Texting me a 6AM about orders? What bunch of clowns thought that was a good idea? I was NOT happy to be woken at 6am on a work day. Then, when I send "Stop", They send ANOTHER saying sorry to see you go!". Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired!
Then I look at my order info from FEDEX, it says "Your package from RETURN CENTER" is on its way. I look up the address, and it's Walmart's return center. Are they selling me Used/returned items as a NEW item? Is that even legal?
I used the Walmart Plus for over a year and it's gotten worse and worse. Something always missing from orders. Lately orders are delayed and then just cancelled. Money takes days to be put back onto your card, and then customer service wants to offer a $10 promo code. Save yourself the headache and use Amazon Prime and another grocery store.
Proceeded to order on line. Identified the item, put it in the cart and went through all of the steps of ordering, including address, credit card, etc. And then, after they had collected all of my info. And I was ready to complete the purchase, they tell me "Item Out of Stock." Well, they could have told me that, of course, as soon as I selected the item, but then they wouldn't have been able to collect my information. FOR THIS GROSS ABUSE OF MY TIME AND OF MY PERSONAL DATA I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE WALMART AGAIN.
What is Walmart up to? We placed three orders in the past six months and have received NONE of them. We received one partial refund, didn't receive one, and the third, we were told to reorder and then had to pay $100 additional. One of the vendors sent an email saying they were a customer "just like us". WHAT? And Walmart says they aren't responsible, to take things up with the vendor. No, Walmart - I ordered from YOU. Are you making money from all these scams? If you were a reputable company, you would refund our money and take responsibility to overnight our merchandise. Amazon does this. Which is, of course, who we'll be ordering from from now on. You are a criminal company. Thieves.
I tried calling 5 different Walmart stores, at both the listed store numbers AND the listed tire center numbers, in my area of Orlando Florida and not 1 store answered the calls! 10 phone calls to Walmart at different numbers and no one answered the calls! This is a clear example of the level of customer service Walmart provides around Orlando. If another store provides any items that I am interested in purchasing, you can make a sure bet that they will get my business instead of Walmart!
I called walmart to deal with an order issue. After the call I noticed the representative removed all the items I put into my online cart. I then reported what the employee did. There was no need to remove all the items. So then guess what happened? I went back onto walmart.com and saw that a dildo was placed in my online cart! THIS IS SO HEINOUS, an experience no one should have to endure! I have been trying to get Walmart management to address this via emails and since that didn't work, I have been trying to get Walmart to act on this via twitter and still they refuse to address the atrocious customer service.

Horrible. I placed an online grocery order four days before Thanksgiving. I was notified the following day that my order was delayed. It was rescheduled for the next morning, which again was delayed until the afternoon. Once i was finally told my irder was ready for pick up, I waited over an hour in my car before having to track someone down to ask where my order was
I was met with an eye roll and an, "I'll check." It was thirty more minutes before I was rudely informed that my order was being restocked and I needed to wait 30 more minutes if I still wanted it? Just wow!. Two hours time invested to pick up my order, and left with nothing.I tried calling the store, but all their lines were busy. Even Walmart's main number left me on hold and offered zero assistance. There was no effort or consideration; they were rude and unaccommodating. I'm so done with Walmart. They just lost a long time customer. Never again Walmart. Buh-bye.
I received a package from Wal-mart that I did not order! This was charged to my credit card. When I called customer care and informed them of my problem, they said I'd have to file a dispute with credit card. Wal-mart would not do anything at all. I will order from anyone but Wal-mart from now on.
Still waiting and still holding...so many calls since I returned the Sleep Innovations Bed, because it stinks and the smell never went away like they said it would, smells like vomit. So many appointments for pick up that did not happen, now after it was picked up by rude hostile men, I have waited endlessly for refund that never happens. Continually calling, supervisor, Evelyn, after a half hour on the phone, disconnected. Now waiting again for Will and no one returns to phone for a half hour. OMG if I could give minus stars I would. Don't they realize experiences like this keep people from ever shopping there again and spreading the word?!
On 18 November 22 I placed an order with Walmart on line. A short time later they indicated that my order was cancelled stating "Your order was canceled due to unusual activity". A call to my credit card company USAA showed no such thing. I was nowhere near my credit limit and there was no unusual activity. They had approved the transaction. Walmart Customer Services was contacted and I was assured that if I resubmitted the problem would not happen again. I reordered and it was once again cancelled. Walmart was again contacted. They hung up on me. I called back for the 3rd time and they looked into the problem and indicated that a reset of my account would solve the problem. I was told that they had spoken to the Credit and Fraud team and there was no problem with my credit card. I was told to wait 30 minutes for the reset to take effect. The supervisor on duty assured me that their problem was fixed and the third attempt to purchase Christmas presents for my granddaughter and great grandkids would not have a problem. I waited over an hour and tried again. They cancelled it again (3rd time) over 4 hours later. I contacted them again and got nowhere. I contacted USAA and once again everything was in order.

I ordered something on November 8th 2022. It said it would be delivered on November 17,2022. It never showed up and then it shows being delivered on November 19,2022. It doesn't take this long to ship from New York to Pa. Absolutely ridiculous for nine days from New York. Absolutely garbage. I won't order from walmart.com again
I purchased a tv through the site with an additional mounting service. The mounting was canceled after th tv arrived and Walmart does nothing to back up your purchases. Don't trust them
It took a month with calling twice a week to get a waybill to return my item. Then when my item was finally returned they would not refund my card. Took another 2 calls to get my money back less $25 for the pleasure.
I found an item I thought was 11.00, checked the white label below it to make sure, when I got to the register it was 20.00! I pointed out the error to the cashier, she looked up the item on her app and it was listed at 20.00!
I will never shop there again and will continue to post reviews. I am on disability, in a wheelchair and every penny counts, especially in this economy.
I went to Walmart in Victorville on Palmdale/395 hwy Sat 11/5/22. Was supposed to be a simple 20 min shopping trip that turned into a little over an hour. The shopping was easy, the problem was with the Lady at the register. She double charged for headset, and for 4 motor oils. I purchased 1 headset and bought 3 motor oils, plus 3 other items. I paid with my credit card, when she gave me the Bill, I looked it over, I began to ask her why she DBL chrgd and why 4 motor oils, she proceeded to give credit of $9.28 only. I had to call the manager to get this cleared up. The Lady (employee) at register proceeded to continue her loud interruption while the Mgr took care of the problem. Surprisingly the Mgr didn't tell her to STOP and just go about helping the customers at her register. Mgr had to refund the $23.62, and cancel the total transaction to get the right amount to be chrgd.
I bought a Halloween costume from the Walmart website. The costume did not arrive until November 4th. I tried to return the costume because I had already bought a Halloween costume for October 31st. We took the costume back to Walmart and they OPENED the package that I did not open! Then they would not take the costume back even though I had ALLL of the paperwork! I will NEVER buy anything from Walmart.com again! They are horrible!
