Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

This number one Giant of the globe meets most of the requirement needed to bring every class of the people. We have great faith in them as our day to day buying partner. Price matching makes them sometimes the only store you would like to visit. One thing which lacks badly is the unavailability of the staff for guiding the customer. In case you need help for something it's hardly available. Improvement in this sector could make them five star and almost unbeatable.

I ordered a Little Tikes hide and seek swing and slide for my granddaughter for her first birthday! I wanted it to be really special! When her parents put it together, it was obviously a used product! I will never order from them again! They did offer to refund or replace it, but the point is, that they NEVER should have sent an inferior product in the first place! Her parents did not want to take it back apart to get refunded or replaced so Walmart.com offered a 10% discount! Really?

The stores are dirty and employees are rude. I won't be shopping at Walmart period, now that they are charging more for items ordered on the web site. It is deceiving to many people to say free shipping, but then charge a higher price to ship an item. Showing an online price and a price with "Pick up savings" may be fooling someone but hopefully not many...

I found out that a lot of Walmart's merchandise online is actually cheaper if ordered online & the free shipping is a plus. They guarantee 2 day shipping & will send you an email if there's any delay. For the most part, I get my deliveries either on time & sometimes earlier. If I go to our local Walmart, stuff I want sometimes isn't available but always available online. A win-win for everyone. I'm handicapped so shopping on their website is a blessing.

I bought the 50 pair chrome shoe rack. In reality it only holds 40 pairs of tightly packed shoes, but was well worth the money. It assembled in less than 15 min, is sturdy and look sleep. I plan on buying a second rack. I ordered it an pu at the store. I had a long wait until someone in the store room area finally came out.

Tip for consumers:
It's great to order products from online for Wal-Mart. The store I use has exceptionally slow employees working in the pu area.

First off, what? The search engine is so stupid, it's beyond words. You type in, say, "hot dog buns" and it comes up with two options. That's it. Or say you just want to know how much something is? Well too bad. Because they will not tell you how much anything is without clicking on the item and waiting for it to load. And even after waiting, 99 out of 100 times, that item won't be within 50 miles of you. Even after you tell them specifically what store you live near. It's like the website exists to tell you everything you can't have because it is either out of stock, or not within 50 miles of you. Thanks Walmart, you're a big help. Usually, I try and focus on the best thing about a website. But in this case, that thing is that you can just click exit.

Their website is absolutely useless, it is not user friendly, information is not easily accessible, filters don't work properly, they ask for pick up information but its not recorded, after adding the information thrice to make sure that the worst site I'm the world will record it. It still didn't... And the confirmation form of if that information is recorded or not, neither can you check in your account (shocking) nor reaches you instantly but takes nothing less than 4 hrs...
It's the most useless website ever.

I love to shop online at Walmart, they almost have everything I need and they ship fast and for free when you buy over 50$ so basically my dog and cat heavy food bags are delivered right at my door only 3-4 days after my purchase! This is Great!

Walmart's website is like a poorly designed Amazon. If I go to Walmart.com I want to view items I can purchase from Walmart... Not 800 random retailers that Walmart apparently doesn't even monitor what they post. Just go to Amazon.com and save yourself tons of hassle and probably money!

What can I say. I'm lazy. It was so easy to go online, order my groceries and pick them up at the time I choose. Nah, I'm not lazy but I love trying new sites for different things and I must say, Walmart shocked me. Great service, sometimes. Thanks.

Every time i order from here i get more and more impressed with them. Great prices, super fast shipping. And the shipping is usually pretty cheap too. Also, their return policy makes it like the perfect experience. Love ordering things from here. You can rely on a smooth transaction.

Need supplies? Go to Walmart (if there's one in your area of course). I'm their loyal customer for 9 years already. Everything you need - you'll find it there (if not in store, then on walmart.com for sure)

Employees are not paid enough to afford to shop elsewhere. They are paid too little. They end up spending their hard earned money and food stamps at Walmart. I believe that the company is guilty of fraud.

The only complaint about Walmart is their checkout lines. Please train your checkers to take the next person in line, especially when they have been waiting for 15 minutes or more. Have more checkers at busy times.

Walmart generally has competitive prices. So as long as your willing to suffer. You can save some money. In line at money center for almost 30 minutes. Was only third in line. Management knows but doesnt care.

I have placed orders with Walmart for the past couple years for Christmas. My orders were received the day that Walmart.com said they would be. The only problem I had was getting the page to load and getting the order placed. This was probably due to the fact because of all the online deals, I figured the site was overloaded. But I enjoyed the online deals as I'm sure everyone else did. I enjoyed the free shipping that they offered especially when it was just a few days before Christmas and everything arrived on time :)

I got ripped off. Paid for 8 12 packs zero sugar Dr Pepper. Never received and Walmart refuses to refund or replace. It is a policy because of the third party partner they have. I have filed with the BBB. Don't order from them. They steal your hard earned money!

I do not want to shop at Walmart again. I was headed out of the store and I was the only one exiting at the time. An employee stops me from leaving and tells me I have to go around through self checkout. I was really close to the door. That area was crowded with people and the only way I could go through there was to get too close to the ones not wearing masks. It really ticked me off. 62 years old and diabetic. I will not go back any time soon and I hope others follow my lead. Who the hell is making the decisions? There should be more than 1 exit and entrance. I also did not appreciate parking in the only handicap available and then being told I have to go to the other end of the store to get in. SERIOUSLY!

Ordered a samsung galaxy watch week before black friday because I want to be sure I get my order on time. Went to the store to pick it up 10 days after I ordered and they handed me unopened bag. Lady scanned it without checking. Good thing I opened it before leaving store because inside was a Fitbit! I also heard cashier said that it was non refundable ( that was not indicated when I ordered it). I told them it was wrong item and was a mistake on their side. After waiting for more than an hour they refunded me and gave me $25 off $45. Com purchase! Now my problem is I can no longer find a watch for that price since all the sales are over and the stocks are limited. I ended up paying $100+ more elsewhere.

Was recently shopping at Walmart #522 in Crosby, Texas(during corona virus). I get to checkout after waiting in line(for self checkout of course) and was told the store is closed you cannot get your items you will have to come back tomorrow. Then they said there was a announcement about this but the person making the announcement was very unclear and garbled so static you could not understand what was being said. I think this is really just to far first no cashiers to check out to save money for a company then you have to check yourself out most employees are rude and its a big deal for them to help you. This was the day before Easter following all established rules to

Shaver Rd. Portage, MI. This department is AWESOME with Jeff and James having great personalities and willingness to alway help and answer questions. They are positive and not afraid to ask how you're doing too. I've come to appreciate these two guys as it seems I'm always in that department getting photos made and getting items. James and Jeff, you are always sweet and smiling! Thanks for making my experience in that department a nice one!

The website is brilliant, prices are very fair on some things, and much less fair on others, just like any store. The 1 thing that knocks this place down and ensures I will use the site sparingly but NEVER go to a physical store is of course, the employees. Not once in over ten years have I had to call customer service about an order, or gone into a store and asked a simple question have I ever gotten a direct answer for what I asked. If I call in, I have to be transferred 2-3 times to get to someone who knows how to read their own system to tell me it will be "another few days" without anything specific. If I go to a store and ask where something is I get a waving point "over there" and nothing more. I have no idea where these people come from but they are the reason for declining society.

I bought something from Walmart. That was OK. But, I left my credit card on their site. About 5 months later they charged me for two xbox unlock codes - for the same product. When I finally got through to them, they told me it was my fault. I have never played a video game and I do not have kids. They got hacked and blamed me. When I finally got the point across that nobody would ever need two codes for the same thing, They refunded one code fee. So, in effect they accepted blame for the charge. I finally got the fee covered by my credit card. Lesson: Don't trust Walmart with your credit card - I won't, anyway. I might go to the store and use cash if I must. I say "never trust them." They were horrible at customer service.

I wish I didn't need to ever go into another Walmart in my life.
I have never received any customer service that was ever satisfying.
My local store runs out of widely popular seasonal items, then when you ask them when they are going to re stock, they always say they have a true arriving any time, but don't know if the items will be coming in. Even the department managers act as though you are bothering them if you ask for a specific item. Here at this store, the workers congregate and talk about when they are going to lunch and on vacation, and complain about their fellow workers. All in all, they are the worst. It's too bad they don't follow Ace Hardware's lead. Thank God I don't need much of the cheap Chinese crap they sell.

Literally THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. NEVER order anything from them online. They took over 2 months to ship my item, which was then lost in transit. A replacement was ordered and when this was finally delivered, it was very poor quality. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to return the item. Each representative I speak with is more incompetent than the last one. Each time I am promised that I will receive a confirmation email and I receive nothing. I am still trying to resolve the issue.

They would get a four star review, however after a recent article on them selling poisonous frozen tilapia fish, is just plain sick and disgusting. Consumers should not have to read the ingredients to figure out if those long names are detrimental to their health; just don't bring it into the stores, and sell it people of Walmart. It's their job to read and figure out what's in the food they are making a hefty profit off of.
