In the drawings for the assembly instructions, there are 2 that indicate the correct shape is an "S" curve yet there are only arc shapes in the package parts. Eden wrote to me with pictures and labels for all parts included to put together my lounger and there are no "S" shapes, I assembled the chair and it works fine. The drawings are confusing but the customer service is excellent so all is well. LOVE my Loungers!

I placed an order about March 14. I got NO confirmation after I submitted the payment. I kept trying to call and Email with no success. So I reluctantly ordered another set of chairs from another company. There was never any tracking / delivery info ever sent to me.
Now TWO SETS OF CHAIRS ARRIVED! This was a gift to a couple who does NOT have the space to fit all of these chairs. I am out double the money! I'm frustrated with the lack of communication. I can only hope the product is good. The chairs have to be "assembled!" Another thing they did not tell me!
I recently purchased some radiator covers from VidaXL and am very pleased with the products I received. My only disappointment is that the smallest radiator cover available is 44 inches in width. I need two that are 30-32 inches in length and have been unable to find them. The covers I purchased are wonderful. They change the look of the room. I chose the shaker style and they blend with our primitive home perfectly.
I received a very large item damaged in shipping the only way to get reimbursed was to mail back this huge item during all this virus mayhem will placed being closed. The cost of shipping would have been almost half of what I paid for the original item. So instead of getting all my money back I would have only gotten half back because my product came damaged at no fault of mine.
I ordered 2 they were shipped quickly. The website was good and helpful in getting the right measurements and color. The processing of the order was smooth and correct. When I received the shades and opened the box each one had some dents. Probably caused by shipping. Otherwise satisfied with product.
The ordering process was simple, the delivery was quick and the product was not damaged. I was disappointed that the reclaimed shelves did not have colors as displayed in the ads; however, it does state in the product description that the product varies -- my shelves are sturdy and well made, required little assembly -- I just wish there was more color. The ads showed lots of color and my shelves are mostly brown with a tiny bit of blue on the top shelf. I love the product line and wish I could afford to purchase the desk! The furniture is timeless and fits nicely in my office - would fit well in my home too. All of my clients compliment it when they come in. I bought it specifically to put little pottery pots with jade plants from the mother plant that I bought when I opened my office. I give every estate plan client a plant. This shelf was perfect!
It was delivered in less than 5 day and It is a beautiful dresser, but the manufacturer or however designed it was a whole mess. Most of the wholes were not aligned, they were off for 1 inch or a little less making impossible to screw down the bolts. I was able to put it together, but obviously is not working properly because of the situation mentioned before.
I emailed this company about a month ago about returning this product and haven't heard anything back. This product is very cheaply made, the cushions constantly fall off and when we sit on it the pieces slide apart. I was very dissatisfied with this product and could not get an answer back. Do not buy this it's way over priced
I had a great experience. I wanted a bench seat that came fully assembled. I contacted customer service twice with questions prior to my purchase. They responded promptly and answered my questions. The benches were very reasonably priced and were exactly what I had wanted. The quality is actually better than I had anticipated. Thanks Vidaxl! I will shop with you again.
I purchased a beautiful reclaimed wood chest for 1/2 the price on Amazon and other sites. I thought there was a catch or it would be delivered a month later. However, item was delivered in less than 10 days (option: free shipping) And it was exactly what I wanted, no catch at a lower rate. I love the product, price and service.
Took a little work to put together and figure out the instructions.
Holds all our excess pots from gardening that don't fit in the big shed.
Used a piece of plywood to additionally protect the roof.
Painted it the same color as big shed and blends in nicely.
Easy to assemble, and looks modern, clean and it really seats 4, with 6 being a little difficult as chair feet collide with the table frame. It works for me just fine: the table looks good, is sturdy and easy to keep clean.
It is not weather resistant. Things started coming apart and I had to build a new roof. I tried contacting customer service and they made it so difficult to find my order that I just gave up. I would not buy it for outside. Maybe inside is safer
Received the furniture a little late, but that was expected in these conditions. Everything was included. It was a bit difficult to assemble, especially with the inadequate instructions, but we managed it, and the result was excellent. Overall, good product. Just be patient while assembling.
Product seems ok on shipping and first sight but instructions are horrible and very hard to make sense. Missing screws and nuts. But Vida's website is the one of worst to use for the customer and really needs to be redesigned to be easier to Track, ask questions and all customer facing functions. It's as bad as the instructions. If the website and product instructions fixed I would give 4 stars.
Had a problem with my order. They organized pick up for return and I had my credit a couple of days after the return being received. So all in all it was a great outcome. Good to deal with an honest company...
The equipment my company ordered showed up on time and in excellent condition. Very happy with my purchase. I was concerned about whether or not my equipment would arrive by the date they said it would but it did which was great.
The vanity cabinet I purchased is made for children. I was disappointed to see such a small piece for my bathroom. I think vidaxl should be ashamed for not telling consumers that their furniture is made for children. To use the vanity cabinet, I would need to get on my knees.
The third panel was flawed in that it did not connect to the other two on each side. I spent a day trying ways to accommodate this flaw but ended up cutting the third panel out and inventing a way to use the screen as two separate panels of two.
The cabinet arrived with dented and bent parts. Not sure if the damage was done in shipping or prior, but improvements in the packing are needed to avoid damage in shipping. The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired, the diagrams are small with little identifiable detail. Perhaps a video on how to assemble would be helpful. My first review was not posted on the website.
