So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. I have now been buying and selling on Vestiaire app for more than 3 years.
I have always been very satisfied with my purchases or sales and with the level of service they have provided me with.
They don't say it enough, but you can purchase any local item (in your country) without any fee (shipping or authentication), which is the case in no other similar platform as far as I know.
Tip for consumers:
As said in the review, you can buy anything with free shipping if you buy local with the service they call "Direct Shipping"

VC doesn't pay for sold items
On 21st of November I sold D&G coat. First I receive the message that I will get the money on 29th of November. On 2nd of December I still didn't receive anything. I used chat on VC website to communicate. Luckily (because it's not possible now) I got quick replay that money was send to me on 27th of December and that I have to wait 5 working days. Today is 6 of December and I still didn't receive anything. I spoke with my bank and they don't have any transfers in waiting to my account. I would like to add that my bank details are correct because I sold an itom over a year ago and everything was fine. I tried to have a chat with VC but it's not possible to talk to real person. All the replays are done by a bot.
What a disappointed experience. This website it's not the same as in in the past.
