So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. All the users are treated on the same way, without any consideration for the single case (and you can experience that from the pre-builded replies that they give to every review).
My account has been closed for having sold 2 fake items that I bought in a reputable store in the City with regular VAT number and licence to sell luxury brand, and of course, the release of an invoice with all the seller/owner information. The total amount I paid by bank transfer was 1.000€, paid for authentic and genuine accessories. Being absolutely confiden and sure to sell authentic bags, I re-sold them on VC. Once, the 2 accessories did not pass the authentication check and I was held responsible without my knowledge! I was shocked 2 times! First, to have known that I paid so much money to a retail store for genuine accessories, and secondly for being accused to sell fake items and see my account closed after having sold other items totally authentic!
This case is simply baffling and scandalous.
In my opinion, to make a distinction is a worthwhile endeavor at this point of their history: every suppliers try to offer a taylor made experience to their users, nowdays. VC behaviour's is nothing special to get impressed by, expecially because they clearly demonstrated to be only a money-mashine and nothing special.

Based on their supposed 'authenticity service' and recommendation from Vogue magazine, I naively bought a 'Gucci' bag and 'Hermès' T-shirt from Vestiaire Collective - big mistake. After being ignored by one of the sellers I had bought from for a month, (I had contacted them prior to purchasing the bag and they had responded, so they were not inactive/unaware that I had made a purchase), the bag finally arrived and I was immediately sceptical. The zip and lining is a very cheap quality, the stitching was uneven and there appeared to be glue residue on the material. As for the T-shirt, it is embarrassingly fake. It seems as though it had been purchased from a high street store and had the logo printed onto it. I sent the bag back to be reinspected as I had paid the most for this item; unsurprisingly, it was once again verified and sent back to me. I am now stuck with two blatantly fake designer items. I understand that this can typically be the case with websites that host unauthorised sellers and I would never usually purchase expensive luxury items online, especially second hand items, due to the risk of them being unauthentic, but it was the 'highly acclaimed' verification service that initially put me at ease. This is my personal experience; I would never usually bother to leave a review but I would hate to see anyone else in my position if sharing my experience will help to prevent it!

I suffered from their so-called "team of experts" as a buyer last year when they sold me a fake LV Montaigne bag. It was such a terrible fake, not even a mirror quality, took me 2 seconds of looking at it to determine that this is a counterfeit. I really wanted to involve a lawyer and prosecute them for selling counterfeit but was too busy with work. Stopped buying anything from them since then. Today I received an email from this con artists saying that the item I sold there (item with retail value 2550 EUR) is not authentic! Can you believe that? The same bunch of cons who sent me a fake bag couple months ago now saying that the bag I sold through their platform is not authentic. The bag I purchased myself personally from LV in France early December, for which I still keep the original receipt and which can be authenticated and confirmed by ANY third-party professional authenticator because it was bought from LV directly. This bunch of "experts" is saying that this bag is a fake. Wondering, are they going to scam me now and send me a fake instead? Or "loose" it and send me nothing? Just FYI Vestiaire - even though you deleted the page with my item now, I screenshoted everything: all my original pictures including the data code. The packing and shipping process has been videotaped so I have more than enough proofs of what I sent to you. Such a nonsense! I'm going to France for business next week, planning on visiting their office in person and a closest police station. Just not sure where to go first

I purchased an 'authentic' Tiffany bracelet from VC. They charged me $15 for authentication. When I received the bracelet, it wasn't even sterling silver. It was rusted! Joke of a site. Had to get my credit card company involved. Eventually received a refund.

This is a very shady site. I ordered a Céline edge at VC 18 days ago. The order nr is *******. The item was listed at a very reasonable price and i was quite happy with my purchase. Days went by and the seller did not send the item. After ten days the seller left a comment that she wished to cancell the sale because she had broken the tag on it (this makes no sense, but whatever).
I few days later i realised that the seller had put the exact same bag for sale at a higher Price on VC. She has not canselled my sale, so im not able to get a refund.
When i try to call VC i get an automated response - they tell me to call doing bussines hours - I am calling doing bussines hours, but i guess this Company just does not care.
I find that it is horrible that they allow sellers to relist sold items at higher prices. This enables the seller to abuse the 30 day they can wait before shippng an item. If the get it sold at a better price then great for them - otherwise they still can sell it at the cheaper price. Meanwhile i am stuck and can not get my money back.
Hopefully they will refund me once the 30 days are over - what a complete waste of time.

Terrible terrible terrible! Stay away! I purchased a dior bag (with a seasonal discount code) in the trust that vestiaire has reasonable pricing for it as a second hand bag. Shockingly this is substantially more than a new one in shops which I came to know about a few days later. I was so upset I felt conned I rang vestajare and was told something will definitely be done as this is unfair. I then receive an email a few days later asking for pictures of the new products. I just recorded the exact pricing of brand new Dior bag which I was told at Dior selfridges. I won't be travelling into London sefirdges just to take pictures. It is equally as easy for vestiaire to call Dior and confirm the price if they have doubt. I then get a response from

Don't ever buy from this website
I bought a "never worn " item from this website,
After paying for the item, they charged extrra $11.90 for authentic and quality control, $54.97 for import duties even the value only $400 (we only pay for import duties if the item cost more than $900 follow Australian custom law) and $49.90 for shipping.
I paid for the item on 23/07/2021 and received by 12/08/2021 after 3 weeks wait, I received a dress with defect of 2 tearing holes in linning, discoloured and shrink fabric, I discussed with them and asked a negotiated compensation of partial refund $70 with the reason I don't want to return to them for 2nd time assessment that would take too long to resolved or if they refund me the cost of the item I still loose $115.95 of shipping, quality control and import duties.
They charged authentic and quality control ( the fee that no other apps charged) and they did not do the right job. Besides, they don't want to solve the problem for buyer but keep dragg on.
Bad service, slow shipping and quality control not working affectively, you spend money to shop but got upset after all and did not get the item you buy as description.

I signed up to sell and buy from Vestiaire Collective. My initial purchase was the worst experience I've had so far with online purchaing. Purchased a hat. Immediately I receive an email alledging the order will be delayed. I messgaed the seller and the seller never responded. Contact customer service and requested to cancel the order. Various Vestiarie representatives cited excuses for not canceliong the order due to the delay. They requested I wait (7 days) to allow the seller to ship when the seller have not responded to them or myself! If they would have canceled the order as I requested due to the seller inabilty to respond to any of my messages... this delay would not be ongoing. I'm still waiting for a cancelation/Refund! Now I have to ask my credit card issuer to mediate this hideous transaction.

I live in the US and got paid duty long before they knew how much it was going to be. In the end when the package arrives in the US, DHL contacts me to tell me that Vestiaire did not pay them and that therefore I had to pay the customs duties within 5 days otherwise the package would be returned. Note that the customs duties that Vestiaire Co made me pay are higher than the amount that DHL asks me. I explained the situation to DHL, and according to them under US law it is a fraud and that I should sue them, which I think I will.
No one has contacted me for a week. They might be more responsive when faced with a letter from a lawyer.
By the way, their customer service blamed me because according to them I contacted them too often which is slowing down the procedure (great when you know that you have 5 days before your package is returned). It's been three days since I contacted them for the last time, yet still no response.

Do not order from them! They do not check the items correctly and they do not take any responsibility for not checking.
I ordered a Moncler puffer from there.
On the description was stated:
'vintage: no'
'very good condition'
I recieved the puffer did make me suspicious about its authenticity and I made a research on the authenticity of Moncler items. I did not do this before ordering before I trusted them to do that for me.
All the details (zipper, logo, ID/number) of the item i recieved did not comply with the descriptions on the expert sites online, nor did the ID-code comply with the online authenticity scanning system of the Moncler company itself.
But there is an other issue: There was a metal part missing, on the drawstring of the hood. This was not described by the seller.
So, they did not check with the description.
Is this not what Vestiare Collective stands for?
I told them, and they wanted to have a second examination of the coat.
The result of the second examination was:
-''This model is a vintage Moncler Puffer in very good condition for a second hand article. The certilogo did not exist at the time this model was produced.''.

About the missing metal part they just said:
''We regret that this element is missing and would like to propose a 15 euro voucher to address this anomaly. ''
I did not accept the voucher, as I wanted my money back. What they did was, they send it back to me and let me know that I can relist it if i like.

Terrible customer service! Avoid at all cost if you want to be scammed. Purchase a $900 pair of boots but it came defective. I reached out moments upon receiving the item and noticed the zipper bust wide open when you wear it. It was a nightmare to removed if you know zippers you would know when they bust open it is extremely hard to unzip. I returned the item but they refused to refund me claiming it was worn. Well no sht sherlock I brought a used shoe. I literally have photo evidence of the damaged shoe timestamped when I received it. Their customer service people are useless asf. They emailed me saying they were going to relist the item and I would only get my money back once it sells. So they want another schmuck to buy the item in order for me get my money back and on top of that they said they would charge their commission. Extremely unethical business and just straight up scammers. There are better second hand websites you can purchase from that can better quality control used items. This is just disgraceful. Who let these people have a business. Shut them down asap.
