So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. I've bought a lot of items on Vestiaire collective (fendi bag, levis jacket, loewe scarf, bottega venetta wallet) and all were matching the description. I've sent them through authetification each time, to be safe, and customer service was great. When I bought my fendi bag, when it went through authentification, VC told me there was an issue with quality vs. what the seller said about the product so they offered me to reduce the price + send me a 30$ voucher - which was great of them! I'm very happy with my products and often go on there to shop for myself or for gifts. I only shop second hand now and honestly it feels great to be a bit of an activist :)

Payment is supposed to be released 72 hours after delivery. Vestiaire changes the delivery date to a day later when the tracking clearly show it was delivered the day before. They don't pay out after 72 hours. Scumbags extend the payment by another 24 hours giving the buyer 96 hours to complain.
No one answers why they fraudently change the date of delivery. I can read and check the tracking. Scumbag site with losers not paying.

It's easy…Vestiaire is hands down the number one site for fashion. I've been on this site for years and now I only use Vestiaire. The value I get and find with some of the pieces is just insane. It really is! I found my girl a '67 Bond Girl jacket custom made unworn in Italy for like $90. What other site has that as a possibility? That being said the value is great but the unpredictable nature of some of the items you find here really is what separates Vestiaire from the rest. Modern LV and Gucci is cool but vintage 1of 1 items is far cooler. Happy hunting!

Just received an order of a pair of boots, which are close to 30 years old, and both boots are starting to split at the soles. Definitely disappointing but not a huge deal, this happens with older shoes and can be easy to miss in an inspection. I messaged customer service right away and included several pictures of both shoes. They acknowledged the damage but were completely unwilling to help. They offered me a 10% discount on a future order. The boots cost me $300 and were listed as being in "very good condition" but are completely unwearable as is, as I'm afraid the sole will completely detach. I was very reasonable and asked if instead of the discount, I could get a 10% partial refund to put toward the cost of the repairs at a cobbler. They told me that wasn't possible and stopped responding. I've been a customer for years and have always had a good experience, but this will be my last purchase from Vestiaire. Be aware that if you order from this platform and have an issue, they will likely not offer any helpful assistance. The other reviews here can also testify to this.

I paid good money for a Lemaire trench coat on Vestiare Collective. Had to wait while it went through the authentication process. I wonder what it's even for because when I received the coat, the tag was SO OBVIOUSLY fake, the fabric was cheap and loose thread was hanging off the seams. They have terrible customer service, the live chat is a robot, couldn't connect to a real person to resolve the issue. I will be taking this up with Paypal.

First I had a nice exchange with the seller using the MMAO feature.
Then the tracking was pretty clear and straightforward indicating when my bag was shipped, authentified etc.
At the end I received my bag that was in a very good condition.

Work with them at about 3 years. Sold 62 items. 3-4 times they made small mistakes but we found the solutions. 2 times their "expert team" send back louis vuitton bags as fake. I went to LV boutique told me that they are real and found them. The first bag i send back to them and they sell it! The second i sold it here! One time they loose a Cartier screwdriver, i bought another one and they refund me. But no they are Dangerous! Send them LV supreme bag with box, papers, invoice etc. THEY SEND ME BACK A FAKE ONE! With No Box and a wronf invoice from another country! Send them pics, messages, and after 2 months of investigations and the "expert teams" the final answer was thats my bag was fake! Their choice of delivery (DPD/Chromepost) is by far the worst in the industry. The parcel was lost and no refund has been made. Customer service is useless, they are full of corporate *** instead of solving clients issues. For a service which is far the most expensive, Vestiare is a really no-go.UPDATE: funny that they take the time to respond here faster than on their chat. The ticket was raised more than a week ago, initially they asked for 24h wait time, then 48h wait time, now they stopped for good. Avoid at all cost!

I sold a pair of Gucci shoes (for which I have the receipt in my possession) and they were deemed fakes. To get the shoes back, I was asked to pay £15 to an account and send a screenshot with proof of payment, which I did. Vestiaire came back to me and said that my proof payment was not enough and I would need more detailed evidence which I could get from my bank. Santander said that this wasn't possible and that Vestiaire should be able to confirm my payment from their end. Vestiaire came back to me and said that were unable to do this. As it stands, they have my £250 shoes and have also an additional £15 payment for returns postage which I understand I cannot get back. Highly frustrating and ridiculous procedure. I wouldn't recommend selling expensive items at the risk of Vestiaire not authenticating them and holding on to them.

Hello! I bought a pair of YSL sansals that never arrived to me after more than one month of stupid email from vestiare saying that that They are sorry and thay work to fix the problem. Automatic mails! Thay Say the courier opened an investigation and after 12 days the rezolution was the item was delivered and they sent me the proof document showing the parcel was delivered to another person, another country and another Reference item. What kind of investigation and resolution ia this?! They didn't Even read the documents they ask you to send ro open an investigation. My bank opened a an independent investigation for FRAUD in order to get my money back. This is the worst service!

I have been requesting for dispute since Vestiaire Collective France canceled my sale and saying that the vintage Louis Vuitton is not authentic. This is so frustrating and disappointing. The item is 100% authentic and I have sent them all the details to prove it's authenticity, they have my item and they have not yet solve this matter. I am so saddened with this experience. The helpbot is giving different information and I am so feeling depressed about this. I really hope this will be resolved.

I had been with Tradesy for over 10 years and never had an issue selling, which I had sold over 10K in merchandise. It changed to Vestiaire Collective and there are NOTHING but SCAMMERS on the site. I get scammers contacting me with each new posting. That is extremely telling! I decided to research the company and hear of their selling fake items and customers not getting the quality of items that were purchased. I will not be selling to anyone on the site as I have quality high end bags and shoes. Disgusting and disappointing that Tradesy is gone!

Seller canceled my order. Which shouldn't be allowed without penalty. Despite completing that purchase I lost the use of a coupon code which saved me some of the expensive fees. Repurchasing didn't allow use welcome coupons. If you think your getting a deal add $300 in fees to your price which aren't pointed out until the end. Just like coupons and fees very misleading. I feel bad for the seller.

Twice the seller cancel the purchase for no reason after I payed had to wait 3 days for money back also mistakenly and g goor no reason they block to speak with the sellers and Vestiaire won't reply my texts to reinstall their mistake. I have made several purchases via this website some through direct shipping from my country and some international from Europe, my concern is the international transactions when a European seller sends a USA buyer an offer the amount can secretly go up, the price increase is not disclosed in an invoice to the seller or buyer. I am surprised the company is not under investigation for this unethical practice. I personally ask each seller from foreign countries to verbally disclose the price of the offer. I have noticed that all transactions are higher than the actual asking price.
The authentication and shipping are very high, This does not include the sellers fee. So the company has UNDISCLOSED fees plus notoriously high charges. It took me over one month to receive 40.00 dollar refund for hidden fee that was not disclosed in the invoice. A customer service representative told me this was a glitch in the system. Unfortunately this glitch appears in all the offers I have received since. I hope someone investigates the company. I also noticed the App Store has poor reviews but google for some reason very good. This seems a little suspicious to me but I have not looked into this. My biggest concern is secretly adding to each offer at least 10 percent. I would never expect something like this from a resell platform.

Bought a pair of shoes that were advertised as 38.5EU and when they arrived they were 38EU (and 38.5 in the designer's own sizing). I complained because the size displayed didn't match the size of the product and they were obviously too small and the only response that I got was that they couldn't take it back.

Beware! The fashion bargain you think you have swiped upon will soon inflate with "additional charges" such as a $25 "authenticity charge" and shipping charges. You may have a "first transaction discount" code such as FIRSTAU which promised a $70 discount off my first purchase (the purchase had to be over A$450). So I shopped and shopped and got my first purchase to be over A$450, entered toe discount/promo code FIRSTAU and low and behold the discount had dwindled to A$30. Furthermore it was such a concluded and difficult checkout process I don't think I will be back. I'll stick with eBay and PayPal (with buyer protection).

Please don't buy anything here. This application and platform is horrible compared to the concurrents.
Literally every other similar platform (Grailed, eBay, dePop, Marktplaats, Vinted) don't charge the HALF (!) of the commission Vestiaire asks.
If you just want to buy/sell clothes, Vestiaire definitely IS NOT the place to do that.
For example; I want to sell a jacket for 550 euro.
Vestiaire takes such a big commission I have to post it for 800 euro's to still receive my 550. The remaining 250 euro will go in their pocket. For. Absolutely no reason.
DON'T USE THIS! Let's boycot such idiotic platforms
