So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. Sold an item on Vestiaire and was told it didn't pass their quality check. I asked for the item to return back to me for many times, they never respond my emails. After 1 month, I see my item is going back to account and "Waiting for validation" and that's it. It's forever there to wait for valildation and it has been over a month and they DO NOT respond emails at all.

I cancelled my order and they would not honor.
Super overpriced. I wanted to buy 3 pieces from one seller and they wanted to charge me $15 each to ship. Total of $45 and not combine. The purchase price the seller and I agreed on then V wouldn't communicate to seller why I cancelled sale.

Seller did not respond to three communications to ship item which I was told was still available upon purchase. I had to resort to contacting Vestiaire for assistance. The result was the item was no longer available. This resulted in over a one week wait which was totally unacceptable when I should have been told the item was unavailable at purchase time.

Terrible experience - I purchased an item from Vestiaire, then re-listed it immediately as it was not as expected. I then get told by Vestiaire it is non compliant and I cannot sell it via them, when I bought the item via them in the first place!
Their customer service is terrible and it is impossible to resolve the issue. Very frustrating and disappointing situation

International seller offered item for 1750€ which should have been $1840 with the current exchange rate but instead it showed up as $2018. I contacted their customer service over this issue and they confirmed that there is a 10% mark up on currency exchange and that this information is not disclosed to customer prior to purchase. This practice is straight dishonest. I have seen many other reviews stating the same issue. STAY AWAY FROM

I reached out to an experienced seller that I've bought from before about a price reduction. She said no and I bought the item full price, and then the next
Day she cancelled the order and refused to tell me why. First she says she won't take less, then I pay full amount, then she cancels order and doesn't even tell me why. All around bad experience and Vestiaire doesn't hold its sellers accountable.

I sold an item on Vestiaire Collective in January and I still didn't get my money. I wrote a message to complain on their website and no one responded me.

My Celine bag was delivered in a very bad condition. The bag was soaking wet inside and out with a mildew dust bag stuffed inside. It took me many hours to dry and clean the bag. Customer service was very uncooperative and refused to provide me a professional cleaning of the bag.

Avoid the seller JDParis
I've ordered a jacket from the "trusted" seller JDParis - yes I am writing so you can avoid her! Which she never sent to VC (perhaps she realised it was not going to pass their condition evaluation?, who knows?) After a week I asked her: have you sent the jacket? She answers "of course I did, please don't bother me". Well after another week I called VC where they told me her tracking code was never activated which means she LIED to me. What should a decent company do? Cancel it immediately. VC keeps our money up to 30 days and keep calling their sellers "trustful"... Run away from VC as fast as you can, Rebelle is way better.

I rarely write reviews on the Internet and not only was I compelled to write the review below but I MUST also update it with something so unconscionable it is truly hard to believe. If you read my review below you will see that they offered me a 10% discount after refusing to otherwise help me with my issue. As I was meeting a brick wall in every other way I asked them to send me this discount. Once I received it they DISABLED my account, so I cannot use it. They are true crooks and fraudsters and should be prosecuted.

I ordered a purse, and everything seemed fine, but couple of hours later I got a notification that I can buy that same purse. I checked with the seller if she canceled and she said that she didn't even know I bought the purse. They took the money though. I contacted them and they said it was there mistake. They told me that I'll get a refund but not the full amount. I contacted them 5 more times, nothing! No answer, nothing! I never received my refund of my 2037$

I got a good deal out of a pair of YSL. VC authentification team said there's a scratch and send it back to the sender. I said I didn't care for the scratch and willingly to pay. They sent it back anyway said it's customers service which I think is bull$#*!. The customer wanted to buy and the seller wanted to sell. VC got a commission so why would they have to go thought the trouble?

I recently bought a bag, and when I received it, the bag was in bad conditions even though the seller said she worn it a few times and there was no imperfection. The leather was in bad condition, and there was two scratches very visible. Vestiaire Collective is "really sorry" and says it does match the description and does not want to help me. They say it matches the description since the seller said it was worn. It's obvious she used it a lot since the bag is in very bad condition and won't close correctly.

I had two orders of brand new prada bag for 2800eu and second hand LV bag multi pochette. The buyer ordered with authentication. I sent the bags in perfect condition. They rejected the bags as their "auth exerts" couldn't accept the bags without bill lol
I paid to them to return my bags and i got them in this condition! They have only customer support that sends you templates over and over again… you cant contact any manager to resolve the situation. Shame! Their exerts should burn their diplomas if they cant spot if the bags are real or fake without bills of purchase…

I was trying to sell a LV purse on this site and they wanted $250 and $450 in Amex prepaids cards to validate that my account was not fraud. The promised it would be placed in my account with 12-24 hours, never received, then they wanted another $200 on greendot? I don't know what that is so I am out $700, you can't call anyone, no number, no person, nothing. I sold another purse and the tracking information that they sent me to use does not work so that was a $775.00 item I have all emails and documentation so this needs to be resolved or I will find a way to get my money back. This is a $#*!ty way to do business, Scammers and thieves. They stated in an email that I would receive $1200 to the AmEx card but of course that did not happen. My bank is working on this and say will be my attorney. I hate that Tradesy i now part of this scamming $#*!ty company. FRAUD BEWARE buyer and definitely sellers!

I purchased my item on 9/4 and on 9/13 (beyond 7 day refund policy), I had no status update. No indication of shipment, no indication of authentication, no indication of being received at Vestiaire. Suddenly, I got indication of shipment with what appears to be backdated processing updates, days later. After that, I received a response from customer service, indicating the item was on its way to me. I asked if it had been authenticated and still have yet to receive a response. I received the item, and to my untrained eye, it looks fine, but I am still awaiting a response.
