So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. Typoically when you order something online they do a verification for payment. Instead, they wanted a photo of my drivers license, a bill to show my billing address AND a photo of my credit card. Total invasion of privacy! The shipping is slow and the customer service is terrible.

I think vestiraire should consider an option where when the buyer makes an offer, he or she is committed to buy the item and payment is Automatic when the seller accepts the offer or after negotiating. Because is frustrating after going through the negotiating and accepting the offer, giving the buyer a day or two to pay is too much and also they end up not paying. Most buyers do this for fun because at the end of the it they choose to pay or not.

If you need to delist any sold item on another platform, you have to go through your entire closet to find the item. Once you find it, and if you have a larger closet, it can take quite a long time to just delist 3 items. You are then taken back to the very beginnig after deleting each and every one, and the beginning is an entire different view of your items for sale that are so small I cannot even read it. They also have no way to filter your own items in your closet. I cannot enter a brand to find this in my closet. Not seller friendly. Never heard back when I was given no seller fees for my 1st sale as that didn't happen. I am going to delete my account. It's unfortunate.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this website! I bought a £500 used 'shearling Miu Miu coa't according to the description, when it arrived it was a cotton and mohair faux fur stitched on material and it even said so on the label!. After sending it back and demanding a refund explaining that a shearling coat is a processed lamb, sheep or pelt and attaching several internet references and a picture of the label showing it was Artificial fur, they said that their 'experts' have said no it was a shearling! And have sent it back saying if I was not happy I should sell it on. Can you imagine a company that thinks it's ok and encourage you to dupe another unsuspecting person? All they are interested in is taking your money. I remain locked in this nightmare with them, it is outrageous daylight robbery.

I bought a black article called Louis Louis Vuitton Artsy Empreinte. This was found to be compliant by the quality control. However, I had to realize after delivery that it is a dark blue bag (LV color Infini). This was not noticeable in the photos. Vestaire continues to claim that the color complies and refuses to take back. I was suggested that I can offer the bag back on Vestaire for sale... against corresponding processing fees. That means I should pay for having sold me a wrong item. Absolutely unacceptable service!

They fool the byer and the seller by charging a conversion fee without telling. Me and the seller discovered when we started chatting about the price. When the seller told me the accepted price in euros I realized I had paid much more in SEK. Vestiaire somehow converted my offer in SEK to a much lower offer in euros. Vestiaire says the difference is a conversion fee applied by "their partner". The conversion fee was 242 euros! You can not find any information about this and when you try to chat about it with Vestiaire the close the chat. First and last time at Vestiaire!

Buyers beware! Vestiaire declares customs incorrectly, resulting in DHL Singapore attempting to collect import duties from me, when Vestiaire has already charged me Singapore import duties in its invoice. It refused to clarify with DHL despite the latter's queries. Something is seriously wrong. It appears that Vestiaire has no intention to declare the tax to Singapore. I will have to escalate the matter to the tax authorities of SIngapore and France to see if Vestiaire is properly accounting for the duties to Singapore.

I ordered an item on Vestiaire, and when it was being shipped from the seller to Vestiaire it was lost. I waited 3 weeks and received no update about my missing package. I reached out to them, and got a automated customer service agent, that was no help, and told me I could not create a report because it hadn't been long enough, I waited another week, and reached out to them again, finally got a person, but kept receiving automated messages about not responding even though I had responded to all the emails. Still waiting to here back, at this point I wanted my order canceled. Horrible customer service.

I have been using Vestiaire Collective for the past two years to buy and sell, and think it's a great way to upcycle and edit my wardrobe. I have been very happy with my purchases which have ranged from a Burberry trench coat, to a Chanel card holder. I have found pricing to be competitive and I enjoy using the 'make me an offer' feature to negotiate with sellers.

No shipping information provided from seller. And incorrect shipping information provided from the website. Customer service kept prolonging getting back to me with the information on the shipping. They kept my money and I never got the shoes I ordered. I ordered the shoes on Dec 7th. I submitted the claim with Vestiaire on December 17th that the order was not received and I get a reply from them in Feb stating the courier denied the claim because it's been more than 30 days.

The Hermes bag cost $14,900 + $1600 I received BAD condition, nothing like the seller pictures, I immediately canceled the Premium member but they still take money from my account over 2 years. Stay away from this website.

Sold one Louis Vuitton pochette brand new, the ones that comes with the Neverfull bag. After some days I received one email saying that I need to pay 12 € to get my bag back because didnt pass the quality process. I was suprised and contacted 7 times Vestiaire Chat team and also by email. They told that the teams said that is fake item, and then I provide the receipt to them, imagine what? Silence and no answer from them. I also asked to send me the evidences that proof that is a fake item, off course no answer at all. Amazing team and is a proof that they have a big gap on the authentication process. Also I sold more than 100 items in vestiaire with the badge expert seller, now they took the badge... amazing

The mistake is on the company's side. I am a buyer. A seller shipped the item on time, the tracking number is available, however the company's not picking the item from the post office and stating that the they are still awaiting the receipt. I am frustrated because there is no way to contact an actual person and they are obviously don't check our emails or complaints. I am afraid that this is a fraud company.

Beautiful Bag - just what I expected; with one exception, the clip on one of the straps keeps opening, causing the bag to drop; I'll take care of it; no problem;
I bought this bag as it is one of the best priced bags in its class. For that I'm happy! The shipping took a while, but it did come from Hong Kong; it shipped in two days; the experts took three days - then I received the bag in something resembling a shoe box; there was no protective wrapping on the bag; it was just in the shoe box; the bag was not stuffed properly - but the folds came out in a few days after I conditioned the leather.
