So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You dragged out my sale for over four months, and when I finally got my purse back, it was in terrible condition due to your carelessness. To make matters worse, after all that time, you had the nerve to call it a sale and insulted me with a mere $25 payout. I've never been treated so poorly by any company before. VC doesn't pay for sold items
On 21st of November I sold D&G coat. First I receive the message that I will get the money on 29th of November. On 2nd of December I still didn't receive anything. I used chat on VC website to communicate. Luckily (because it's not possible now) I got quick replay that money was send to me on 27th of December and that I have to wait 5 working days. Today is 6 of December and I still didn't receive anything. I spoke with my bank and they don't have any transfers in waiting to my account. I would like to add that my bank details are correct because I sold an itom over a year ago and everything was fine. I tried to have a chat with VC but it's not possible to talk to real person. All the replays are done by a bot.
What a disappointed experience. This website it's not the same as in in the past.
