Thanks to Vestiaire I was able to dress in aspirational brands that were out of my financial capacity or willingness to pay such amounts. It also allowed me to efficiently shop online multiple brands and various styles of clothing. A huge fan of Vestiaire!
Despite buying the product at the asking price, it took over 1 week to ship. I contacted the seller several times with no response. By the time it was shipped, it was found to be containing mold, so the bag was NOT as advertised.

The headline on their website clearly states "10% off your first order" without any asterisk, terms and conditions, or a link to view any limitations. My order total was $2684.69 and they only applied $50 off, which is clearly not 10%. Their customer service later said this offer is "capped at $500", but that doesn't appear anywhere that the buyer can see. This is clearly false advertising, misleading and shady business practice!

Absolutely DREADFUL, and this terrible experience follows on the heels of my last order - an R13 blazer sold in "Very Good Condition - which arrived with split internal seams.
Last night's "Customer Service" chat was painful: super slow responses, incorrect information such as the rep saying my missing shipment was last tracked on 12/12 over & over when the tracking info supplied showed 12/10. My request to have my fees reimbursed while the investigation they said was required is underway met with a response that was a link to your Authorization Policy info...which, funnily enough, stated the fee is $15 and my order was charged both a $10.99 "service fee" and $25 "shipping" fee. THEN, today, I got an email with more incorrect info claiming the shipment's only been off track for two days. Seriously, what the heck is going on? I am utterly baffled and not happy about any of this. What are you going to do to rectify it?

The seller didn't label the shoes as bring extra narrow so which they are and therefore I'm now paying someone to see if I can stretch them. When this site was Tradesy, they would've taken those back for a site credit but this new company really sucks on returns. I will not be buying anything else from them.

I bought a pair of boots that were torn but made your cut I sent them back and you said you would sell them and did. I have not received the refund and it's less than what I paid for them. I still want the money. How long will it take it said 24 hours are immediately with PayPal
They did acknowledge the error but took a while to offer a solution I agreed to. Shoes loss in the mail verified by a ring camera that it did not happen and the ammount refunded to me on another pair.

Item arrived in better condition than listed. It also arrived quicker than expected from the UK to US. The only thing I was lacking was actual garment measurements. I messaged the seller several times to no avail. I hesitated purchasing for a few weeks because of this. In the end I took a chance and it all worked out beautifully.

I purchased a bag on Vestiaire that was advertised as being located in France, but it was shipped from Bulgaria. Despite filtering for items from specific locations (France), the platform confirms that this is allowed and can happen. They told me there is nothing wrong that seller ships the item from a different country.
When I contacted Vestiaire about this clear discrepancy, they questioned my claims and told me I made it up and the bag was never advertised as located in France. Even though the admitted the seller operates both in France an Bulgaria.
Their buyer protection failed completely. Even though their policies state refunds are issued for non-conformity, they refused to act. This platform lacks of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
If you care about accurate listings and reliable protection of your purchase, avoid Vestiaire.
