So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. Getting into the high-and fashion I have found VC better than the realreal in my shopping experience. Surprisingly when I've ordered from VC I've gotten my items sooner than expected! And paying through Klarna I can afford to wear what I couldn't afford before. Ok (1) seller held my order for over a week and canceled on me. That's cool VC contacted me and said my refund would be in and I ordered something better than what was canceled in me lol.
To each His own but maybe because I only buy from sellers with the U.S. helps minimize my complications.

Had an email from Vestiare yesterday evening -

What a joke! Not good enough Vestiaire! Firstly, 7 working days means well into next week (nearly 4 weeks after I purchased the bag/ stated 72hrs delivery when ordered) as you don't work over the weekend. Secondly - free shipping on next purchase? You've got to be joking - there's no way I will be purchasing anything from them again. They can't even show some good customer practice and offer a free shipping refund on this order - should the bag ever appear - not that I want it now (see previous review). Shocking, shocking, shocking...

I placed my order on 29/10/17 with expected delivery of 72hrs. Heard absolutley nothing re delivery and have now spoken to 7 different people on 7 different occassions since 3/10/17 who have fobbed me off, each saying that they will contact the seller requesting an emergency reply. Still no success. Wanted this item for this weekend - hence ordered 2 weeks ago with (I expected) quick delivery. The time has now passed for when I want it but they will not refund the money (+ £71 in shipping, duties, tax) until they have had word from the seller as to what is happening! What kind of business is this? Would not be able to exist with these kind of shopping/refund terms on the high street! They have not upheld their part of the contract made when they confirmed my order; ie. Delivery in 72hrs. If I had known this was going to be such a catalogue of disasters would never have gone near them.
STAY AWAY. As polite as their customer service people are, they are speaking hollow words and the company does not care about the customer at all!

I purchased this bag to replace one that I had had and used for several years. I had been looking for the same material (not as commonly found with this bag) and colorway. The seller was prompt in her communication and the item was in excellent condition (as advertised). It was shipped from Ireland to the US and took just under two weeks to arrive, right after I returned from a writer's retreat. I love and use it every day. The price was also quite reasonable for a bag that was only used a few times.

I had sold something on Tradsey and sadly they were bought out by Vestiaire. So i had credit on here that I couldn't cash out with and could only spend. I ended up purchasing a coat and had to pay extra to have it authenticated even though it was a Zara coat. Not necessary IMO but you can't opt out and have to pay the fees. Once it arrived, the sizing did not match what the description said. I get the run around with their "chat" and even though i sent pictures of the sizing being incorrect they said i needed to send it back to have it checked again. SCREW THIS COMPANY! I will never recommend them to anyone or use them ever again. I will be taking my business and selling my items on The Real Real. Don't waste your time with this company.

I brought a Louis Vuitton bag which was described as perfect condition. I also paid for quality control. When the bag arrived it had marks all over it which I took photos of and sent the bag back. I was told a second time it was as described even though no mention of marks in description or photos. They even had the cheek to relist and say I need to pay their listing fees so they got listing fees from the seller, my quality control fees and now they want me to pay them again for a bag that shouldn't be my responsibility. Am still waiting for the bag to be returmed so I can sell elsewhere whilst stating the truth about it. Would never use this company again. Appealing customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a Burberry handbag and I paid for it immediately. The seller decided not to sell it. I had to give the seller one month before Vestiaire Collectives could give me a refund. That meant that Vestiaire Collectives had my money for about 6 weeks and I had no handbag. Foolishly, I ordered another handbag. Vestiaire Collectives sent out the handbag but Federal Express lost the bag. Vestiaire told me to send them an affidavit saying that I did not get the handbag. Once they had the affidavit they were to call Federal express to start a case. They did not. I called and called. Only after I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and write to the CEO of the company did I get my money back. It took three weeks. I would NEVER buy from this company again. Very poor service.

Unlike many of the VC reviews I have read about the poor quality of the item purchased, I was lucky my jacket arrived looking as good as presented on the website when I ordered it - and it appears to be an authentic St. John jacket.
So why only 2 stars: I do not like VC's order and delivery process:
1) VC charges $40 to authenticate the item purchased
2) It took 3 weeks to receive the item. I have purchased items from the UK in the past and the longest I have waited to receive an item was 8 days
3) The item arrived in a plastic bag, wrinkled, not even wrapped in tissue paper - with no packing slip or order documentation.
I purchase from online second-hand stores like theRealReal, Portero, and eBay all the time and this is the first time I felt like a resale company doesn't care about their customers. I expected better & faster service for the $40 authentication fee added on to the $200 I paid for the jacket.

I used to buy from vestiare collective until I faced my first problem. I bought a bag but the delivery company could not give me the parcel as the address was incorrect because a missprint of Vestiaire Collective and they returned it to Vestiare Collective. After 3 months still fighting with them to get my money back, basically 600, quite a lot. Terrible Customer Service and no solution at this point. No bag and no money, I feel cheated. Wish I could do 0 stars! I bought a pair of shoes which stated they are very condition. Once they arrived turned out they are completely ripped on one side making them unwearable. Basically they could be thrown out. Contacted Vestiaire about it since I don't understand how shoes that are unwearable destroyed have been check and named "very good condition" by their quality control team. Their answer was that they do not do refunds, the quality control terms are just a guideline and do not have to state damage (LOL) and that if I am unhappy I can relist them for sale... W T F
Well sorry I am not a liar like the people working in Vestiaire and I cannot see myself selling a faulty pair of shoes thats unwearable while claiming it's good condition and hiding the fault on the photos as well as NOT writing about this in the description.

3 of my items were purchased by one Buyer on Sunday 12/11/22. Vestaire sent me 3 separate shipping labels ( charging me 3 separate shipping fees), even though all 3 items were being sent to the same Buyer! I sent out all 3 items in one package to the Buyer on 12/12/22, and notified Vestaire of this! Every day thereafter I have received 2 emails, advising me that I still need to send out 2 of my items! I respond every day — NO, explaining I sent them all out! I received confirmation that the Buyer received my package 2 days ago! I continue to receive daily emails! Vestaire's customer service is Horrible! They do not respond to my very clear emails! I miss Tradesy!

I made a purchase on 28/07/2022, the item was never received. I reported the problem to the Vestiaire Collective, they said they would contact the company responsible for shipping and so far (10/6/2022) nothing. It should be noted that the company (UPS) confirmed that it did not deliver the item. The Vestiaire Collective is not responsible or professional. They haven't refunded me the value of the article so far and they just keep rolling me with emails and emails with no solution in sight. They're nothing more than scammers and I don't recommend it!

Hello everyone I bought a big brand gianviti rossi boot which size is 37,5 my feet are 37 but this boots is tightly I sent many message for return I dispatched and they returned the item to me again so I lost my money. The worst experience of my life. They are the shadiest company I've ever experienced. They did everything to sabotage the sale and then used stall tactics for over two months to try and force me to give up. They have no customer service. The promo code couldn't be applied so I placed the order and then reached out to customer service right away. I'd assumed they would make it right right away and reimburse me for the discount but that was not the case. I listed a fendi blouse on Vestiaire and put measurements for the item, the customer purchased the item and then it didn't fit them because they didn't read the description. They returned item w dog food in the package to me making the Fendi blouse smell horrible. I immediately contacted Vestiaire customer service and they said they'd take the item and pay me immediately upon receiving it. They received the item then immediately relisted it with the same information as before not editing it to have 40IT on the size. They are now MIA and not answering emails

They mislead the item interpretation. They don't post pict of your item order(making harder to identify your purchases and easier to give up on trying to return due to the hassle)once you find the item by name you call them to explain for a refund they say they process and you will receive an email with the return label. It takes over 10 days to get that label(at least)once you get it and you return it they will send you an email saying that you passed the 14days return policy so they "unfortunately" can not process your return and the item(in my case an old smelly dirty shoe)will be sent back to you! No words! Feel like they stole my money, time, trust on them and runned away, leaving me with hard feelings and ripped off. That was experience with them. Happened few times of all times I purchased from this company. Don't know how they stay in business! Terrible! Never again! Not fair!
