So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. Absolutely a shxx app. I bought premium for 12 months, I unsubscribed for the auto-renew, then they said my premium is no longer valid? I lost the free shipping chances for that. Unbelievable logic.
I would vote void if I can. So bad. Do not ever try it. The customer service and the app itself is very hard to use too.
I have recived the email when I unsubscrib:
"The cancellation of your Premium Subscription has been confirmed and will take effect from: 15/10/2021."
But they took away the benifit of my premium directly? Unbelievable. Customer serverice is absolution buxxxxxit there. Said once I unsubsribe I lost the premium? I bought it for 12 month execuse me.

My daughter bought the bag for me at Vestiaire Collective.The seller name Niki said the condition of the bag " very good condition". I asked the seller " any dust bag and the seller said "yes". My daughter bought this bag for me because nearly my birthday and she wants to surprise me.
The bag came two days ago with no brand dust bag. Inside the bag has a "big scratch". My daughter did pay $25 for Authentication and control fees. The lady named Isabelle checked this bag she didn't let my daughter know about this scratch. She has to let my daughter know because the seller said the bag very condition and the seller didn't mention about the scratch inside this bag.
My daughter did make the complaint and request to return the bag but until now we haven't received any reply from the company.

I bought a Moncler jacket which the seller sent all the accesories, hangers and carrier bag. Thus THIEVES also known as VESTIAIRE COLLECTIVES stole this accessories and threatened to delete my account if I didn't stop contacting the seller. They offered me free shipping for my next purchase and mentioned that there was no addition of accesories on the sales page therefore I had no legal right to this. This monsters deleted every comment I mentioned this issue on their website. I feel such hatred for this people and I blame the people who sell there. If they sold on rebelle or eBay all this wouldn't happen.

I have been using this company since 2015 and neve had an issue until I just purchased a LV palm springs pm backpack. I received the order and it had the most intense chemical smell. The exact smell of fake bags. A Louis Vuitton will never smell like chemicals. This bag was listed as new and never worn but smelled like it came right out of a factory. The interior is also off, it didn't have the canvas interior it should have nor is the serial number embossed in gold its embossed in black. I filed a complaint 1st week of June and it took a month of atrious customer service to send me a return label because they wanted to double check it. I send it back and they tell me they concluded the bag is real but the tag with the serial code doesn't match up to the real bag as far as coloring goes and the stench of the bag was the big issue. I'm thinking they are not really authenticating these bags and are letting replicas pass through and when people complain they resell the bag to make money off of it again. The customer service is God awful I've never seen anything like it. I will never ever use this company again. I've never had an issue until now so I'm not a huge complainer but this was bad! I will have them send me the bag and will have it taken to another authenticating service.

Don't do it . You have no one to protect you when you get sold a fake item and it's an overseas company. It looks like this company has an issue with alot of people having the same issue. Check online and YouTube there's a bunch of different people with the same issue. And if you don't care about getting an authentic bag save yourself money and buy a replica for way less. Ordered a designer bag (to the tune of $4k) and it shipped to me from the UK on 11/16/22. It has been sitting in some FedEx customs purgatory in Indiana since 11/18. I have not been able to get FedEx to move on it, but it appears that the paperwork for the shipment was incomplete, which is why customs held up the package. I was charged shipping and all the required import/customs duties when I purchased the bag, so it shoudl have been easy enough for Vestiaire to fill out the paperwork correctly.
I have since called FedEx several times (daily, at least) to get my package released. Have written several emails to Vestiaire to no avail - each time they say they're working "with their experts" to provide "the best possible resolution" to my issue. There is no detail or anything about what they are actually doing, if anything.
At this point, I have no hope of receiving my bag, so I requested a chargeback investigation from my credit card. Do not order anything using this app/company - even if the products are legit, the company itself is trash.

First of all VS have many problems with their system. When I first joined, the system won't let me upload my profile pics, so it took them 2 months to fix it, then the system won't let me reduce my price. A side of that some of my items price are changed without my consent. And it's getting worse when their curated "expert" team refused my certified authentic bags. Then I learned their curated expert team are lacking of training and knowledges.So they accepted the fakes and refused the authentic items. Once the incompetent refused it, and you re-list with all the prove of the authencity, they will refused it again because the lazy "expert" team won't bother to double check. Oh I forgot because they are french company (which famous for 3 hrs lunch break), they will be protected by french association so whenever something wrong happens, they won't liable for anything. Just try to contact their very unprofessional customer service, they will never give you any solution just lead you in circle or leave you hanging. So I learned Vestaire Collective is all about take all the money, spend less (old and never upgrade their system, customer service incompetent, their authentication team incompetent) and run away when customer complaints. Bravo!

I purchased a Chanel bag for over $1000. Guaranteed authentic. It looked like the color was off in the photos so I asked for a description of the color and the seller said "platinum." I asked for a photo that shows the true color and it looked white-silver which is what I wanted. The bag I received was grayish pewter. I complained that the color was wrong but they said they don't give refunds. Then on closer inspection of the bag, I saw that there was no authentication sticker. I checked with other identical bags on other sites and they all had proof of authentication via a serial number sticker inside. I told them this and they said they would send it back and have another look. Of course, they came back and told me the bag was authentic and they were sending it back to me. Because of these two reasons I told them not to return the bag to me, that it was the wrong color and also a fake. I called my credit card company and have placed this in dispute. They shipped the bag back to me, but I called FedEx and asked them to turn the shipment around and send it back to Vestiaire, which they did today. I think after the credit card company sees the email conversations plus this web page, they will be convinced that Vestiaire is unscrupulous.

September 22nd: item Ref# ******* shipped.
October 6th: I reached their support about sold item ref#*******: "I shipped this item almost two weeks ago and it still says it's not delivered. Is everything ok?"
October 9th: they request my documents to start the investigation
October 19th they write: "Upon checking, the item seem to be returned to you." Since I don't have any valid tracking number I decide to go to pick up point and see if it has actually returned. However, there's nothing in the office.
October 23rd: they finally provide me with some tracking number (XJ*******JF) and ask to contact them back if I don't receive my item in a week.
November 3rd: again they claim that the parcel has returned.
November 4th: they threaten to close the case if I don't reply soon, although it's weekend and the pick up point is closed till Monday.
November 6th: I go to the pick up point, and there's nothing. The parcel is somewhere else, which is clearly shown on the tracking page and which I tell them in my response.
However, they do not mind that fact, obviously, simply not answering.
In between all these replies were spiced up with beautiful, yet useless AI generated responses about how they care and wish to resolve.
Case still not closed. To be updated.

I had multiple issues with this aompany and still not Solved. Vestiaire could always surprise you of how ridiculous their business is. Don't sell with them if you don't wanna lose money or you simply expect a good day.
Just list the most recent examples here.
1. My sold Christian Dior pin (which was in perfect condition) was reported an issue by the buyer, Vestiaire agreed the buyer's return request WITHOUT any detail updates with me. After I receive the returned item, I found the buckle has BROKEN!
They blame the damage on me. When I try to argue for my right, they CLOSED the conversation and refuse to listen to me at all!
HOW RIDICULOUS!
Does that mean I have to admit the lost?
2. My sold item was showing DELIVERED to Vestiaire hub both on Vestiaire app and the carrier website, and it has been under quality control for 2 weeks.
I contacted customer service then they told me their hub did NOT receive the item.
They request me to provide many information, including shipping receipt and my official ID, otherwise they could NOT start investigation. I don't have the receipt anymore because it has been too long ago, and thus they refused to solve my problem.
AND I feel SO UNCOMFORTABLE for them asking for my official ID.
What? The item has already shown DELIVERED isn't it? Why you still requesting such a lot info from me?

I have bought 3 items on Vestiaire Collective.
- The first time, I bought a Chanel bag from a firm and all went smoothly without any friction.
- The second time, I bought a Sandro jacket from a private seller. Shipping took 2 weeks (!) but the jacket was according to description. So far, I had no issues with their quality control (which Vestiarie Collective promote so hard).
- The third time, I bought a pair of Hermès heels from a private seller, and I was extremely disappointed with their quality control. First of all, the quality control tag had not been filled in and signed, so they probably did not check it properly before sending it to me. Second of all, when I got the shoes, the right heel was defect and could not be used. So I contacted customer service, and they approved a second quality control. After 2 weeks, they got back to me and told me that they reject my returns request because they said that "worn shoes can have flaws, and even defects". And this really pisses me off. I have no problem with worn, flawed shoes (e.g. With scratches and marks), but a DEFECT shoe should be stated clearly in the description. A flawed shoe is a shoe in non-perfect condition (but it can still be used). A DEFECT shoe, however, is a shoe that cannot be used! In conclusion, they handled the matter poorly, and I did not get my money back. I feel totally screwed over, and I think their quality control is very inconsistent. I will NOT return as a customer.

As a buyer I had mainly good experiences, but I always check with the seller if it is available and check the pictures, then I pay with Paypal and fund it through a credit card, in case there is a dispute, I can dispute the payment and have some security, happened only once and they took the item back as it was a different item than pictured.
As a seller, horrible, they lost one item in house for ages, I could see it arriving there and going into quality check, passed quality check and ready to send, then nothing for 8 weeks, the buyer lost patience and canceled the sale (I know because she left a message under the item, where I gave her the tracking and told her it has been received, went through QC and I don't know why it has not been sent) after 2 months (!) and the buyer telling me they are canceling it now, they contacted me and claimed the measurements were half a centimeter off, they wanted me to sell it for a massively reduced price, I declined, that was all in October, now this week (mid January) I get my item back. Well, strangely enough with their tag that it is as described, it is authentic and in very good condition... I attach the picture of the label, my item which I got back from them...

I usually have a good experience with Vestaire up until I recently moved. I have to send my packages to my neighbors business as we have a serious porch pirate problem and I work very long hours and am not able to receive them on time. I make sure i input the business name and shipping address otherwise it will go to a residential address. The 1st time they didn't add the business name and it ended up at a residential address luckily an employee was able to find it and secure it. At first I thought it was DHL's fault and not Vestaire but after the 2nd time it was Vestaire's fault. I doubled check to make sure the business name was on my invoice and in shipping details then when I got the notification from DHL the business name was not included. Any company would know it's important to include all of your address details when shipping a product. Never had this problem with ebay or other EU vendors. It's common sense. Spoke to a representative and at first wanted to gaslight and say it wasnt included but then when I attached proof then they backpeddled and apologized. If it ever happens again to reach out to make sure the business name is on there. Which I doubt they'll do...

Sold my sneakers brand new never use via vestiaire to romania regret had thought before to never sell to this country but I gave a chance thought that everyone is not a cheater after 24 the buyer reports a mistake contacting their customer service got 2 giant bad photo completely different shoes under wrong color wrong on the back of the brand that I have sold he has changed shoes fake photos and managed their so-called experts approve return without contacting me I send photo that I had taken before the shoes were sent with the buyer's shipping note and in the package completely new no errors how could they approve this them do not compare the pictures in my opinion are they amateurs and get answers that o we apologize when you get the shoes if it is not the same shoes contact us and send the shoes to us and our experts - ( amateurs) can check this I have contacted the fraudster and have written to hope that it is the same shoes he has sent otherwise even Vestiaire will be sued. Have lots of evidence but these amateurs need to take both evidence and check before they do anything.

So far so good... it is a little bit on the expensive side when you add in the per item shipping costs with the per item inspection fee. But, if you become a monthly member then you can make one order full of items, you would have free shipping on all of the items no matter how many you have! Awesome!
And that is how I do it. If you are willing to search, chat, make deals and have some patience to wait until the beginning of that new month for your free shipping then you can get your hot little hands on some of the most amazing most beautiful items that you just could Never get in your region or country.
So, I am a YES., I do enjoy shopping at Vestiaire Collective. I shop all month and then make a decent sized order once a month to not lose my monthly free ship.
I would like to say that 2-3 of my ZadigVoltaire items have been flagged by the Collective upon inspection for what they felt was damaged but... was really supposed to be there. (a little edginess comes with the brand) Last inspection was a metal necklace flagged as rip fabric.? What? There is no fabric, is was all metal and rhinestones, I accepted anyway because I have already bought with this seller previously so..., received it and it was just as the seller described perfect unworn necklace. Some advice,... be careful with your inspection reports and try to take them with a grain of salt. You may know your brand better than your "inspector", lol.
