Vova

I ordered 2 tops. Both 2 sizes above my usual size. I'm usually a medium-lg (us) I ordered 2xl just to be safe.
Both shirts arrived and would not fit my 12 year old niece, who is petite for her age. Definitely no where near 2xl, no refund was offered, no chance to return or exchange. Will not waste my money here again

Order fulfillment was excellent and very easy to work with.

Used several site's until now, but, in my opinion Vova is the best... nice price's, good quality, for me these are the requirements when i search for a specific product. So, for sure i will recommend it, and i will use it in the near future.

I have occasionally purchased items.
But received not them, attractive cause they are free shipping. But I feel it is a scam, as you are unable to speak to anyone, track your order, you dont get acknowledgment when you place an order.
Or cant even review your order, as sometimes you do forget what you have ordered.
I think they are a scam!

Genuinly trying to contact with Vova, because my account was flagged as risk and I cannot make any orders at all. Just expecting them to explain or find a soliuton to this, but no, they just report the review for some stupid reason and does not contact me at all. Be Aware Buyers.

My order never arrived, requested a refund and declined asking me to wait a little longer. Which I have and still nothing, suddenly all emails I try to send are being rejected. So no item and no refund.

I ordered surprise box. It never arrived and it saying that has been delivered. I tried to ask for refund they not giving it. And there's no customer service to contact straight away. I will never use it again. Scam

I placed an order on 24/09/2019, uploaded the photo as requested, order still pending. I have sent 3 emails to customer care with no response. This my first order so not a good experience, I just need someone to move my order on or give me an update.

This is my first time experiencing the best customer service. I called vova's customer support to check on my order and got an amazing customer service. I would say that out for 10 being the highest the service that I got is 11. I was able to get my order and that is more than what I expected. I love VOVA will shop again.

They sell counterfeits of poor quality at the price of originals and put in the ad that it is original! When the client realizes it, he tells him that he has to pay the shipping costs when the fault has been that of the store, in my opinion he is committing crimes because they sell counterfeits and there is no remedy!
