So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. I've used this website to get my hand on great secondhand items from Europe (at a great price!). My seller was easy to reach through the chat and my products were exactly in the same condition as the description thanks to the physical control process Vestiaire offers. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to ask a couple of questions about a garment for about 10 days now. Customer service just keep sending me generic replies, they don't read the question or look back on previous chats to understand what the inquiry is about. I have tried to be patient however, I'm now done. I'm going elsewhere. The jacket I've been looking to buy isn't worth the stress of dealing with Vestiaire. I would hate to think what you would need to go through if you received a faulty or fake item. I doubt you would ever be able to have the problem rectified.

They have charge me an import duty where there's none for items under $1000 brought into Australia. When I queried this, they told me they have no means of calculating it yet they charge it. It's a crime. When I asked for the head office details, they told me to personal question and haven't provided me those details. I will never shop there again.

I had an order of a Chanel bag that I reported not received because I didn't receive it. With the height of fedex workers doing outlandish things, I assume they marked it as delivered but just kept it or delivered to a different home. It has been over 2 weeks now. No resolution no nothing. The chat hasn't responded to me since Nov. 28th and they are just ignoring me. I have ordered from Vestiaire before but this time has made me never want to order again. I had to file a dispute with PayPal. They know this information and are just giving me the runaround. I should've read reviews before continuing to purchase from them.

Awful experience with Vestiaire Collective, their customer service team does not want to speak to you or address any concerns. Apparently they also allow customers to sell items that have suspicious stains and liquids on them. If you have a quality issue that you notice yourself after you've paid for quality check Vestiaire will gaslight you into thinking there is no quality issue! Also there is no option to speak to a real person over the phone. I could go on but it's not worth it. This is my first really bad experience and will be my last time purchasing at this platform. I respect all business and acknowledge that all businesses can grow, it's just disappointing to have to reach out to several customer service reps and have to re introduce my issue over and over again without it being addressed.

I am unable to print my postage out. Normally I always use the same address.This time shown something wrong with my address.Then i added the same address again. But it's still not working. I contact "Jaden T" from customer service.
Which left me feeling greater disappointed then the system's error. Jaden refused to help or call for fix the postage problem.Saying nothing he/she can do.And left the chat open and quiet. Even I have asked to close the chat. Then I can open the chat with others to ask for help.

I sold a large Telfar bag on the site. I can see the bag is just sitting at a fedex in New York. I've been waiting 2 months for my money and visitaire keeps telling me they're trying to contact the buyer, the emails that they're write me are not in proper English and all the emails say the same thing the only thing that changes is the name of the writer. After having read that they do not even ban the sellers that are reportedly sell "fake" products, they are obviously allowing the illegal activity via their web-page. Thus, have authenticity confirmation on your own, do NOT trust this company. I bought three belts from them, I just gave them to the brand owner for authenticity confirmation and waiting for the results. I have bought two bags as defined "unused" by the sellers. Weeks have passed and the sellers have still not delivered the products. This company is asking me to pay for those products which are not delivered to them. For those who are the "victims" of this company, know your rights and initiate a legal action. That's what I will do. Start with informing the relevant ministries and the consumer protection organisations both in your country and in France. Then take it further from there.

I received counterfeit Louis Vuitton shoes from a seller on this site. I contacted customer service and was told to return the item to their hub to undergo a second authentication process. I thought maybe they overlooked somethings and I was sure they would see that this item was counterfeit the second time around. The stitching and product logo on the insole of the shoe was way off center. The insole was pasted on and the edges were overlapping onto the inside corner of the shoes. To my surprise I was informed by customer service that they are standing by their decision and feel that the item meets their standards. I was in disbelief! This is incredibly dishonest and disappointing! I have reported this to my bank and filed a dispute with them. My only regret is that the only pictures I took of the item was the ones it took while on the customer service chat with the agent. Those pictures were not saved on my phone. Please be ware everyone! Shop at your own risk!

This website is a scam.
Sold a pair of Louboutin with studs.
After the sale they picked up the shoes with a UPS label and received them in a day. They reported that 1 out of the 60 studs was missing to the seller but failed to report I included spare ones in a pouch and after 3 full days they cancelled the sale.
They are now refusing to tell me when my shoes are coming back to me but it's gonna be days. This means I can't sell them elsewhere and I'm losing money every day.
Their customer service is non existent and a person called Ruphin R has been the rudest agent I've ever dealt with in my whole life besides not understanding basic English.
As of now I've lost a sale and don't have my item back nor I know when I will have it back.

Complete rip off. Bought a Fendi bag in "very good condition." NOT. The strap is disgusting, discolored, and splotchy rendering the bag useless! Seller won't do anything. I'm completely dissatisfied. They refunded it quickly but unfortunately the delivery on my other purchase to Aust is taking forever.
It's a shame delivery can't be combined as it makes for an expensive purchase to Aust.

It has been a month since I placed an order and paid $340 for a pair of Gucci shoes. Vestiaire Collective has been a nightmare to deal with. I have called there 4 times and sent emails, never to get a response. They finally responded to me but only to ask me not to contact them again. So they took my money, I never got the product and they won't answer me. They're terms and conditions are ambiguous, they appear to be safe to buy from until you see that there is a section to contradict every section that protects the buyer from getting ripped off. I recommend that you stay away from this site. If you're looking for similar sites, I highly recommend The Real Real, great customer service and I've gotten everything I've ordered within a week of purchase. If you need further convincing that Vestiaire is a fraudulent company, simply read the 3,000 other reviews that other buyers have posted having similar reviews, you don't want any part of this company,

I have had multiple issues with this company. The last being they did not check or verify a designer pair of shoes. When I received them they were of appalling quality. I looked up the design on the designer website and the design doesn't exist…. I returned the fake shoes. They then advertised the fake shoes under my profile without telling me. I've asked them to take the fake shoes off my profile and refund me and they will not. Time for me to talk to my credit card provider…. This is the third issue I've had with them. I'm out.
