BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give such a rating, this business would receive a -5 stars! I placed an online order for Bioray NDF, 4 oz bottle, on 5/20/20, and received order confirmation immediately. After not receiving my order after 11 days, I called, and Mike, the owner, told me that it had to be special ordered because it's a size they don't normally carry and said it should be in the beginning of the next week. On 6/11/20, I called again because I hadn't received my order, and I asked for a full refund to credit card, which Mike promised he would do. It never happened. I called again on 6/30/20, and he stated their shipment came in and he'd get it out right away. It's 7/10/20, and I've not seen my product, for which my credit card was billed $174.85 on the date of the order instead of at the time of shipment, nor has my credit card seen the promised refund. I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before placing my order so it's a hard lesson learned. It appears that Mike makes his profit from online orders which are never filled and never refunded. He wouldn't likely get away with such fraud by treating his store customers that way so those are the people that give him great reviews. I'll not order from VitaGlo again! I hope some day he'll become a man of integrity, truly desiring to help the people who purchase from him instead of loving the money he steals from them. ~Sheryl V.

The reason I even called instead of just placing an order is that I have had trouble finding a certain product in stock anywhere. Vitaglo's website claimed to have it so I started an online order. There was no indication that the product was out of stock, but I wanted to make sure before placing an order, waiting a week, then finding out it was never in stock. So I called the number listed.
First of all - the guy that answers the phone is RUDE RUDE RUDE! He picked up the phone and was still having a totally separate conversation with someone on his end. It went downhill from there. I asked if the product was in stock. He said it was not. I then asked, for future reference, why the shopping cart let me purchase the item? He very rudely responded that 'I told you it wasn't in stock.' I asked to speak with someone in Customer Service. He said he was it, then hung up. When I called the 'main' (not 800) number, he also answered that phone and I asked to speak to someone other than him. He hung up on me. Don't know what's going on with this company but I wouldn't order from them if they were the last company on earth. Can't remember when I've encountered someone so rude who was in the business of selling stuff.

The worst customer service EVER! After 12 days of not receiving my product I called the store and was told by a guy named Mike who later identified himself as the owner that it wasn't shipped because I chose International shipping which I don't recall doing. I asked if he can ship it using regular mail since I'm in the states. Mike told me that if I still want my product it will cost me $10.
I declined since the website stated FREE shipping on all domestic orders. Mike rudely said that he is canceling my order and was getting ready to hang up. I asked if I could speak to his manager and thats where he told me that he is the owner. So I said to him that he did not need to be rude with me and that I still want my product, I just don't understand why I have to pay $10 shipping since I'm in the states and that's when he started yelling at me and wouldn't let me talk. I had to hang up on him.

Avoid this store at any cost!

After reading all complaints, I'm surprised he is still in business.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I made an order with this company on 4/23/17, and as soon as i clicked ORDER, i got charged for the full amount even though they did not have 1 of the items i ordered. There i started with the ordeal of following up with this company. It seems Mike is the owner, as some reviewers have noted, and he's also the sales person, who is very rude. At first he lied and said he will refund my money, but he never did. I followed up with multiple emails and phone calls, but the answer had always been the same - that he will refund. A year later and still i did not get my money back. Instead i was told I had to make new purchase so he can credit my credit card for the money he owed me a year ago. On 4/23/18, exactly a year later, i gave in and ordered something which i didn't need, but what choice did i have? I felt i was totally bullied into the whole situation. On top of that, Mike was again rude on the phone and said i did NOT follow his instructions and so i was being punished to pay for shipping!
If you want to give your business to this company, you better PRAY hard that no complications in the purchase or shipping, otherwise you will never see the products you ordered or your money back! Buyers beware.

I ordered a product over 10 days ago with no word on when it would be delivered even after several emails inquiring the date. I received a poorly written email indicating that they didn't have the product I ordered in the flavor I wanted. So, I finally called the customer service number and was rudely hung up on after asking about a refund. I called back again to see when my refund would be applied. Hung up on again. Called a 3rd time and the ignorant man said I wasn't charged. I told him I was. He said I wasn't and I shouldn't worry about and "Don't Call Back!" CLICK!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AWFUL TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY ON THIS POORLY MANAGED EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!

WORST COMPANY EVER!

ORDERED A PRODUCT ON FEB 3. THREE WEEKS LATER, NO PRODUCT. CALLED VITAGLO & WAS TOLD I'LL GET A CALLBACK. NO ONE CALLED BACK. CALLED THEM BACK IN A WEEK. WAS TOLD MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. IF I HAD NOT OF CALLED THEM, I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. WAS TOLD THAT MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE REFUNDED. I ASKED WILL IT BE REFUNDED TODAY AND THEY SAID YES. CARD WAS NEVER REFUNDED. A WEEK LATER I REPORTED THEM TO THE B. B. B. AND CONSUMER PROTECTION. 2 AND A HALF WEEKS AFTER REPORTING THEM TO THE 2 AGENCY'S, I GOT A FULL REFUND. SO TWO MONTHS AFTER ORDERING AND GETTING NO PRODUCT, I FINALLY GOT A REFUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCOUNDRELS AND CROOKS AS I AM SURE IF I HAD NOT OF GOTTEN THE 2 AGENCY'S INVOLVED, THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT MY MONEY AND GIVEN ME NOTHING. MY ADVICE... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I bought from Vitaglo a number of times totaling hundreds of dollars. In my experience, the products have always come timely. The problem is that the owner, Mike, is always sneaking in expired or almost expired products that he should have tossed away. I have been to a vitamin shop where they had products that were going to expire within a few months and they dropped the price drastically as they can't sell the products after expiration. For dry products, which isn't going to spoil, I just kept them. I didn't say anything a few times he sent me almost expired products. However, last time, I ordered some oily-based products from him and he threw in some expired and almost expired products. When I order I usually order a year worth of vitamins so there is no way I can get threw that much without products expiring. It was really a hassle trying to get money back from him. He was short, rude and wanted to negotiate returning my money back. I eventually did get my money back but after that I decided that I wasn't going through this aggravation again.

I placed an order with this company on August 3,2014. When it arrived on August 11,2014, 1 of the 2 bags of Navita Goji powder was busted. I called and spoke with Mike. He told me to 1) keep the box with the powder residue so that UPS could return and inspect it and 2) that he would send a replacement bag. I did just that. Eleven days later I contacted the company by email to say 'hey. I'm still waiting for the inspection and the replacement bag of Goji powder. ' Mike responded by email -in all CAPS - he would get back to me tomorrow. Today, September 6,2014, still no inspection/replacement, I called Mike. After I gave him my order number, suddenly he could no longer hear me - according to him, I was on speaker phone. After I told him I was not on speaker phone, he then stated - that he does not want to play games with me and he hung up the phone. I have spent several hundred dollars each year at Vitaglo as my children are vegans. I will never spend another dime. Moreover, I will share my email exchanges with MIKE with the natural moms' group I belong to, as well as the numerous family members I have recommended the site to. I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau/Consumer Advocacy group. Customer service is the heart of every business. Vitaglo is in need of a heart! Unless Mike is the owner, he should be fired. If he is the owner, then he will single-handedly put himself out of business soon enough. I will continue to write about this experience every chance I get, blog, and talk to my students. This will get the attention you deserve. Thanks MIKE.

I placed an order for Celtic sea salt. They charged me over $130, fine. Took the money. Today is the 12th. No shipping update, email confirmation. Nothing. So I call. EhSpeedy Gonthaleth answers. Me: Where's my order?

Hahaha what? If you can't afford to pay for shipping Vitaslo, don't offer free shipping. Not rocket science. Will be filing dispute with BBB.
