They told me they would give me a full refund if I sent the defective item back. I shipped it back to them but then they asked me for my sensitive bank account information. Very suspicious and abnormal. They refused a refund through any normal means. Know that you will be cheated by this business!

I had a pathetic experience with a TV stand I recently purchased.
1. All the parts I received were un-labelled. Screws as well as wood pieces.
2. Step 7 of the manual was very confusing. There was no marking on where it had to be placed nor a hole punched.
3. There were no holes drilled for 70% of parts. I had a hard time marking and making holes
4. Holes for door hinge were incorrect.
5. There was a lot of wood dust inside the package.
6. I requested for call back but never received it. The chat support guys asked to watch youtube video but there are none for specific model.
I somehow managed to assemble the product not perfectly though. But it was a terrible experience for a decently priced item.

Shipping was super fast. After unpacking the biggest table had a detail on the wood finish but customer service took care of the matter. I must admit I wasn't expecting this much care for their customers. My issue was resolved fast and easy. This was my first purchase and after the pleasant exchange with their customer care Im sure I'll buy again with confidence. Overall the tables are great, love them and they seem to offer good quality for the price. Affordable and good looking furniture!

I would strongly recommend all users to read my review before purchasing from VidaXL. I purchased a mini greenhouse from them and it came missing parts. 2 x Corner joints which should be angled was packaged instead with 2 wrong 90 degree ones. I called them for a replacement part and they responded that the part was backordered. The only options they gave me was wait for the missing part which may take months, receive a measly $13 credit or send the product back for a refund. Wow, I spent half a day assembling the product. What a waste of time and money.

I have ordered a TV Trolley showing on their website. What I received is a Package Box. It means I have to assemble it. Sorry, this cannot be acceptable. I need a refund for my money.
They need to advertise that the customer has to assemble it by himself.
Then they contacted me and refunded partially which I used to give a carpenter to assemble. Now I am satisfied.

I received a item purchased on vidaXl and when dealing with VidaXL customer service (Which is a stretch to cal them that) Different person answers, with a different excuse as to why they can't pick a item up.
Do not deal or buy anything from this company, the ship you garbage and then steal your money.

I wouldn't have left such a terrible review. Yes you finally sent me a return invoice and you finally refunded my money. But only after this review was originally posted. I just bought cabinet from Vida Xl, quality is so bad I can't even explain. Description to establish cabinet is poor, and takes forever to make it. I am so disappointed. If we didn't establish everything for sure I will return it. Regret this purchase!

I ordered a console table. The product was supposed to be polished, painted, and lacquered. It was none of those things. The wood is rough to the touch and looked nothing like the advertised piece I wanted. The bottom shelf was completely broken as well. As per the description on the website this product is made of solid reclaimed wood that has been sourced from joists, floors and support beams from old buildings being demolished, and can consist of different types of wood like pine, teak, beech, oak, cedar, mango wood, acacia, etc. The wood has also been polished, painted and lacquered.

Product took weeks to come from Ontario. Door fronts poorly made and misjointed and poorly put together. Measurements were all different. When reported with pictures, I was not offered a full refund, but a coupon against some furure purchase. Then I was given a reference number for pick up and no pickup. The product was garbage and I asked for a refund according to their website stated policy. BUYER BEWARE!

I had a very painful experience with the ecommerce business. I placed an order for a day bed. I received the product in 56 pieces and I found out that 13 pieces were missing. After a week of calling their incompetent and useless call center, I received an email from them informing me that they don't have the missing pieces and they can give me AED120 to go and find the pieces in the market. Can you believe how stupid is this reply. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They are scam.

We purchased some chairs and the product is very poor material meaning in a few weeks getting broken or damaged.
We don't racommended purchase anything from them!

If you own a narrow balcony in NYC, its building code stipulates nothing can overhang its railing, no matter how well secured. Also building boards/by-laws may be reluctant to have awnings attached to "their" building. For lower floors these awnings are perfect, well-made, strong, and fit tightly against the floor of the above balcony. It does protrude several inches over our railing when fully extended, but we do this only when it is raining and we want to enjoy the rain dry. It would be handy to have the wind limit of these awnings, if you wish to have the building board consider changing any by-law that is worried about them blowing off.
I ordered a coffee table from here and first of all, it arrived within three days despite us being in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. I haven't gotten anything that quickly since this all started. It was very well packaged and pretty easy to put together. It's a solid, unique piece and made me completely confident in ordering any similar products from vidaXL in the future. The only minor complaint is that the packaging smelled REALLY weird, but the table itself was fine.
I am beyond pleased with this table. It was even more beautiful than the picture! I was a bit nervous reading a few reviews about cracks, scratches, missing pieces, etc., but my worrying was for nothing. Packaging was excellent and it arrived in less than a week. Product was in perfect condition with all bolts provided. The size is perfect for my small living room. Yes it's small but that's what I needed. It's exactly the size promised in the description -- just measure your space appropriately. I can't wait to get the rest of my furnishings in place so I can invite friends over and show off this center piece of my room.
Box arrived damaged as well as the table. Snapped photos and sent them into Customer Service. Never heard back from them... disappointed. I did glue the pieces and the table is functional. But the company needs to either send one piece of the top or provide a discount because of damage to make my transaction whole
The goods came on time and was all in order. The instructions were not great but setting up these things is not rocket science if you go about it methodically. I took out a star because some of the furniture had (removable) stains that made me feel like these may be recycled from returns - which I cannot confirm but just a tad unpleasant.
Product was received dented and damaged. We tried to buy spare parts and barely made it work, although only a short term fix. This retractable awning won't make it another 30/60 days sadly. Complete waste of money.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
