Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

Walmart is an excellent online shopping experience. Navigation on the website is easily accomplished. Selection from many vendors is a great feature for serious shoppers. Items purchased from Walmart offer free shipping after a minimum purchase cost. Also, items purchased (from Walmart) online can be returned to a local store if need be. Prices online seem rather fair when compared to other retailers. And I almost neglected to mention free-to-home shipping with a minimum purchase. I have experienced no problems or complaints with purchases made at walmart.com.

Order something... four days later, they cancel it and it's now out of stock. What a joke of a business. Will never buy from ANY storefront on walmart.com anymore. It is walmart itself as the seller - fine... but I don't trust any others now and I won't waste my time with there false promises and screwing me on a gift.

Walmart gets bashed a lot - I am grateful for Walmart. I never get ripped off on price, their customer service accepts returns if something is wrong or I do not like a product, they carry nearly everything - so I can do one-stop shopping. They save me a ton on my prescription every month. Yeah - I am happy with Walmart. It's not perfect, but they are soo much better than other options.

Walmart.com is truly the worst. I use the same account, same credit card, every time I try a small ($15-$95) order with them for something I need to pick up soon at a store (otherwise I'd just order from Amazon.com which DOES understand mail order), they cancel my order an hour after I place it, claiming security reasons, credit card possible fraud, and the like. I spend hours on the phone getting passed up the line multiple times (I'm on hold now for a supervisor, having wasted 15 min. So far with an idiot who did nothing), then they absolutely PROMISE me they have fixed the problem so I can order in the future just fine. Next time--same thing. I wasted multiple hours trying to place a very simple online order. I order a lot online and never have an issue with ANY company other than Walmart.com. They are the WORST. I remember a year or so ago they claimed they wanted to compete with Amazon.com. That is a joke. They will never be anywhere near in the league with Amazon.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use them unless you love aggravation!

Completed my online order with quoted store pickup date, once i submitted my order the pickup date changed by 1 week, normally not a biggie EXCEPT i needed sooner. Complained to customer service-standard response after 20 minutes was it was estimated time-I countered how was estimated time changed by 5 days the instant I submitted order? He helped me by cancelling order. Got to get better, likely check other sites first. PS i suggested a coupon be nice gesture...(to no avail), Again very unlikely to use again

Never trust walmart.com for Christmas. Customer service lies. They lied to me so many times during one transaction, they just dont care. You would have better luck writing Santa to get that gift under the tree. Walmart corporate never responded to our email or calls. Lesson learned Walmart, lesson learned.

I love shopping online, especially since the pandemic, having 6 kids (one being a new baby) it makes it so convenient to not have to go into the store. I use this site often from food, to vitamins, bedding, kids clothing, nursing needs, baby items, anything you can think of.

They have so many items that are not in stock or cannot be delivered.
When I place an order for "store pick-up" they never call to let me know when it arrives.
The only reason I ever shop the site is for lower prices. Not sure it's worth the trouble.

I recently cancelled my prime membership with Amazon. My thought process was, I really don't order much anymore why keep it. Boy was I in for a surprise. I ordered my son a birthday gift, the website said two day shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on 02/27/17. The item didn't come that day. It came on 02/28/17. A day late right, no problem. My son opens the gift and its a plastic drawer tower. The light faded from his eyes... I felt so small. Called customer service they apologized. Then preceded to say it would be two days for the delivery. It has now been four more days and my son still doesn't have his birthday gift. Pay the $100 FOR PRIME. IT'S SO WORTH IT!

Love buying there! It's great being able to go on the site, purchase exactly what you need, and then go pick it up in a couple of days or sometimes the next day. It actually saves money, and they have free shipping, if you want it shipped to your home.

Walmart.com is the most terrible pathetic ecommerce site I have ever used... absolutely the worst. They took my order. Stated delivery and completely failed... 3 trips to the store multiple emails with bogus delivery times and then to end my order was stated complete but only half made it to the store... magically an update shows up saying I'll be waiting another week beyond the forecasted date the order was updated as incomplete and delayed... NEVER AGAIN WALMART.COM!

Ordered an air conditioner for my elderly mother. Paid extra to have next day delivery... The air conditioner delivered 3 days later.
Front cover plate was bent. Walmart.com did nothing to resolve the issue except give me the manufacturer's phone number and told me to take care of it myself.

My last two grocery deliveries never made it to my home, although I was told they were on the way. Three times this calendar year I've had non grocery products shipped and they make it to Olive Branch, MS. About 25 mi from my home and then sit there in FedEx. First two times I got my money refunded and the products? Right now my two day shipping items are at nine days and have been sitting in FedEx for the last 48 hour. I know all shipping companies are busy - but there is something unprofessional about Walmart shipping. I like their products and usually their prices, but sadly the disappointments outweigh.

Walmart.com has always sent my orders totally on time or like the last one 3 days early. I have never had trouble with anything leaking either. I usually order the item for the bath or kitchen so I don't have to travel 60 miles to find a walmart. I order those items that are too expensive to order locally or that we use a lot of. So far everything has been correct and a good deal. Love the free shipping.

You simply cannot beat the pricing at Walmart and they have almost anything you would want. Customer service is great to. I love online shopping at Walmart.

The only problem I have found is that their shipping department doesn't always pack stuff correctly. They only put packing on the top so if you are ordering cookies or easily crushed things use caution. Customer service will definitely help you but it is a pain to keep calling with problem shipping issues.

These shoes were purchased 2 months ago. My 10 year wore them to school and back home. He had other shoes he wore on weekend. I don't recommend buying this shoe at Wal-Mart. We purchased them because he feet are growing quick and thought that would be good for at least 6 months. Has still in the same size shoes. However, these are not worth the purchase. Dissappointed!

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy Wal-Mart brand shoes.

Walmart encourages you to shop online. Don't. Remember how you could always take it back if it was inferior or the wrong one? Those are the old days, now you cannot return online purchases to the store and you will be at the mercy of what they call "a trading partner". Not my partner. I have been ignored, sent sweet email promising some action and then ignored. Never online shop here you will be stuck with what you get and no recourse.

Like a vortex of shopping hell. Walmart continues to provide everything I do not need but always have to have. Each shopping experience is filled with adequate customer service and more products made in China than a chinese market has for sale. Grocery is always reasonable and the bakery bread is like pure tasteless air with the consistency of bread. I applaud the employee resolve to continue to work for a company that produces millions in profits but cannot keep more than two registers open at a time on any given day or holiday.

I get pretty good deals online here as opposed to other websites. My only problem is their customer service. Sent them an email about tracking a package and was just told to wait longer. No eta no plan just wait and see.

I have purchased some products, they arrived immediately after 2 days and the tracking number was provided. Safe with fantastic customer service and selection of products. The product I love most is Crest teeth whitening! Really fabulous after 1 hour you have a whither smile :)

Every time I go into Walmart I think to; myself... this is my second home. Goodness gracious... even if I'm out of town-- I know I can get whatever I need. Hey, I go almost daily. Sam Walton has achieved his dream which is the biggest and the best. We shop, bank, get car repairs, go to the eye doctor and so much more... at a great price. His genius made a shopping dream place for me and many many others. Thanks Sam, we love Walmart!

My first set of purchases took about a week for standard shipping, but it's Walmart! You cannot beat their deals! So gradually I ordered more from them from time to time, for various occasions. The last time I ordered from them I had A LOT of items. No errors, no broken merchandise, and they even put some samples in there for me! It's such a nice touch. To top it off, I had selected the standard shipping (3-5 days) and received everything in TWO business days. Amazing! One pleased customer right here!

Excellent online deals with free shipping to local store for pickup. Nice to use for expensive items to see that you get what you ordered in good condition. And don't have to worry about it being stolen off your front door delivery.

Use their mail shopping service and have great luck.
They may be a little delayed on their shipping dates, but usually by only a day or two.
Has delivery service 5 stars for it too, really pleased with shoppers and delivery personnel.

I shop at Walmart a lot. They have great prices and cheaper than other stores. The 2 day shipping is terrible! I never get anything on time it's always late arriving. I prefer they go back to the shipping pass it was better and more reliable.
