My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. Your customer service was not just unhelpful—it was downright dismissive and incompetent at every step. This has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. Before and after pictures

This is literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced after making over a $1000 purchase! They are money hungry and once you pay, DO NOT EVER EXPECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND! Clearly their system was not working properly at the time of my payment and they refuse to refund the money they over-charged for. Instead- they offer a coupon to use on my next purchase. HAAAAA! What a JOKE! Like I will ever make another purchase through VC! Right! I will NEVER do business with them again, and I hope you do not either. Awful experience to have spent so much money.

Ive reached out multiple times for a resolution but theres no phone number or email…and the live chat is a joke.

VC- Please dont reply to this review suggesting I reach out for a solution. Been there, done that. Yall failed and lost a customer for life.

My buyer said they didn't get the item I sold in the mail. They got a refund. I das left with nothing, because i did sent the item. A few weeks later I see her selling that item?! She admitted even, but Vestiaire is just asking me the same questions over and over?! They are not fixing the situation, I've been contacting them for over 2 months. They keep changing the contactperson, I have to keep explaining the situation, they keep me in the loop and frankly just scamming me. Because they did get their cut of the money. The buyer got the item, I should get the money I am rightfully owned; this is just ridiculous. The worst customer 'service' ever

Just horrible, horrible, horrible experience with vestiaire collective. Do not ever use it - they are crooks! They advertised a dior bag with rinestones as in good conditions with all rinestones in place (i specifically asked whether they were all in place). When i received the bag, the more than half rinestones were missing! They are refusing to give me the money back though i did send the bag back to them! Just scam!

Ive used VIP London concierge service to sell my items.

This week Ive requested all my items to be returned back which is after three months.

Vestiaire Collective said I would have to pay 15 fee for recover costs + return shipping coat for the each item.

At the time I was offered VIP London concierge service to sell my items the return policy was free return after three months.

I have been ignored by Vestiaire Collective! My items are still not removed by Vestiaire Collective also my items are being sold without my consent.

I sold an expensive item with tags and everything for a third of its value, honestly cause I needed the money, was a gift from my sister and I felt a bit bad. After being sold, I have been one month waiting to get paid and I'm completly ignored every time I speak with customer service, I feel conned and I find this an absolute fraud, I would recommend it at all

I sold my Gucci bag on vestiaire but vestiaire has sent it to wrong address when returning my bag, last time i checked they said-Paul-sait they opened investigation to find my bag but today i get email that my account has been suspended due to fraudulent activity? Whay about my bag you lost vestiaire collective? It was worth 3,000$! THIS IS SCAM! Give me back my bag now or im taking legal action! Not to mention amount of fakes sold on this site-Sellers use ebay-much easier better and u get better price and service than some french ppl who stole bag and provided me horrible service-Ebag all the way!

Tip for consumers:
Stay away full of fakes and stuck up french service who stole their sellers bag!!!

Item on hold in importing country for 3 weeks - Vestiaire told me to contact DHL myself, zero help.
Item reference *******
DHL express said the buyer needs to get in touch to confirm the power of attorney as the item is being imported/held in Latvia.
Vestiaire will need get in touch DHL Express as you are the account holder with the DHL business account number, to either request the item back and send the item back to me, or get in touch with the buyer to get them to contact DHL to confirm power of attorney.
Please confirm this ASAP as it is a high value item - I have a video and pictures of me packing the item and sending it at DHL service point as evidence.

Bought some Ann D boots from Vestiaire and was very disappointed in the quality of the item upon receipt and doubted the authenticity, despite the Vestiaire claim. After contacting Ann D they confirmed the boots were a terrible fake. How can I trust Vestiaire again?! AVOID.

I sold an item on September 1st, it was delivered to Vestiaire on the 8th. The item was deemed compliant on the 9th and it said payment was scheduled and estimated payment date was the 12th. Everything was good up until that point. Today is not the 21st and i still have not received my payment. I tried to speak with someone through chat took almost 24 hours for someone to respond just to tell me on her end the payment did not show as being processed. When i tried to contact through email i just get a generic email saying they are looking into it. I am afraid I'm not going to get paid at this point. I will be putting in a claim on them. This is ridiculous

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from Vestiair Collective. I don't know what I was thinking! I ordered a Ferragamo wallet that was listed in Very Good condition with no signs of visible wear. What I got, after a 2 week wait and $25 delivery fee was an extremely worn out item with the leather very rubbed out. It looked more brown than black. When I contacted Vestiair through their chat I uploaded a picture as requested. They offered me a 10% discount! When I said I wanted my money back they said I can send it back to them and they will decide if it meets their standards for being returned and if not they will repost it for sale on my account. That was not acceptable to me! I realized who I was dealing with and do not trust them to be honest and accept my return and refund me! The picture could not be more clear! The chat would not give me the information on how to return it, either way. I contacted my credit card company and opened a fraud claim. I have every reason to believe I will win this one.

I sold 3 my items and vestiaire paid me for my items on time, I trusted in this website I sold my 4 items last year December and waiting for the payment until now 2021, 2nd March.
I have contacted customer service and emailed and not got any reply, I keep getting excuses. I want to be paid for the items I sold. Vestiaire Collective is a SCAM - They will give you the run-around! They keep telling me they will "contact the expert team and get back to me in 3 days" it has been WEEKS WITHOUT MY PAYMENT NOW. All 4 items were supposed to be paid in DECEMBER 2020 last year! I can not accept you keep telling me "the expert team is handling this". I want to be paid for my items and close my account. I have spent over 6 hours and 48 minutes in a total of 50 conversations with the chat support. They just give me the run around. They have stolen my items + money.

For me it was my first purchase on vestiaire and it was dissapointed.
I shipped my order in Italy, to avoid my custom procedures in my country (Albania)
I paid 15€ extras to check my bag by expert team that i think doesnt exist. The bag in description was New (never worn). When the bag arrived it qas damaged, and they told me that i cant return the order bc it was only 72h time. I am totally disappointed. Dont spend your money on Vestiaire!

I just made my very first purchase with you all, Christian Louboutin Leather ankle boots ref# *******, received confirmation and order number *******, only to receive another email less than 10 minutes later saying the item was no longer available, and they are issuing a refund, that will take 72 hours to receive my money back. This is very disheartening because I needed these boots for a party next week, they were perfect for my outfit. I now have to wait 3 days for my money, when I did absolutely nothing wrong, but patronized your business. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Initially I was very skeptical because of all this bad reviews, but I'm very proud I gave a try. I think that ppl feel motivated to write reviews only when they have problems and unfortunately happy customers don't even spend 1 min for to share a good experience.My husband submitted the order the November 2nd, a nice Balenciaga jacket from HK, it took 5 days to finally get in their offices for to be inspected.The following day my jacket is been shipped and I received it the next day. Total of 7 days an order from HK to NYC(taxes and duties included). The item was 100% auth and it cames inside Vestiaire Collective's tote bag. I couldn't be more happy for the service. I would definitely buy again from them. Merci beaucoup VC
