellers leave that selling platform.

I just shipped a Hermes item to their warehouse for authentication. It was never worn, in its original box with the original invoice. They claimed there was no box and the seller canceled the purchase. Now I have an unsold item without its box. I have emailed them but based on previous experience, they have such poor customer service they may not even reply. I would not recommend Vestiare Collective to a friend.

I love how's vestiaire check everything before the items ship out, the only thing is when buyer send the offer, they always don't pay because of the custom and duty shipping fee, that's very disappointed, I think I experienced more than 50 offers that end up don't pay. Seller accepted my offer. I completed the transaction was completed on my card. After the transaction was completed and showed debited from my checking account, The company sent me an email saying the seller refused my offer. I contacted the company and the conversation was real sketchy and I was told to send them an email. I have now launched an investigation through my bank.

Kept getting the run around on an item that was never delivered and was still showing in transit. I was told by customer service that they needed a copy of my photo ID to even ask the carrier where my item was. MY ID is a military ID and I cannot make copies of it. You also don't need an ID to open a query with a carrier and I went back and forth with the different people who it was escalated to and kept getting the same answer. I gave up and called the carrier myself to find out what the issue was - without any ID required. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the past few years with Vestiare, but because of ridiculous and unnecessary rules, I have deleted the Vestiare app and I will no longer purchase from them. All for a pair of earrings worth less than $30.

Awful company I rate them zero. They exploit people. Somebody bought a designer skirt and ir received zero pounds for it after versatairre apparently took their cut. I class this as theft as if I'd have know they had reduced their proces and I would have got zero I would have given he skirt to charity. They took three weeks to get back to me. They ate a disgusting company and I will be exposing them through UK consumer law programmes so other people can be warned. Awful company

Buying from a trusted seller allowed me to authenticate my item, which I appreciated. My article came fast as I was ordering from a domestic seller, and Vestiaire Collective gave me up-to-date information regarding my shipment through the app.

Terrible experience selling on the platform. The requested information but the app didn't work. By the time when "support" team finally responded me, the same was canceled because they didn't get information from me. Right, because their app and website didn't let me to update the info, and support team was picking their nose. So they say I have to pay $15 to get my item back. And they gave me their info for wire transfer. Means I had to pay $50 total, just to get my item back… I asked for another payment option. After a week they sent me a link, I payed right away and sent them screenshot. In few days I got a message- can you provide some other proofs?

The buyer should be given the possibility to cancel or proceed with the purchase after the unpassed quality control, but this possibility was not given to me.
I tried to contact customer service but even writing an email is tricky as the system automatically re-sends you to web pages with pre-filled answers.
If you pay so much for commissions, it should be ensured to have guaranteed to have good costumer-service

They constantly asked me to buy different kinds of prepaid cards to get my money back!
First, they asked me to buy $200 of AMEX prepaid card to activate my account.
Then, they put my sale on hold and asked me and the buyer to buy $800 worth of prepaid cards in order the remove the hold on the sale.
After I purchased prepaid cards, they said they are unable to transfer the funds back to my JP Morgan Chase bank account. Then, they asked me buy greendot card and One Vanilla Card to get all of my funds back.
Right now, I did not get any of my money back!

Have sent an item using the UPS label provided by Vestiaire and the address seems to be wrong or the buyer did not receive it for reasons that I will never know. I don't have any form to contact the buyer and Vestiaire says the item will be returned back to me and the sale cancelled. While this is not obviously my fault, vestiaire does not simply want to contact the buyer or provide a new label. They even suggested me to send the item again once this gets back but at my expense and they would take the same comission... not only they are not capable of fixing this they also don't understand how frustrating this is, stressful and the time you lose... obviously this company doesn't honor their sales and service they say they provide and there is no point on selling here. I would strongly recommend you to use other platforms in the market and avoid this!
